I've never posted a review before, but this company deserves it! I recently, almost a month ago bought my first female Juvenile Regal Jumper and I absolutely adore her. So much so that I decided to order a male to pair her with once matured. The customer services is BEYOND amazing. They are always quick to reply, and make you feel valued even at the simplest of questions. Thank you Reptilian Arts for helping me start this awesome journey with my jumpers. I'm looking forward to watching Autumn (her future hubby) and her children grow and thrive. 100% will be buying from them for all my little critter needs. Highly recommend to everyone wanting to start their own journey.

This will be lengthy because I am the type of person to return the energy put into me. This company has been the best experience I’ve had since owning my bearded dragon. They always answer the phone each time I call, respond extremely quick to emails, and my order has never ever been late. The bugs are always alive and healthy too! Once, someone had stolen my package from my porch and I figured it was silly but I reached out to the company and asked if they would replace it. They responded quickly and shipped my order out the same day and I had it in the next two days. The guy I communicate with is always respectful and quick, very patient too. I signed up for an auto shipment each week. This company has my full trust and business for as long as I have a reptile to feed. Posted a picture of my beardie, Eliza, as a treat for your eyes. 😊

I bought my first jumper as well as two enclosures, some Dubia roaches and some moss. I am so very happy with the customer service I received there, all the employees that helped me seemed very knowledgeable. My jumper is doing just great and I’m looking for great times with him 💚🖤💚🖤

Ordered a sub-adult orange female regal jumping spider on April 1st. She arrived today (April 3rd). Her name is Fiona and she is absolutely perfect.They shipped her with a heat pack which was amazing, considering the weather in Ohio fluctuates so much.I had intended on leaving a review earlier but she fed on a mealworm for nearly an hour and I was unable to get a good picture until she was finished. Thank you Reptilian Arts, I'm a very happy customer.

Just got my order of feeder insects. Everything looked great and all bugs were alive, also they were neatly packaged with care in the shipping container which I liked. Not many places care about the comfortablity of their feeders when they send them out so seeing this made me smile. Super happy I came across this business online.

Ordered online so isopods and springtails for my terrarium. They arrived on time, and I believe I actually got more isopods than I ordered (some did die naturally) and I hope they're happy in their new home it's been 4 hours and they seem to have found somewhere comfy 😁Will definitely order more as my collection grows!

Wonderful customer service! We have a weekly recurring delivery for our leopard gecko and UPS lost the package one week. I contacted Reptilian Arts asking for a new shipment asap (even though this was not their mistake) and they sent me a new weekly supply immediately and free of charge! Highly recommend their subscription service to anyone

I had had a few issues with the speed of shipping outside of that the last batch of flightless fruit flies I had received was of an exceptional quality it's been several weeks and still new ones are hatching. Just be sure to order at the beginning of the week if you want your order before the end of said week.

Despite canceling all my subscriptions a week ago, I have continued to be billed for them, which has been a source of frustration.Upon canceling my subscriptions through the website, I was assured that there would be no further automatic drafts or orders. However, to my dismay, I received an email today notifying me of another charge for an order. Upon addressing this issue with their customer service, I was informed that a refund was not possible as the order had already been dispatched. Furthermore, I was advised that I should have emailed them directly to cancel my subscriptions, contrary to the cancellation process I followed on their website, which provided me with a confirmation.While I may consider recommending this company for individual orders, I caution against subscribing to their services due to the company's questionable practices and lack of transparency upon cancellation.Sincerely,Tylor Howell

First shipment lid was bit loose so bugs came out. Got a free replacement and not one of the feeder insects were dead on arrival. Will definitely recommend this awesome business to anyone. I started a subscription for regular food deliveries. Last 2 shipments contained diseased roaches that my Bearded Dragon wouldn't go near! In one case, over >50% of the roaches died within a week as a result of being diseased. Customer service to resolve the issue was also a nightmare. When I wanted to delete the subscription and my credit card, the website didn't enable me to delete the credit card - suggesting this company wants to hold onto your CC information I've left phone messages with no response. Stay away if you love your pet and your financial security!!! (PS - left one star, but it would have been -10 if it was feasible to do so)

Reptilian Arts was the only place selling fruit fly cultures that shipped in less than a week and it got here within 3 days! shipped all the way across the country with all the bugs alive, zero mess and perfect! The front staff are very knowledgeable and experienced in reptile and insect caretaking. They answer questions in a way that is genuine and not in a way that they just want to sell you more things. Reptiles look well taken care of and feeder insects they provide look good in quality.

I love this place, I always get my feeders in great time. I always have to commute back and forth from home and my job so I have to keep my chameleons bowl filled with food. Even if I order last minute I still get them in Exceptional time. This should be everyone's go to shop for feeder insects and all.

I ordered a 100 Dubia roaches received them half dead and counted the number I received was 37 including the dead ones DO NOT RECOMMEND. Clearly they can’t count and all roaches were newborn. I wouldn’t recommend ordering breeding pairs either from them as those roaches most likely have already been past their life expectancy and have been breeded out already

Had some of my breeding colony die within 24 hours and they refused to send me out new ones instead gave me less than $3 as a refund! So now my colony is smaller which is not what I wanted! I refuse to buy more from them! I will go else where from now on!
