Would definitely not recommend I had issues with them in the past but figured I'd give them another try. I bought a half ounce of untrimmed buds only to get underdeveloped buds and leaf. I tried to take it in and exchange for something better and all they would say was all sales are final. I took it home and weighed it and had 7 grams of leafs definitely will never go back. They do not care about the customer. I have had untrimmed before and have no problem with leaf but this stuff isn't even smokable. Really wasted my hard earned money!!!

I went yesterday for my first time, Jamie is absolutely amazing!! She took her ti.e and listened to what I need, wasn't even worried about the time, we talked and after she helped me with my order, my husband and I left very happy!! I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!THANKS Jamie!!! Your ROCK✌️💪🤘

Love this place. Quick to the point. First time was just a few extra minutes getting registered. After you're registered you can then order online for pickup or the drive thru. Once you get there they get your product pretty quickly. I recommend using cash since there's a surcharge for cards.

I tried their private reserve about four months ago didn’t like it too much. I don’t like to give negative reviews so I didn’t but let me tell you I just bought some last week 360° turnaround. It was amazing it’s not as good as rhythm but it’s damn close, and also their vapes are amazing too. I got the blueberry muffin. It was unbelievable blew my mind. Can’t wait to go back.

The first time I came here, it took a little bit longer than I thought it would. That is because you have to register, but they gave me a discount, which was unexpected, and very appreciated! I think they do it for everyone, but let me have my moment. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Also, if you go to a bar, and tip a bartender, tip your 'tenders here too! They get you in less trouble than the bartender too.

Definitely my favorite dispensary in Cumberland MD! They have the nicest staff & best deals in my personal opinion! It's rare I have an issue but if I ever do they're always super fast to resolve them and have me on my way!!

Every single grow west product I have ever tried is completely over cured and dried out to no end. Very little flavor. Growers don’t know their cure game which is kind of a tell tale sign of someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Also extreme amounts of refuse and under developed buds at premium flower prices is pretty unacceptable guys.

Great place to buy tree from. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is a wide variety of bud and vapes to chose from. And you earn points that can be spent on product which is nice when your cash flow is low.

I haven't had any issues with GW even if they mess up the order, I correct them and they fix it no problem. Tree I've gotten has been good, I get what I pay for...the other joint down the street reduced their discount for military and GW has been supporting Initiative 22 since the beginning so I'll keep supporting them. Also as a medical patient they definitely look out for me. You get the energy you put into the world and GW has been good to me....so far.

Good prices, great customer service, first time here today and the experience was simple! Walk in, give your ID, register for rewards, only have to be 21+ with an ID (No you don't have to be a MD resident)....If you're thinking about dropping in, just do it, you'll thank me later!!! I've been to two of the dispensarys so far in Cumberland and grow west seems to have the better deals!

Grow West products are the worst of the worst *every* time I take a chance on them. They pass ditch weed off as medicine and frankly it's obscene what they get away with. Every eighth of flower you get from them comes with at least 1.5 grams of refuse that they left on for you just to make a quick buck. Absolutely shameful. The only stuff produced by them worth smoking are their "premium" flowers and if you make *all* of your stuff suck to the point that your customers HAVE to buy the very best to get anything halfway decent you're ripping people off.

Strictly 420 event review: If this was a celebration, i came to wrong place! Complete bogus advertising. 1. No games. 2.Dj(yeah sure). 3. 2 hour wait(Wouldn't have minded if not for #4). 4. Special stated "spend $350 get 42% off". They didn't mean 42% off the bill over $350! So the associate guy was so hateful, that my friend & I won't return.
