Some interesting finds. Actually more of a focus on new or overstock merch vs antiques or second hand goods.I think it could use more of the second hand items to get that true thrift shop feel. I would especially recommend more furniture/decor, more books, and more electronics.Better signage would be recommended too since it feels a bit shady parking then entering a mostly featureless warehouse. Almost decided not to visit since it looked a bit sketch or out of business from the outside. Inside was clean and organized though. Staff was friendly.Hopefully Appalachian Flea sticks around and grows. It'd be great to have another place on the scale of Queen City Flea Market.

A great place to buy from a large variety of merchandise. If you like to shop at flea markets then you got to check out Appalachian flea. Also they have the mystery boxes at a great price. The folks that work there are very respectful and the hospitality is wonderful. I would encourage anyone and everyone to stop by and say hello and browse around. You won't be disappointed.

Appalachian Flea is a great new addition to our community. The space is well maintained. These owners have given local community artists and vendors a great place to sell their products. They are very easy to work with and are committed to help grow the business for our community.

This guy is a total rip off. He tries to sell "mystery boxes" which are literally amazon return junk that anyone can purchase for very cheap. Instead of opening the crates and selling as thrift, or valued items in general, he sells them to you at literally 1000% increase to you. The consumer. This guy is not a local, and as someone who knows him personally, he thinks that people here ARE dumb enough to buy into it, which is why he invested himself into this venture. What he's doing is literally a gamble, and instead of doing things proper he's counting on you to cover his buy in, plus his rental costs. I urge you as a lifelong Alleghany county resident, and someone who values the community, do NOT trust this scamming snake. He's not a good person, and nor does he care try to be.

This place is amazing!! They have great deals with wonderful vendor. The owners are honest and friendly. There is something for everyone at Appalachian Flea.

Prices are way to high it is not like a flea market at all didn't see anything that was interest in clothing way to high for flea market

Its not a flea market, it's a retail ebay store with the same prices. Many items were actually higher than their ebay market Value.
