Hope you're ready to make an account and clip some digital coupons, it's the only way to get a fair price. Every time I see an item offered with a lower price through their stupid app I cross the item off my list and buy it somewhere else. Either offer the deal or don't, I'm not going to stand around in your store trying to log into a useless account just to get a fair deal. This is like the third week in a row I've skipped buying the same specific item from you because it's the third week in a row you've offered a better deal with one of your stupid "digital coupons." Idiotic.Oh, and they sell moldy items and blame the customer for not scrutinizing their garbage products closely enough. At Martin's, it's all about making the customer do the store staff's work for them. It's YOUR fault we sold you rancid food! Happened to a friend, and they told him they watched him on camera and studied the footage etc and asked him to come in for a replacement. What a weird method of intimidation. I guess it beats replacing his worthless moldy food, you might lose a couple of dollars and you sure can't afford that, it's not like you're the most expensive store in Cumberland or anything.

For the location (Cumberland) this is a large and well-stocked store. There's a surprisingly large amount of produce, and a great selection of meats and seafood. This is not a great location for anything exotic or imported. Mostly self-check stands with few manned check out aisles, and the self-check stands are finicky about the scales, but usually the lines are short and issues are resolved quickly. This is my go-to grocery store in Cumberland.

Ordered catering. No problem getting some items from the meat and deli section but would recommend not relying on the bakery section for catering. I had ordered cookies in advance, and after waiting 10 minutes at the counter to speak to someone to pick them up I finally opted to leave them. I could no longer wait, or I would risk being late to my meeting. The Martins in La Vale is much better. Either way, it would be more convenient to pick up catered food from one counter instead of different counters throughout the store.

Don't sit here and lie to me and tell me you have something on your shelf that you don't. Your little seafood cubby isn't that large, I can see what you have stocked and what you don't.I sat and compared the price of EVERY ITEM in that section, EVERY SINGLE ONE, to find the ones with the lowest unit price so there's literally no possible way you had some other item for sale in that section that I somehow overlooked. I looked at every individual rack, if any of these other items were on sale then you failed to put a sale tag on it.Lying later and saying it was there and somehow I went temporarily blind is exactly what I expect from a place that gets every order wrong and sells moldy food, all at a markup.

We shop Martins when possible but mostly the ones closer to home. We were traveling so we stopped in here. About the same selections as others, store seemed clean and stocked up. Biggest issue was the male cashier who was busier yelling across the store at his manager and worst yet, the manager yelling back acting just as childish as the cashier. Also we had bagged several food items such as blueberries so they wouldn't go everywhere if the case opened but he just ripped the bag open and took them out, he did the same with our meats, removing the bags we had used to contain any leaks. Fortunately we don't have to use this store, it just happened to be on the way.

The meat selection, on the other hand, is commendable, encompassing lamb, grass-fed beef, bison, and more. The seafood department boasts enticing prices while maintaining a fresh, odor-free ambiance. A bustling bakery corner presents a wide assortment of choices.While their prices may lean toward the higher end compared to competitors, utilizing the store's app, coupons, and deals can yield considerable value. However, the presence of an automated cleaning bot during peak hours raises eyebrows. It may be more prudent to deploy such bots during off-peak hours to ensure an obstacle-free shopping experience for patrons.

Martins is nice store, clean and we'll stocked. Some items are a little pricy but they carry all the name brands. Nice meat, seafood and Deli cases, and a serve your self salad and soup Bar. Rotisserie chicken, and fresh bake in the oven pizza. They even carry some gifts and cards. They have a very nice produce section also. Lots to choose from in Martin's.

Clean store. Clean bathrooms. LOVE their organic options!!! Nature's Promise and the isle dedicated to non gmos! I'm so thankful for this since I shop strictly for non gmo. Coffee, canned goods, cheese, milk, bread...etc! Organic 'ore0s' and organic 'frit0s'!

I just want to commend the Direct grocery pick up staff; I come almost weekly and to pick items and a few associates go out of their way to make sure my items are available. This means speaking with department managers, looking out for and even contacting me about my item’s! Lacey, Sara and others go above and beyond!!! Thank you so much for going out of your way to ensure I have my items and caring about your customers!—————————-So why not 5 stars? Well, I was treated poorly at customer service today, an associate did not want to honor a rain check request. She acted like I was doing something wrong, when in fact I only asked for what I was told on the phone I could have. I ordered online my items and they were out of stock, I was told bring my receipt no problem. She had to call her manager and thank God he was professional and kind and told her to give me the rain check. Honestly, she was not nice to me. But other than that I do love my Martins Direct staff!!!!

This Martin's is like most Martin's, well stocked, clean l, with a wide variety of foods at mostly fair prices. Outside is, how can I say it, a little more rough around the edges. There is a security guard posted 24/7 if that explains anything. But on the upside, there is a security guard so it doesn't get out of hand. But lock your doors for sure.

The gentleman that helped me with getting whole chickens for my brother's Memorial Service in a quick manner, was absolutely the kindest person. Very thoughtful and caring. Thank you Sir as now I forget your name, but they were delicious.

Wide selection on brands and products. They have a little bit of everything. Store is easy to navigate and find what you need. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Items made from the bakery are fresh and taste good. If you need to order anything for a party of any kind, the cakes taste amazing and the icing choices are good as well. They have meat and cheese trays as well.

When I went today they were in the process of taking inventory and restocking. Had a lot of mark-down items. Very quiet.Went back today to see about an emo cake for a birthday. They didn't have any skull designs that I liked, (they had sugar skulls and nightmare before Christmas though.) but helped me find a suitable workaround. :)

Huge store. Many choices and selections. However, a bit overwhelming for my Dad with Alzheimer's. We may stick to online ordering. The lady who packed our bags was lovely and asked about how to use sign language with my Dad as he is Deaf. He loved it! We will be back, but for curbside pick up next time.

Open more registers. Having 10 lanes and only 2 are operating why... Do you have all the lanes built if your not using them!!! You remolded the store for a purpose... Use the space!😐🙄😏 🙌

This location is great. The employees are much more helpful and really hustle. Would love to see certain items back in stock, but that may be a supply issue.

Always a great atmosphere to shop, not to crowded and amazing employees that are always asking if I need help. There is one stock guy, Kenny(younger guy, glasses), who is usually there when I go in & he has a great attitude towards his job & one of the most politest young men I've ever met. The store is always clean and well organized and, for the most part, almost always has what I'm looking for.

The BEST reason to shop here, well what's the reason not to. Everything is clean, safe, easy to find. The works well you will think of them as FRIENDS. That's how much you we LOVE shopping at MARTINS! (TRUST ME)
