I’m very particular about attention to detail with my food. There is a particular morning manager (young black guy) that always gets my old are absolutely perfect. He even remembers my order when I come up to the microphone in the morning and start to order my drink. He remembers that I get avocado toast with extra bacon.Not only does he remember my order, but he gets it absolutely perfect, Every time. I’ve been to many other Dunkin’ Donuts, and I never get my order even close to this perfection.Not to mention that he’s always very Polite at the window.

If I was able to give a 0 stars I would. I had ordered a midnight dark roast coffee and a chai tea.. both drinks were only 2/3 of the way full. The coffee was not midnight and was regular brew. The chai tea was made incorrectly and looked/tasted like water mixed with milk. They also gave me the wrong order at the drive thru line. By far the worst Dunkin donuts location ive ever tried. I never give reviews.. but this place is horrible.

Went through the drive-through to get iced latteAnd avocado toast. Saw the picture of avocado toast with bacon, thought it was pricey @ .80 more, but it looked so good. So I bought it and I had about 6-8 little pieces of bacon on it. As you can see in the picture. Very very disappointed.

Do not waste your time going inside. The manager only cares about the drive-thru. I counted 25 cars served through the drive-thru while two customers Got Served inside. I waited 22 minutes to even place my order and I was customer number three, can you guess what number cars went through by the time I walked out. If you guessed 30 you'd be correct. They have very nice older lady working the register inside while the manager and five other employees handle the drive-thru. That does not show any form of customer service in my opinion.

Small little Double D's on the corner of the road. The parking lot and little driveway to the location is quite tight and I could see this getting crowded really easily. They share the location with a Subway (that looked to be from the 90's and closed down...maybe they just weren't open). The store definitely shows it's age but don't let that stop you.The staff was friendly, quick, and everything was made to order. The bathrooms were clean and kept. Nothing to complain about this location, for a Double D's...I'd make it my daily if I lived near by (granted I don't think there is another anywhere close to it as is lol)

2/11/23 I called to see if they were open and asked if I could walk through the drive through so I didn't have to waste time driving over. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Nasty workers. Not courteous at all. No please no thank you no nothing. Drive through window service sucksssss. No one that works at the drive through should never say, is that it, and once I got to the drive through window older lady looks like a manager did not take my money her co worker told her to take my money. If you are traveling please don’t stop here. Go to Taco Bell

The employee wanted me to walk through the drive thru in the rain and 35 degree temperature. Said wasn't allowed to serve in the store. Just wanted a black coffee. Funny thing is subway is in the same building, countertop practically connect's and there making food. This guy can't hand me a cup of coffee. I'll never spend another penny in Duncan doughnuts and I tell anyone I can how horrible the service is.

Christmas Eve, Drive thru was backed up, so went in and cashier was nice, even though I could tell she was being run around. She was fast so I applaud her. She had to prepare all the drinks and do everything else. DD should give her a nice bonus.

As with any Dunkin donuts, it does have excellent service and good quality control. I only gave it three stars because when I looked up what the ingredients were in the sugar-free syrup I had put into my coffee..... The (toasted almond) syrup was made with a little bit of antifreeze in there! It seems like the FDA allows a certain amount of antifreeze in food products. They did nothing wrong but I took exception to the fact there was antifreeze in my sugar-free syrup for my coffee. Anyone using sugar-free syrups in their drinks on a regular basis, beware!

Flies all over the inside of the store. No police discount (which as of 2 years ago is offered nationwide to front line workers per DD spokesperson), also found out no senior discounts. Seems the owner of this particular DD decided against it. I won’t return.

They delivered on some very well brewed dark roast coffee. Some dunking donut places can't be trusted, as I've found, to make their coffee well, but this one is good. The only downer is the parking lot which is very small and confusing!

This Dunkin' is one of worst ones. The tea tastes like burnt coffee, you can order the same coffee over and over but it will never be the same and the coffee itself tastes burnt. Also how is it that they can't make frozen coffee for a month and a half because they are out of coffee syrup, but Easton and Cambridge has plenty of ingredients to make frozen coffees? Between management and some employees, this place is a joke.

This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had in a drive-thru. I did not have a complicated order at all, a box of a dozen donuts and 2 large drinks. Firstly, when we pulled up, we had to wait two minutes for anyone to even take our order. We almost drove away because we thought no one was operating the window. Then, the cashier took our very simple order incredibly slow. I initially tried to order one of the kit-kat summer drinks, but was informed that they were no longer available (which I was okay with because I understan that things are seasonal) so then I asked for a Frozen chocolate coffee and she legitimately said "Well that's frozen." I was even more disappointed when I was given the incorrect drink, and when I asked for it to be corrected, she got very upset with me. Literally the ONLY thing they got correct with my order were the donuts. I am extremely disappointed.

Order a Carmel latte with whipped cream. I got one with out .I ask can I have my whipped cream on my coffee. She like I dont have time for that. We are busy. I want my drink the way I order it. She just walk a way. The manger was no help either. Stay away

The only reason they did not get a one is the staff seemed friendly. We got muffins and bagels with cream cheese. The muffins were not fresh and it is only 10:00 in the morning. The bagels got microwaved we think because although they were warm they were definitely not toasted. Really a disappointment all the way around. The prices are too high for this kind of poor product. In my opinion it will be no great loss when they finally go out of business.

Out of almost every single donut when I came here. 3 different popular donuts were a “we’re out” notice. So that meant we had to go in because we didn’t know what they DID HAVE. Make some more!! Good grief!!

No lattes were available because the latter machin was being cleaned or down for maintenance, so plan B...how about a Strawberry refresher? Can't have one of those either (can't recall the excuse)...seriously?! Should have asked what was available (BTW, it was only 5 p.m. so almost closed isn't an excuse either).

My husband and I stopped at this location at 8:45pm on Friday. The sign said it closes at 9pm. The door was locked so we went through the drive through. The woman said she couldn't take our beverage orders we wanted because the machines were down for cleaning for the night. We asked her why because the store doesn't close until 9 for which she responded the machines take 30 minutes to clean so she shuts down early. Disappointed in that response is not even the appropriate feeling. My husband and I are long time and faithful Dunkin Donuts customers. We were on a long and exhausting drive after a long day of work and had 2 hours left in our trip. Dunkin Donuts customer service at this location is very disappointing. We ended up at a Royal Farm for our coffee and snacks.
