I do not like to give a business bad review. But recently I took our Maltese there, she is 13 years old. When I picked her up they stated she was not a good dog. I do not know what happened but my girl was very uneven and was very traumatized. It took us two days to get her settled down. I missed having her smell good too. Will not take her back.

Fantastic service. Groomed my cat without any issues. My old groomer had to sedate her before they could touch her but Groom N Tails were gentle and pacient and were able to take care of my cat without any medications. Will go back definitely!!!!!

I took my long hair Chihuahua and a Himalayan cat for grooming first they did not bathe either one of them my chihuahua acts like she's been traumatized really poor haircut on her that is butchered up. And my cat still has mats and stuff in his fur and the staff needs to learn how to talk to people. I would not recommend and I will not be going there again

Just got home from getting Dingy her summertime doo and I think they did a great job. I didn't catch the girl's name that cut dingy but she was friendly and knew what she was doing. I stood there with ding and she let the girl cut away with no problem at all cuz ding hasn't always liked getting a haircut before. Compared to the other guys in town I found their prices to be very reasonable. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!Jack DruryLavale Md

Small but that can be a good thing. Had a pregnant German Shepherd bathed and groomed. They handled her with care, did a great job and I was able to drop her off and pick her back up in about an hour so she did not have to sit in a kennel long and get stressed out.

She did an excellent job with my buddy. She actually groomed him and not just shave him. He was happily prancing around when I picked him up. I highly recommend her. This was my first visit and I'm happy I went.

They are wonderful with my 19 year old cat. She gets extremely matted no matter how much I brush her at home. They do a wonderful job making her look, smell, and feel better. I also appreciate that they can groom her any day unlike most other groomers who only do cats a certain day of the month.

Coco has been groomed here for years. Friendly, courteous staff and they listen to exactly how we want him trimmed, and they do just that. We even leave his own special hypo-allergenic shampoo there that they use on him every time, so we don't have to take it back and forth. They are also very prompt and we are just able to hang out in the city and run errands while he's groomed. Never an all day event like some places. We love this place!

Took my Springer Spaniel in for her first Hair Cut. They did and outstanding job. Even came to my rescue after falling over my pup outside. Lol. She can be a wild child. I’m healing nicely from my broken elbow from that. Thank you for your help!!

They are very good with my dog! They are very gentle with Noel and she always comes back happy and calm. The cut is great and the groomer is very easy to talk to.

Never in all of my times reviewing a business have I went out of my way to find a way to correct a review from five stars to one honestly I would give this place zero Stars if that were an option. The only thing that that business had going for them was a groomer that they have recently let go. However because they let her go I can freely say that every time I was in there I was extremely uncomfortable nothing was clearly stated for the employees or for the customers the places dirty constantly the only spot that was clean was where the good groomer was doing her work. I would sooner shave my animal with doll clippers myself then allow someone in that establishment to touch my animal. They are extremely unprofessional and I saw a behavior that made me very uncomfortable from which I can only assume was the owner. My recommendation is to go anywhere but there.

I have taken my 5 dogs to Groom-N-Tails for years.I have never been disappointed, my dogs always look and smell great.The staff are always friendly and can answer any questions I may have. Five Stars, I'd do six if that was an option.

We wouldn’t take our two dogs anywhere else. We’ve had experiences at other groomers and Kim and staff are top notch! We have a very skiddish shih tzu who used to return from the groomers acting scared and timid. Since we’ve taken her to groom and tails she comes home her usual happy self. Their cuts are perfect and always to our specifications. We feel very safe leaving them in the hands of Groom N Tails.

I have clipped my Chihuahuas nails for years because she was so bad to take to have them done. Well now she is 10 and over the last year or so she has gotten to the point it is impossible to do them as she scream, cries, kicks, fights and squirms before you can even get started to get one done. So I took her to groom n tails after calling around because when I called they said I could hold her while they do it. She is my baby and I worry as much as she is scared. Well I had them done in November and then today January 22nd by groom n tails and I will go to them now monthly. They are so nice to me and Phoebe and as difficult as Phoebe is they still treat her amazing. They use the buffer and are super quick and when she was done she even let the woman pet her and do a pretty neck bandanna both times and she is not usually good with other people at all so it shows she really likes the girl and knows its helping her by not having long toenails lol. I cant say thank you enough to groom n tails for taking care of my Phoebe “lady bird lol” and making this so much easier for me. You guys are awesome! A million thanks!!!Kevin McKenzie :-)

For the most part the people here are friendly, but I have a few issues... one of the groomers is irresponsible and leaves the pets in the cages with urine and feces and doesn't want to take responsibility for it. The owners boyfriend or husband or whatever doesn't like Huskies. He said to me when mine was there and I didn't like the way he treated the pets. He teased the cats and he doesn't really want to be there. He is not there because he is "animal friendly", he is there because he can't hold a job anywhere else because he can't get along with people and the owner is his significant other. So take your pets here at your own risk. I wouldn't suggest it.

I have a chocolate lab who is a bit of a big girl and no one has dried her as good as this place! I have lived and have had groomers in DC, VA and MoCo Maryland and she's never been fully dried. Not to mention they are extremely friendly.
