This is like the fourth time I've had to go to this store because they are the only ones that seem to keep my Fixodent denture powder in stock for some reason the one in Cresaptown will not get it back and let me tell you Amy goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy she always has a smile and she greeted me very happy you can clearly tell she loves her job and the store smells clean and there's no tension it just absolutely beautiful store so I will drive out of my way to make sure I feel welcome and also everything I need is always in stock at that store which speaks volumes especially since I've asked numerous times in 2 months and nobody seems to order it at my normal store but that's okay

Beautiful store. The floor is maintained so well. I'm going to laugh when they get shut down after being sued when someone breaks their ankle. Floor's been like this forever. It does match the decor of boxes and products blocking the aisles and never put away. 5/5, would almost trip there again.

Close to home, convenient and employees are very helpful. They showed me how to set up n use the dollar general app and to watch for sales in the weekly flyer that's available online with the coupons for as much savings as possible! Two of the girls that have been there since I moved close by have really brought the store up, from the best customer service to a well organized, fully stocked store with the availability they have since they aren't a bigger store or new they don't always have access to all the cold/frozen foods!

This DG is an absolute disgrace. Aisles filled with product on carts where you can’t get through, prices ALWAYS wrong. Whole thing is filthy

This store is a mess. Both sides of the aisle are blocked by carts sitting in the way while they "stock" the shelves and even the ends of the aisles are blocked. The cashier didn't acknowledge us at all,no greeting or a thank you. This is by far the worst DG in this area.

I go to this Dollar General quite frequently because of the people that work there. They are very nice & they actually take the time to help their customers no matter how busy they get! The other Dollar Generals I go to are not so helpful & some can be just plain rude! The employees at this one make it nice to go to & I just wanna Thank you for that!!Sincerely,Sarrah Smith

The employees at this store are generally pretty quick on the cash register and pleasant to deal with. I usually stop at this particular store when I need to go to the Dollar General. The store is organized pretty well which makes it easy to get in, find what I need, and get out.

You can go shopping on a budget there. Just about everything and Anything u want or could Want! They also have a turning lane for crossing traffic. During school hours it could get jammed up if it wasn't there. Hoping the next time I visit both doors will work!

Great selection, prices, and staff. Always a great place to shop, and typically always having amazing sales on multiple varied items from grocery to housewares to clothing to over the counter medications, tooth, hair & body care!!

Newly improved and I absolutely love it, they have came in and rearranged everything in the store, likewise they have a larger freezer and food section now and everything is more up-to-date including restroom facilities as well as things are easier to find Dollar General is a welcome change to the big box retailers in the area

Good prices and place. Clean, looks like staff is kept extremely busy, they keep up but like Walmart, doesnt look like they hire enough people and try to work people hard. Otherwise, would have been 5.

it was, really, not a difficult request, but they would not accommodate. I just wanted one goldfish cracker. who needs a whole bag of goldfish crackers? they wouldn't sell me just one, though. I even offered to pay a full ten cents, which is MORE than the value if you divide the price of the bag by the number of goldfish in there.it's not entirely their fault - the man standing on the top of the bread shelf with a bullhorn shouting about the cancelation of the micky mouse club DID make concentration and negotiation difficult.I'm still giving them five stars as the universe is a cold, heartless place and we need to stick together.nice employees, good lighting.

The cashier was so sweet and engaging! One of the best customer service experiences I've had thus far in Cumberland. He has waited on me before. And he is always super helpful and resourceful. I truly appreciate his willingness to serve. That's rare to find that these days. The card readers werent working. So that was annoying, then the whole computer froze. So we couldnt even pay. It was taking forever to check out. So thats why I didn't give them 5 stars. Im not sure if this is a reoccurring problem for them or not though.
