We just got 2 cats from the local shelter so we haven’t been to this animal hospital very often… we first went there for their first checkup and everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. It took a lot of stress out of the situation for our kitties and us!The second time, we had to take one of our cats there because she had an eye problem…we called the office and they were able to squeeze us in!! Again, everyone was awesome and the cat didn’t feel the stress of the situation !

We had our elder cat put down a month ago and they took such good care of her. They gave us paw prints and some of her fur and the sweetest card. Nicest staff ever, really helped keep her memory! Thank you guys so much. ❤️

Updating my review:I wish I could give this animal hospital a million and ten star review. We got home from the store and our puppy had a pretty big emergency. I called them at 20 til closing freaking out, barely forming coherent sentences and they told me to bring her in. A handful of people stayed past closing to give my girl a quick check over and some x-rays (because we wanted to be extra safe). I was crying, they brought me a water, and I swear I apologized and thanked them about 50 times. If you're ever in the Cumberland, MD area I recommend them without any hesitation. This animal hospital is all about the animals and they love and care for them as much as we do Old review:Hands down the best vet experience myself and my dog have had. The vets and techs were all so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our baby felt safe and comfortable.

7/26/2022 my older dog went for wellness exam & vaccine updates. The office did only a 1yr rabies instead 3yr vaccine and false slandered me after leaving a VM. The office staff sent a letter to discharged my dog from practice due to my vm explaining that I was given only 1yr and not 3yr rabies vaccine. I explained he had a rabies vaccine done in the past and this needed to be corrected. I contacted them on 08/3/2022 and spoke to Amber( whom didn’t provided last name, title n/a ), whom was extremely rude over phone. She called me “hunny” multiple times and didn’t allow me to address the FLEE issue that my dog experienced after the visit at NORTH BRANCH. He was on a prescription nexguard for many years without any problems every 3 months. Amber was so very unprofessional, and rude. She needs to consider a new career learning along with being trained in customer service skills. She stated, “ she was going to block my number when I asked if there was someone above her”. This is not how you should handle a complaint. I’ve worked many years in customer service in PA/NJ and never in my life experienced such disrespect. She felt she was top authority and there was no one above her to address or hear any other my concerns. I highly don’t recommend this Animal Hospital to others until they find replacement for Amber that shows how to address customer complaints properly without being argumentative, disrespectful, and rude. I wish the best to Dr Granger and her medical team. I hope to hear from another manager above Amber who can address my concerns properly with respect, and kindness. My dog experienced after the visit is a concern with proper cleaning/hygiene within the office rooms when he was given his vaccines along with not being properly explained regarding the rabies vaccine should of been addressed instead of just trying to disregard a client.

This is a very nice place with a very good staff and affordable prices, especially if you're bringing in multiple animals. It's always been easy to get an appointment asap too. It's a great place to go.

When we had to make the hard decision to put our 14 year old fur baby down, the staff cried along us, one of the hardest days of our lives.Since then they have celebrated with us on our 2 new fur babies pictured below. The vets and staff at North Branch are incredible. They go above and beyond. I've had them scramble to find out what was wrong with a one year old lab of mine and allowed them to gently care for my 19 year old cat. They were there for me when we lost our older dog too. They have a room for euthanasia that is beautiful and calming. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

We were not patients of this facility but knew our 12 year old dog was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. Within hours they had us in and ended her suffering. There was nothing easy about yesterday but I don't think I could have felt better anywhere else. We will definitely be using them for our other dogs vet care as well. Thank you! To all who helped us yesterday.

Dr. Foland and his vet tech staff are absolutely wonderful with my animals. I wouldn't let my cats go anywhere else!I will say sometimes they're a bit behind, but honestly what doctors office isn't if they're spending quality time with me and my pets to make them feels safe and me feel listened to. Literally zero complaints. Keep up the great work North Branch!!

Honestly I had high hopes for it at first. The doctors and staff were all super nice. But when we took our cat there, and found out he had feline pneumonia and borderline heart disease, we were more than distraught, we were heartbroken. The doctors offered no solution, no change in diet nothing. They didn't offer up any information to make him better. No Solutions whatsoever. Just " oh your cat is basicallydying, and there'snothing we can do. Sorry about your bad luck bro" we took him there to get him better and he came back worse. I am absolutely livid with these results. And I will not be taking him back ever again!

Our dog Finn has been having seizures and a collapsed trachea- all of the vets and techs have been amazing. Even recvd a call Monday evening after hours as a follow up on our little guy. They were amazing when our older dog gained her wings and we adopted a cat from NB after they rescued and provided free care to her to get her healthy before adopting her out. We love North Branch. 🐾🐾🐾

Highly recommend! Great vet. My regular vet was going to make me wait 3 days for an emergency(back in July).. I wasnt even a client. They got me in IMMEDIATELY. Then stayed almost 30mins past their closing time. Can't thank them enough!

I love this place. We have always brought our German Shepard here. Now we have 2 puppy pit mixes. The staff is professional but still very personal and kind. The Vets are informative and great with the animals. Also they are very affordable. We are not rich, but it is nice knowing that you can afford quality car for your fur babies. I highly recommend North Branch Animal Hospital.
