I get crickets and reptile supplies here. I always look at all of their pets while I’m there. The cages and tanks are always clean and the associates are always so nice and helpful.

Great selection of fish and pet supplies. Fish are have a warranty as long as you provide a water sample. The fish are good quality and I never had an issue with them. The is my go to place for aquarium supplies.

My wife went in and grabbed a 50 count of wax worms. I opened them and the smell that came out of the container was very strong. I got all them out of there, but in the process I had an allergic reaction. I've bought from other stores, that's never happened. They are also small (not even the tip of my finger) if they weren't dead , probably about 17 were dead. I really can't see going back after all that.

I am a manager of a multimillion dollar company and we stride to have the best customer service. With that being said, the staff here were VERY rude. Short and sweet, acted as if our presence was a burden to them. I understand the whole "back your employees" but this is one of those situations where your employees were in the wrong time and time again. Scales and tales down the road can take care of the needs of your pets and more. Plus the staff are actually helpful instead of acting like they're extremely busy behind the counter. Very poor experience.

Best place to find fish! Fair prices, and the majority are super healthy. Most of the staff are knowledgeable as well and give you great tips. I love that the store doesn't stink like other shops either. It shows that the staff care about the cleanliness and well being of the animals.

This is the only pet store that I’ve ever been to that is both clean and staffed with knowledgeable employees. This pet store was a mess when it was at it’s old location, but after new management took over it’s the complete opposite. They have a wide variety of toys/food/accessories for all small animals. They constantly get new brands in and stock up as much as they can with Covid delays. They are always busy, which shows that they have a large trusting customer base, but never too busy to answer any questions I may have. The groomer even helped me pick stuff out for my dogs that she knew I was planning to groom at home. Great pet shop to have in the area, especially as a bird owner!

Honest to god I have no idea how they are still open the third time around. 4 out of the 6 animals I have gotten from here have died. All different reptiles and rodents.

I've gone up multiple times to pick up food for my bearded dragon and I'm constantly lied to about when they will be receiving more. The lies range from when they will have it to why they don't have it. Was able to order the food online and even cheaper than what they sell it for. I'll never return there, they really don't know what they're doing, which is sad because they have animals there that are being neglected. Would also help business if the workers actually greeted customers when entering and not minutes after being inside.

Usually kind staff but we unfortunately got stuck with a very rude worker today. We’re usual customers - we’ve gotten two hamsters and a guinea pig as well as multiple orders of crickets and were there today to buy a hamster cage and crickets but were treated poorly by the 20-30 some year old worker with brown hair. We asked for crickets and he said he said very rudely that he needed to feed the birds, opened the cricket carrier to check for some and then slammed it on us before walking away. It was unreal. This was one of our favorite places to go, so it’s very disappointing that we have to take our business elsewhere.from now on.

I went last week Friday I think to ask if they had Dubia Roaches, and none in stock. Called today no Dubias either, and didn't know when they be in stocked next. Me and fiance were there like a month ago only got the last Dubia roach container. They had a Bearded Dragon sitting in their water bowl is not a good sign. Nice collection, but I don't really trust them.

I bought my puppy here and now get his hair cut here.They are the nicest people and they always make sure that Max is getting the haircut I want and they know exactly who he is when we walk in.Everyone is very nice.Highly recommend. 😋

Walked in and had to immediately walk out. The smell was unbearable, the store was filthy, and very poor animal conditions (from what I could see of the kitten in its filthy cage and the puppies in their aquarium style boxes on the floor).

I bought a baby bearded dragon in August and it passed the next day. Then visited again in December and bought a python to find out it has mites. Not recommended.
