I can always find what I'm looking for here, this time was for cute donuts and cookies for a last minute dog birthday celebration. They even had soft treats for a friend's older dog whose teeth are too worn down for regular food.

I only keep coming back to this pet store because the service here is impeccable. The people her are knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend this place over and over because they do a great job of making you feel like your the only customer in the store. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Crunches is my go-to pet supply store. They are the only local store where I can find my puppies' food. Lots of other cool and fun stuff for browsing. Very friendly and laid back staff. I've made quite a few quick runs there.

I drive from DC to get to Crunches. They seem pricy if you are not used to get quality dog food. But if you already giving your pet good food they are sensibly priced more importantly they have a good selection. I strongly recommend Crunchies.

Excellent selection and prices. About the same price as Chewy. You also get excellent customer service. Had a few questions and the owner of the shop answered and recommended us great products. Someone was talking about expensive products on here but they’re all boutique food selections and not your run of the mill grocery dog foods. Will be doing all our pet food shopping here from now on.

They have the best quality of pet products and we have been going to them for years now for our cat's specialty food. The higher quality of food really makes a difference on their health and it is really shows, especially how their fur/coat became shiner, softer and fuller. We tend to get a mix of wet and dry food. Our cats absolutely love it and keeping our pets healthier to start with through good food and care, saves a ton on vet bills. With getting the food and products from Crunchies, we can verify that they are the actual fresh products vs ordering online which can be "cheaper" but actual authenticity of the products has been questionable. It was a waste of time and money, since none of the stuff we ever got online for "cheaper" has even smelled like the right thing, stale at best if it was the "real" product. The cats can certainly tell the difference and we have never repeated those mistakes.

Absolutely love this store! We took our family dog here his entire long life (chow Belgian sheepdog mix of 14 years) and my new husky pup to get some high quality food. The employees are so kind and knowledgeable, and recommended a great food + transition plan, plus a sample of probiotics, treats and toy! So worth patronizing here and we are happy customers of over 15 years!

I called them looking for a very specific brand and mix of raw dog food. They had exactly what I needed but not a huge supply on hand. I went in to pick it up and the store is pretty large with a lot of food brands and other pet supplies. I was the only person there and I spoke with the guy at the counter about my pickup that they held for me and also about getting a larger order to last a week. They took my info and the next week called when it came in and I went and picked up. So easy, so friendly, so helpful. Can't say enough for the quality products they carry and the care they give in helping customers.

We really enjoy visiting Crunchies for our pet needs. Our cat, Marley, never complains when we come home with new toys and delicious food/treats. The staff are always friendly. There are even a couple of in-store four-pawed residents that say hello from time to time. We've also purchased a large scratching post here, as they have a nice collection of sturdy hand made cat furniture. Highly recommend 👌👍

One has to keep in mind that this is a high-end pet food store, so they are a bit pricey (even a little higher than comparable chain stores for the same products). BUT they offer a good variety of high quality food and homeopathic options. In addition all of the staff I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly - something I don't always find at the chain stores. For me, it is worth paying just a little bit more to support a local business.

Can't say enough good things about Crunchies! They are very helpful, provide great advice and suggestions when trying to find food that our cats will eat as kittens, adults, and "seniors" with health issues. We've been buying cat food, litter etc for over 20 years from Crunchies and have never been disappointed. They are just as competitive as online or big box stores but their staff, service, and personal recommendations is why we have continued to shop there for more than 20 years.

Affordable prices, great staff and ask for Mike. He knows a lot about pets. He has helped more than a few times and his advise has been right on the money. I absolutely love this place!!!!!

Very expensive and not good about returns or exchanges. They are small store but have most popular foods and staff is usually polite while you are buying their overpriced products. If you have a return or issue, they will reject it. We ended up going to Pets Supplies Plus in Edgewater or wherever. They have everything for pets, competively priced and have a fabulous return policy and will not hassle you. Then there's chewys who are convenient for certain items.

I absolutely love coming here to get all my pet food. The staff is wonderful and their selection is much better than other pet stores I've been to. I've gone to so many different natural pet food stores and Crunchies has turned me into a loyal customer. The commute doesn't bother me at all because I know I'm getting the best service.

Great first-time experience. High quality food everywhere. Got our dog salmon skin and dehydrated lamb sausage. We mentioned to the guy in the counter (maybe the owner?) that our dog would sneeze in the mornings and he gave us samples of some pills. They also have a cart full of food samples and we ended up taking home one of them.

Great prices (a LOT better than Amazon for Orijen dog food) and amazing service. Mike walked my husband and I through so many food/care/tick treatment options with great patience and knowledge. Everything in their store is selected by Mike's wife for safety and healthiness for your pet, taking the legwork and guessing out of finding good options for your favorite 4-legged friends. We're sticking with Crunchies!

Great selection of premium pet foods. They have lots for dogs and cats. Not sure what selection they have for more exotic pet varieties than these, but I'm thinking there's at least stuff for birds & the usual small mammals (don't quote me, I only buy dog & cat food here). Helpful staff.
