Nice, newer Dollar Tree store. This store was clean, and spread out. Shelves were stocked well and the isles were spacious and clean. The cashier was friendly and courteous. The exterior was nice and clean, and the shopping center looked new and well maintained. Parking lot was spacious with easy access.

I am saddened to leave such a negative review, simply because I have shopped in this location several times. This particular evening, April 21, 2023; I was in the store to shop, the employee announced the closing of the store soon. I was appalled the way she spoke about the store will be closing and you will possibly be locked in whether you like it or not. I feel like great customer service is being and friendly and attentive to your patrons'needs

This is such a nice Dollar Tree! Very clean and organized. The cashier immediately greeted us as we came in the store. She was very helpful with customers and was very pleasant when she checked us out. I wish I could remember her name! I do remember it was very pretty and unique. She was great. This is one of the nicest Dollar Tree's I've ever been in. Great store and great employees!😊

I've worked here for not even 2 months and it was horrible. The manager was very rude, she always made the work place very negative and boring. Employees weren't even really allowed to talk sometimes. I always felt like I was in a negative working environment. I'm a very happy, outgoing person and this was not the place for me!! I have alot of energy and potential and here I couldn't show that because the manager won't give out 30 mins lunches because no one can work more than 4 or 5 hours.... it is just a big cluster working here. Shipping here though I could spend 100 dollars easy!! Just dont like the price now, I miss $1.06

I went to Dollar Tree at 7 o'clock and the store sign says Monday through Saturday nighthrough Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM Sundays Sundays 10 AM to 8 PM I tried to open up the door and the door was completely locked the lights were lights are on and it looks like it was still open it was still open we tried calling the store no one answered the phone just kept on ringing there's no reason why the source should have been closed and if it was to be closed there's no sign or letter letting us know as true the reason why 6 of us were waiting outside the store to be let in or at least trying to employ to fly down inside the store. With the snow and everything you can expect in a store to be open with The Times that they say they're open to service their customers they're customers this is a bad business practice if there is a reason why the source closed you must let your customers know and so Al instead of wasting a trip because 6 of us are trying to flag down and employ who's not there with no reason why and the phones are not giving a reason why. Who ever the manager was on duty need to be fired for closing early and not noticing customers.

Best thing to happen to Denton Md! Always new products! Affordable and easy to fill a cart. Staff is exceptionally pleasant! Kid friendly too! Easy to figure pricing. Best frozen food selection. And 100% clean includes the rest room.

I wish our Dollar Tree stores looks this good in The Bronx and Harlem. I'm visiting this area and was speechless on how clean the store was. A friendly staff and all shelves we're stocked well. I wish our stores looked this good

The Store is always clean, the hand sanitizer is all over the store. I heard the manger Paula talking to a customer as they were walk in the store, at the same time she was was ringing my grocery up, asking the customer could you please put on a mask, they act like she wasn't talking to them, she ask again they stop and call her the B word, she said I'm sorry you fell that way but it's the rules. They put on there mask. I told the manger Ms. Paula thankyou very much for looking out for your customers and your employees. She said thankyou. I was the first person to say that. I just wanted to hug her. But 6 feet distance. Lol.

Had an online order delivered there and took days to pick it up. Called at one point to make sure they'd keep it, and Sara was terrific at reassuring me it was in the office and wouldn't be going anywhere until I picked it up. So far - great customer service.

Denton, MD Dollar Tree has normally been a good experience, Except for the long lines that I usually experience every time that I'm in their. However their large "We're Open" sign is very misleading because they're not always open.... They do have hours posted on a very small sign.

First of all there were 10 ppl in line, lady comes out of the office, sees how many ppl are waiting and goes back in, on a Saturday night you need to at least have a backup cashier, just ridiculous to have to stand in line for half hour when there is other worker or a manager who could of hopped on and controlled the line!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL
