I was parked super close (on the shoulder of the 68 east on ramp) and my truck needed air pumped into the air tanks because my neutral wasn't secured so my truck wouldn't start. I walked over around 1045pm and the tire repair shop said all of his mechanics are leaving and they didn't have any air compressors on the trucks to help. So I call dispatch and they talk with loves and they end up coming out the next day with a truck that has an air compressor on it magically. And 5 minutes later I was on my way. Something that could have took 5 minutes had me waiting for 9 hours. The mechanic that showed up was a nice guy and professional which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

Drove through looking for a great stop after leaving Cumberland. No signs posted until literally trying to enter the gas station that they were closed with zero explanation. The only thing open was a McDonalds with zero restrooms, meanwhile the inside of Loves appeared full of employees having a blast. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are temporarily down for a plumbing issue or something that I assume started on yesterday idk. There are truckers & customers that can't make certain purchases, use the restroom or shower. But the McDonald that is adjoined is still in service🙄. Like how are the workers at the loves & McDonald using the restroom. They won't even let us know when it will be open to the public again.(This is Day 2)meanwhile the employees are exiting & entering the building at will literally piggyback riding laughing & goofing off getting

Like in paradise or hotel with 5 star, extremly clean everything, have everything what truck drivers needs, they are hard workers, and very friendly… showers is very very clean and have a pressure and hot water… new towels

Stopped here around noon on a weekday. The place was closed up. Said you could pay at the pump but didn't work. No bathroom access which is why we stopped. Definitely not 24 hour!!

Staff was extremely nice and their restaurants are 24 hours which is so amazing because after covid everyone wants to close at 6:00 p.m. and then they don't start making breakfast until 8:00 a.m. which just doesn't work with truck drivers schedules.

This is a nice loves. Parked at 2 pm and showered, shower was clean and had good water pressure with hot water. The parking lot was quiet all night.

We stopped here to dump our RV/camper tanks after a few days of boondocking and to fuel up w/diesel.The dump station is out front near to the propane fill station in the painted yellow X box. It’s next the air fill machine, so we needed the full length of our sewer hoses to reach our rear tanks on the 40’ RV. Once the $10 fee is paid inside, an employee will come out and unlock the padlock. We re-locked when we left. The whole process was pretty easy.This location is very busy. The bathrooms were clean, but only a few stalls (4) for as busy as it is. I gave four stars because the dump station can be difficult to get into with cars coming and going from the fuel pumps and parking spots. Everyone is in a hurry.

Everyone here was very courteous and friendly including the shop guys. Lots of grassy areas to exercise, walk the dogs or just relax. The store seemed clean and so did the property. All cans were emptied and no trash was visible except a few things in the lot that nasty drivers had left behind. I parked in the back and it was very quiet and peaceful. I'm sure to return to this location again. Once again thank you LOVES!!!!!

My opinion may be biased but I worked here for about a year. Throughout my employment I've met so many nice people that told me how convenient this store was on their long trips. I miss all my regulars and it wasn't easy to leave but I had to. I got to know a lot of the staff during this time and they're all extremely friendly. GAS PUMPS GO DOWN AT 12 Every night for roughly 30 minutes. Its a great place for employment along with a little r&r. I'd like to offer a personal note towards a few workers whom helped me a lot, Stacey, Rick, Janet, Maverick, Julie and my brother from another mother Noel along with the Subway, McDonald's, Loves and the tire shop crews. Keep up the good work guys.

This place was VERY busy. Makes it a little longer in an RV... took us over an hour to gas up and fill our propane. Still, so far, Loves is the best for RV'ERS (that we have been to).

Great customer service! I’m greeted as as I walk in and a “Thank you” when I left, which really helps. The store is clean and well stocked. The waiting list for showers was a little long, yet the staff were quick to clean the shower rooms as they became available. Truck parking was decent at 6 pm, nothing crazy. Clean parking area. Fuel lanes clean, stocked and good window cleaner in buckets with squeegees in good condition. Great job!

Nice place to stop off the highway and get gas and snacks/drinks. The restrooms were fairly clean. Attendant was friendly and quick to checkout.

Wonderful place to stretch your legs and fuel yourself and your car! Staff was incredible and pleasant. I was most impressed with the bathroom. Whoever put the toilet paper higher up on the wall deserves a raise and lots of praise! Of all my 40 years of travel, this is the first time I didn’t have to almost kiss the floor to reach the toilet paper and I actually had a neat folded piece to use instead of a wadded bundle of ripped pieces. The struggle is real! Thank you Love’s!

Not worth the stop. Maybe for truckers but not for cars. This place is very expensive. Had a deli sandwich bag of chips and fountain drink. Fountain drink was basically water. Sandwich was mediocre at best and chips were not great.Heading west there is a few more stops not far after this stop. Stops with a lot more. Cumberland MD. I don't usually write bad reviews but I couldn't help it.Get it together Loves...those prices were insulting.

Easy, fast service for fuel, food, snacks restrooms and McDonald's and SubWays on site. Easy off / on the interstate access. Always s clean facilities. Typically friendly see vice.Truck stop amenities too. 18 wheeler parking out back and fueling area separate from automotive gas filling area. Food at Lives as well as McDonald's and SubWays too. Showers available on site for a fee. Very nice newer hotel next door.

Don't try to clean your windows here in tue winter. It's just not good business when gas stations put out just water in the winter.

4.5/5 and recommendI really liked my visit here.I liked the washroom facility. It was quite Clean and hygienic. The staff was friendly. The food variety was quite great. Liked there Steak, Egg and Chicken wrap/taco. Also they have a great coffee station. And the gas price was quite reasonable.Overall it was a life saver for me, in my 15hr long interstate travel.

Came in on the evening of 08/10/23 for a simple lug nut job and was met with amazing and knowledge professional commercial mechanics who got me in and out as soon as possible. Because most truck stop shops offer less than stellar service I always make a point to review the ones that do their job with a smile!

I thought gas stations would give your money back to the credit card automatically if you did not pump the entire amount. Unfortunately, I left with over $20 remaining to pump. The amount never went back to my card! What a ripoff.

Great place to get fresh brewed coffee and use the restrooms. There's a Subway and McDonald's in the same location if you're looking for something to eat. Love's has food, but I think it's a expensive for what you get.
