Corporate is ruining the store. They say people get bad reviews for better service yet there are no bad reviews against that person. It's theft and corporate is being reported for theft for this. Lying about a employee review to save money is illegal. They should be ashamed of how they treat their employees and how the new clown corporate guy talks to the women there. The staff are amazing, it's corporate who sucks and is greedy which ruins any chances a cashier has for bettering themselves. Want dressing rooms back demand or from corporate

2024 Updates: They have recently come to their senses some and improved upon their prices recently. Certainly a move in the right direction. Time to open up the dressing rooms so we aren't stripping down to our skivvies out in front of everyone unless someone starts tipping. Covid's over. Employees are blaming management. Still too stingy to give you a bag to take your stuff home in.Now they've recently jacked their prices ($5.09 cheapest price for a used T-shirt) and are now too cheap to give you a bag. CEOs must have given themselves a raise. It's officially cheaper to buy new from Walmart and they even give you a bag to take your stuff home in. Still won't open dressing rooms in a clothing store. They make you disrobe and try stuff on out in the open. Ridiculous.This store is pretty nice and the employees have always been friendly. But recently, somebody has lost their mind while pricing some of the men's shoes. Many are fairly priced, but quite a few are marked for $25-30-40 and they didn't even have insoles. I saw one pair with no laces and no insoles for $25 and there was nothing special about them. Another pair had no insoles and the soles of the shoes were separating. They were even putting stickers over top of stickers. Out of curiosity I peeled them back to see what they were before. The shoes were originally priced at $7.50, raised to $12 something (okay, fair enough), and then marked up a 3rd time to $25. Somebody needs to lay down the crack pipe before starting their shift. By the time you buy insoles for them, you could darn near get a brand new pair. If this continues to be the trend, they will lose some more stars, but if it remains just a handful of poorly priced items, I can still recommend them overall. Most items, especially women's clothing is fairly priced because they have so much of it. I am disappointed that they don't have their once a month sales anymore. We don't go nearly as often anymore and don't spend as much with GW as we used to.

Employee cursing and venting about how bad the other locations are. My autistic child needed to leave because of the language. You guys are totally getting out of control. Stop hiring high school age employees if your managers can't manage them. Left this review over a month ago and the company does not even respond to there bad reviews. This shows you how much goodwill cares.

I frequent this location several times a month. There are good finds, and the staff always seems to be stocking more treasures. However, bad customer service is something I can not tolerate. While shopping today, I encountered Stephanie, one of the staff people. She called me out of my name, and when I approached her about it and let her know I was offended, she mocked me.

This store used to be great, now since covid they have gotten rid of all tag sales and discounts and the prices are just insane. 40 bucks for a worn pair of shoes that cost 30 new? Target items priced more than the original MSRP etc. I am guessing it's the district manager doing it because the one in Easton, and Cambridge are the same way. Insane pricing. It's cheaper to go to the under armour outlet and buy new than it is to buy used. Lost this customer.

I'm ashamed that I was even here yesterday. I witnessed racism and discrimination from a cashier towards a shopper while she was grabbing her purchased items and leaving. I even stood up for the woman and was shot down by this younger looking cashier. I will not be coming back here now.

It’s in a good location and there is plenty of parking. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The prices are a bit high for a lot of objects considering what they are. There is not a good selection of what I shop floor at Goodwill: secondhand children’s toys. They don’t have a lot of children’s toys...it’s a very small section in the back.

How in the Hell does this 4.0 rating. The store is trashy and the employees are rude. The manger is the worst yell at employees in the back where you can hell them. They over pieces items, they need to close the store down and put something else there. They should no stars

Very nice Goodwill! The store is very well kept, organized, and the lines seem to move smoothly. Wide selection of clothes. There’s an okay amount of antiques and other miscellaneous house goods. I overall love this Goodwill and am happy that Denton finally has one!OH and regarding previous review about payment being taken out late - that has actually happened to me as well. It didn’t screw me up since I have extra savings but if you’re real tight on money then maybe you should keep in mind that all of your purchases might all be billed into one after a couple weeks since your visit(s), too.

Used to be a good store nothing amazing but every trip i would find one good gem at a decent price. Now every time i go in i find the one decent item and its insanely marked up in price. Im talking 40 to 50 dollars for a jacket that you could find for 20 tops in any other nearby thrift stores. My only guess is they recently switched management and the new person they got making decisions is an absolute monster. There is no reason for a product that you get for free to be priced that high. Obviously other people agree because i see those same garments sitting in the store every time i return to the store. Lets be reasonable here people!

This is my favorite Goodwill by far! We always stop here while we're camping at Martinak State Park 🤗 their selection is varied and good quality items. It's also the only Goodwill I've seen employees actively cleaning and organizing 👍 I always find what I'm looking for and I'm grateful for their specials and extra discounts; so much bang for your buck at this specific location 💪😎

Who ever is pricing items in this store has no idea how to price. There prices are so high I could not believe it you can get the items in a store much cheaper BRAND new. This stuff is given to them. They are trying to take advantage of people with their pricing.

Great bargains! Decent quality and great sales. There is the color of the week sale that gives 50% off items whose barn is that color. Seniors 55 and older get 30% off on Wednesdays. The last Saturday of every month everything in the store is 50% for everyone. There are some exclusions however. Then there is "Goodtech" that allows you to get a 50% discount on your purchases after every 5 visits. Just Putin your phone number at the kiosk near the register's to enroll.

Store isnt organized like it was when first opened. Had plenty of items ,you had to be careful when picked up to view. Staff was very nice as always.

This Goodwill was nice in beginning but now has a lot of high prices!! I have seen items that were priced higher than the original stores original prices. Its a bit ridiculous 🙄 There are better places and better prices elsewhere.

This location always had a great selection of like-new or sometimes new with the original tags clothing. Just picked up three pairs of jeans and two dress slacks for $24!

horrible business!! I will not be going back there, woke up this morning to my bank account missing almost $60! I shopped there weeks ago when they first opened and they just charged my card this morning leaving me completely screwed for the rest of the week!!
