Becca is an amazing groomer! Teddy can be difficult. He's loud and easily excited. I can't begin to imagine how much he moves during his visits, but with Becca he always comes out looking and smelling like a million bucks. She has nicknamed him Tedster which warms my heart, and makes me feel like she loves my difficult dog. It's not cheap getting my big dogs hair cut, but I never regret it with Becca and the services at the sudsy puppy in crofton.

Corey & Jenn did an amazing job grooming my two Aussies. I am ecstatic and will absolutely ask for both of them again for our next groom! Kim called half an hour before the girls were ready to be picked up. Front desk staffing was wonderful-very friendly. Great location in Crofton-ample parking and space in the facility. I also learned there is a self-wash station, which I didn't realize previously (nice to have in the area). Definitely will be back to The Sudsy Puppy in Crofton!

We were looking for a new groomer and ran across Sudsy Puppy on Nextdoor. Although I'm very particular about the grooming for my fur baby, I tried the salon anyway. So glad I did. The salon is a cute boutique and salon. Luis was assigned as the groomer. He was very nice and he did an amazing job. He listened to my requests for grooming and he nailed it! I think we have found our new grooming spot!

It was THE BEST grooming experience ever! I have a very large dog and, if I can find someone, it usually ends with my dog being stressed out. Not this time. They treated him kindly and gently. Thank you all for your lovely service! See you soon!

Very easy to book and choose services. They have a great program for getting puppies used to the grooming experience, and very much care about the stress level of your dog. Everyone seemed to really care about the welfare of every dog. Groomer and staff are all very clear and communicate about what to expect.They Also have affordable self service options for my larger dog who only needs bathing, but sheds all over our bathroom after a wash.

This was our first time at The Sudsy Puppy. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the schedule coordinator was very thorough on what to except during the appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us right away. I took my timid senior mini dachshund, Riese, for a nail trim, and Sarah Ann did a wonderful job. She asked questions to make sure Riese had a pleasant experience. Her nails looked wonderful. We will be back!

This was out very first experience which having a pet groomed. They were super helpful in advising me what services made the most sense for us. Our puppy loos great, smells great, and the shedding is way down since our grooming!! Thank you Sudsy Puppy for a great experience!!

I usually am not one for writing reviews but the Sudsy Puppy in Crofton was a pleasure to deal with. The front staff was a pleasure to interact with. Rebecca,Catherine's groomer did a wonderful job! I was slated for 1hr. But took over 2hrs. They only charged me for 1hr. Siting that they didn't think she was such a Mess! Their pricing recently went up but have not found a grooming establishment such as this one!Again Rebecca gave my girl the best,Dew she ever had.

I got a recommendation to The Sudsy Puppy.from our vet (Family Veterinary). Our Molly (Goldendoodle) was overdue for her grooming so she did have some matting (I won’t wait that long again). I knew she needed to be shaved and Kate did a great job on her. She looked and smelled so good. I’m calling now to make another appointment. Thanks again Kate and Sudsy Puppy!

I am giving 2 stars because Diamond did a fantastic job and we are so happy with the groom she did on our 2 year old dog. But as for our other dog who saw Luis we are very unsatisfied. We took our 8 month old pup to get a hair cut when he has been fully groomed previously and we left with him only being brushed and having his paws and eye areas cut. When we got home chunks off hair were matted together that I had to cut them out. No one called and told us that they were switching the service because I would have told them we would take him to someone else. We ended up paying $84 dollars for a wash blow dry and brush. That is how much I paid for him last time at a different groomer to be fully cut. My husband and I were very disappointed. When we got there the groomer didnt even say anything or explain himself or why he switched the service. I think even giving 2 stars is being generous at this point since we left Severna Park due to issues with another groomer and came to Crofton to have more issues.

We have a rough collie. He can be a challenge to groom. We are so happy we found the Sudsy Puppy (Crofton). They do an amazing job with his double coat and the mini mats that we can't trim or brush out ourselves.

I’m disappointed by a recent visit. I dropped my puppy, Chiffon, off for her 12pm appointment with Danielle. This is her 4th or 5th time being groomed here and it has always taken an hour and a half.At 2pm, I called Sudsy Puppy and asked for an update on Chiffon. I was told it would be another 40 minutes without any explanation. This seemed excessive, but I had no choice but to wait for their follow-up call saying she would be ready soon.At 3pm, I called Sudsy Puppy and asked for an update on Chiffon. I was told they called me at 2:10. I did not receive a call.When I walked in to pick up Chiffon 20 minutes later, the receptionist immediately began apologizing and admitted that she had not called me to let me know Chiffon would be ready. I never received an explanation for why it took 3 hours to give a 6 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel a face, feet, and sani trim.I find this service to be unacceptable and will be going elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I was quite satisfied until now.

She almost killed my dog…and she continued to try and groom him after the damage was done, my Fur Baby was a bloody mess. It took six months of recovery ❤️‍ Sue’s Sudsy Pup is NO good for anyone she is just cheap, and her price looks good to people.The way she treats her animals is barbaric. She is a phony person.

Nice place, cute boutique and courteous staff. However, I ask for a trim around his eyes and my dog came back with no brows at all! I worked at a vet that offered grooming services for three years and I’ve never seen anything like this. See picture before (w/green bandana) and after (no bandana).I was charged $90 for sani, paw and face trim, bath and de-shed (even though they said there was not much to de-shed).In addition, my dog came out absolutely frazzled and was sketched out and avoiding interaction for the rest of the day. They offered me a “lavender bath” for next time. No thank you. If you have anxious dogs, this isn’t the place for you.I’m disappointed, I really was expecting so much more given the reviews.

Sudsy puppy in Crofton is without a doubt a fantastic groomer. I have 2 rescues that have special needs and the staff was extremely wonderful with helping with those needs and show a lot of compassion. Their staff is always fantastic and I will not be going to another groomer. Thank you your staff for always doing a wonderful job and for always caring.

My sweet Shihpoo Meeko has been going to Sudsy Puppy Crofton location for awhile now. We have gone through 3 different groomers until we found one that is amazing with Meeko. The other groomers weren’t as passionate and it always felt rushed and Meeko would act very different afterwards. Now, he gets super excited to see everyone at Sudsy! Christiana does an amazing job with Meeko, she’s so patient and you can tell she loves what she does. I love that everyone there loves Meeko and they make him feel special! We drive 30-40 minutes and we don’t mind it at all because they are amazing!

I take my three large dogs to the self wash and this place has the right sized bath tubs, hair brushes and yummy treats for after bathing. We come here whenever a bath is needed!

Great experience, the groomers were friendly and attentive to what I wanted. My girls came home happy, smelling clean with impeccable grooming: deshedding treatment for my husky and a little clip and dematting for my Aussie.
