I love Potomac valley pharmacy 🤩 if you're not too sure about certain products and certain things even about your pets and try to find other enemies that veterinary will not charge you I'm in the leg. The prescription drugs if you're unaware about certain situation how to do things in the treatment of drugs you are picking up be sure to ask ask your pharmacy.. also what's cool about Potomac valley is delivery service to your house please be kind to tip the drivers.

Staff (except pharmacist) have horrible attitudes, do not listen to your questions and do not give the answers requested. Every time I call (no exaggeration), they listen to part of my request and immediately put me on hold. Upon returning to the phone, they obviously don’t have all (or any) of the information I need because they don’t listen. I’ve had to ask them several times for specifics during the same phone call on prescriptions just to get the correct info I needed. At the drive through, they ignore my request to pick up certain prescriptions and bring them all (which I didn’t ask for) and they’re already rung up.

Very bad experience with these guys. I have a friend with a chronic pain condition stemming from a brain tumor, and she gets the worst service every time she goes there for her narcotics. She's a younger girl, and stereotypically snuffed because of her prescriptions. Rude pharmacists and rude cashiers.

What CVS couldn't do in over a week. Potomac Valley Pharmacy was able to do in less then 24 hours. I was having a hard time with CVS, so I gave up on them and thought I would try a local Mom and Pop Pharmacy and I am so glad I did. They ordered my prescription and had it the next day. They even do prescription counseling which I have never been offered before. Nice folks, Very Helpful and friendly.

These guys had home COVID test avalble around the end of December. They charged $25 per test . My wife recently bought the same brand test (exact test ) at CVS in LaVale for $10 . I understand supply and demand ,but would you say a little COVID profiteering was going on?

Personalized service, they follow up on problems. The pharmacists are caring and proactive, and they deliver. Prices are competitive with the "big box" pharmacies overall. A hidden gem in Cumberland.
