I love this location and come here often cause I work right down the road. It's a really good Sheetz but the area around it isn't too safe so being here at night can be a bit sketchy. It seems the cops come out here often enough though so that's good! Just be safe when at this location at night.

Not particularly clean. Only 2 bathroom stalls (women). No where to walk a dog (if you’re road-tripping like we are). Only 9p and all the regular drip coffee is gone. Music level very loud inside.

I stopped at this place for food….the guy sat my fries on the bare countertop, fries fell out of the fry bag onto the counter. Instead of replacing the fries with new ones he scooped them up and put them inside my bag to eat. VERY UNSANITARY!!! I questioned him about it and it seems he had a attitude!!! I was patient and mentioned it to the manager…..he re did the order but didn’t even call out the order number so that I could get my order and called others that ordered way after me. I asked for a refund immediately! This was a bad experience and someone needs to speak with him about being sanitary and his attitude towards customers

I made a deposit of 20 dollars in cash and paid a fee of 5 at the register. It was suppose to go to my greencard and never did. Came to the store 2 weeks later, the cashier asks for my receipt, which I threw away. But that doesn't change the fact that I gave them money for no reason. Wouldn't recommend money deposit, and who know's what will happen if you use there atm.

So last night I placed a online order at midnight(11:56) was told 28 mins for cook time....So i walked up and chose the option to pay when i get there, well i got a bag of chips(Doritos)....so I then paid at 12:24 and then walked over and asked a employee in a gray shirt if my order was ready and was told, they fill them in the order received, and they had not started it yet,so i then sat there and proceeded to watch order after order to be filled, and i finally started eating my chips waiting..now during this time only 1 order came out to be place on the to-go rack...so now its 12:35 and still nothing, at roughly 12:40 a employee comes over and says im gonna finish my whole bag of chip before i get my order(jokingly), as he was also im sure concerned i been standing there almost 30 mins now,,,,,well now the story changed to, they made my order and someone musta took it....well thats why your getting the 3 star review, as the food was fine, and they did compensate me 2 free drinks, but the excuse was a complete farce, as only one order came out the back for online/app orders and it wasn't mine, and in no way did i miss it coming out and someone taking it, when i was posted up from 12:24 until I left 12:56, my order was fresh,and food decent, and again i got 2 drinks comped, but if i was 20 years younger and they told me the same story, like i said last night I dont think I would have been so polite about it, when again i checked when i first got there..

Another great Sheetz with everything that a normal Sheetz has. Very bright and we'll lighted. Very clean and the employees all seemed friendly and very helpful. If you are on the way by and need anything fast or just gas for your car it's definately a good place to stop at.

I've always had great service here. The town talks of how bad it is because of trouble makers occasionally being there... but most every time I've been there, there's been no issue with anything like that..

Food is just ok and buyer beware. Prices in here have skyrocketed. Almost $2 for a fresh donut. Ordered a frozen latte here and it was terrible. Not made right at all. Stick to just gas at this joint...their food has went downhill and too damn high for what it is.

They pretty much have your items all the time. And if the do make a mistake, then show them your receipt and show them. They will put your name in the book and you can pick it up when you go in the next time. But 9 times out of 10 they do get the orders right. They are very good at their jobs.

Always Bums loitering the parking lot. Sometimes women but mostly men. It makes me very uncomfortable to even get out of my car at times. Lots of Overdose occur here as well. I suggest choosing a different Sheetz in our area. In my opinion Naves Crossroads is the best. They all have there issues but Naves Crossroads seem to have the least amount of trouble there.

On a family trip up north I’ve used 7 bathrooms so far and not a single one had a baby changing station EXCEPT THIS ONE! Y’all had one and it made my night I strapped her on got her changed also even had a little chair I could strap my child into so I could use the restroom too 10/10 recommend even tho it was a minute off the parkway was worth it

Went to this location today and had someone strung out on something complaining about not having enough money to pull out of the ATM.. and then they proceeded to follow me to my car. UNSAFE location. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHEETZ AFTER DARK!

I love sheetz. Very convenient and delicious food options. The cheapest option is 2 hot dogs for $.99and I consider it to be my favorite . All the food is clean, tasty and made to order. I choose to go to a Dollar General for my chips and sodas, be abuse these things are"convenience priced".I enjoy their 12" MTO subs, the Deli and the meatball sub is delicious, full of protein and filling.12 hot dogs topped with the free options cost only $6.36. Yes I ate them all in one sitting and still only weigh 160 as a 45 year old Male. I have eaten and enjoyed these dogs since 1984.

Clean ,great service ,great selection though a little pricey. other gas stations have a lot less than they do and Sheetz cooks it too. So if you are on a long trip and need gas I suggest Sheetz.

Beautiful convinience store with great food and coffee. Open 24X7 is very convinient. Looks clean and great landscape on a busy and popular Queen City's Virginia Ave area. Our Memorial day weekend was truly memorable.

Coming from Texas Sheetz is pretty much the equal to buc ees The only issue I have with Sheetz stores is that annoying bell that rings almost ever 45 seconds How the employee do not go mad is beyond me

Has on 4 different occasions spanning several months forgot to add salt to a salted pretzel. I could see this being a one off mistake when busy, but I struggle to understand how this happens and wonder if hot dogs go without buns often too.

FOOD POISONING with 2 different people! First time was a Burger in the middle of the night and again at the same time a few weeks later with a chicken sandwich. Whoever is cooking food during the night shift needs either retrained or fired.

Two Sheetz in Cumberland. This is the slightly more sketchy of the two. Besides that it's a regular Sheetz and I have nothing bad to say about their service etc. it just seems like the demographics that frequent Sheetz everywhere are always sketchy.

Even though sheetz can be really busy alot, they handle it well. Plus the workers always very helpful.
