If I could give this business more than 5! I absolutely would. First let me say they were prompt in their scheduled window they give you for your appointment. Ella did a fantastic job on my baby well (0le shih tzu he’s 14years old) Uggie. Ella personality was so warm and friendly. She takes her time and care about what she do. I definitely recommend her. You will not be disappointed at all with business for your 4 legged child. Again, Thank You!!!

Natalia was amazing!! Very professional!!! She did an awesome job on my lil fur baby Sophie ♡ She arrived on time and did not took 3hrs to do my pet as popular pet grooming salon does. She did in less than 1hr!! And she has a fairly price. I am more than glad to recommend her to my friends and everyone else that is looking for a new groomer:) I will definitely use her services again. Thank you Natalia!!!

Worst groomer my dog and I have experienced.I will not recommend this groomer at all, if you actually love you pet DON’T take your baby here. My dog has never been nervous before and as soon as we started taking her here she’s become sooo nervous. We tried not to think about it but seems to me to they don’t care about our pets. They provided me a lady who actually did a great job and next time my dog was do for a cut she no longer works there. Another lady name Ella cut my dogs hair and did a great job and she was so professional and very delicate and understood what we requested.however the owner seems not very well trained to understand the customer needs, we have to communicate with her daughter via text message and to me it’s ver unprofessional, and lastly we had an appt soon and I called to confirm and I was told the groomer I requested had an emergency. What a coincidence the day we want her to cut our dogs hair she has an Emergency hair but my next court neighbor was offer the groomer I wanted for my dog. Oh and before I forget to mention I requested my dog to get a trim and they didn’t cut her hair at all and was charged very high price.

Great hair cut, nice nail trim and sparkling white teeth.Petsmart and other places do not compare to the hospitality and quality provided by Natalia. Had such lovely experiences going to this salon AND using the mobile unit.Its a little pricier than say PetSmart, but you get your fur baby back much faster and have much better service! Plus, the doggos are not over crowded.Ive had my Mochi groomed by Ella and one other- i cannot remember her name but both listened to my wishes and took excellent care of my dog, they were very careful around his moles and other skin conditions!Great groomer, will be a customer as long as they are around!

Natalia did a great job grooming my Miniature Schnauzer. She has a calming demeanor which made my dog feel relaxed. When I took him to past groomers he was always nervous. He was not scared at all during the entire groom with Natalia. She gave him a beautiful cut and was fair with the price. Thank you Natalia.

Natalia's Pet Grooming Salon is wonderful!! My two Shih Tzus were groomed and they came back looking gorgeous and pampered! Everyone working there is friendly, helpful, and open to talk to! I highly recommend that you take your pets to Natalia's Pet Grooming Salon!

Not sure about the service but I have tried several times to get in touch with them to see about grooming my 2 dogs. I have left messages and emails. I have yet to receive any response, not even a message to say they aren’t accepting new clients. In my opinion this is not very professional. Seems others have had good experiences, if you can get them to respond to inquires you may find out if they are good groomers or not.

Definitely one of the best grooming salons in the area. Conveniently mobile as well as they come to your home. Have had Natalia groom my two Yorkshire terriers twice and she really takes pride in what she does and goes the extra mile to ensure your hound looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend this service....

We would definitely recommend Natalia's service. That was a really nice experience for our yorkie and for us too. Very convenient to have that done right next to your door and in an hour to have your happy pet back. No waiting hours in a cage with other dogs at a shop. Natalia keeps decent prices too. Many thanks for a job well done.

So I dropped my goldendoodle off for a grooming appointment. I told them i wanted her nails clipped and i only wanted an inch taken off of her hair. I even showed with my fingers how much i wanted taken off. I picked her up and she is completely shaved, no hair between her eyes, choppy uneven around her face, and it looks like they took off two+ inches off her body. I took a look at her nails when she got home, and they weren’t clipped or even touched. I’m so irritated i not only paid them, but tipped them out of the kindness of my heart knowing covid has kept businesses under. Needless to say, they didn’t deserve the payment, or tip, and I will NEVER take my dog back

Worst customer service, I have had them 3 times and the last two they were extremely late and didn’t even tell me until 5 minutes before my appointment I sat here waiting until someone finally decided to text me and let me know Natalia the owner would finally showed up. When I asked her if she knew I had an 8:30 appointment and it was 9:20 , she got very nasty and said ok, I will leave .So I let her do exactly that .No apology, they do not even ask for vaccination records. If I could give a 0 I would. I will never use them again.

I took my Yorkie dog hear about two months ago and she came back with NO Hair and NO WHISKERand a very sad dog. Today was her first cut with her original groomer and she told me that she suspects they man handled her here due to the fear and shaking she had which she had NEVER been like before EVER in 4 years. If you care for your dog like your child do NOT bring your dog here. When I called a month ago to see camera footage I got hung up on.

Worst customer service on the phone ever. I never used the service so I can not speak to it. However I did call to setup an appointment and the man that answered the phone was very dismissive. He acted as if he was annoyed that I called to ask questions about the service and how it works. His responses were very short and non informative. He definitely should never answer the phone as he clearly isn't a people person. Lost my business just because of that. Wish you the best.
