I have been going to this petco for awhile. They have everything I need but also, their groomers are so nice and do a really good job. My dog did not want to stand still to have her nails clipped but they got it done well. I have always been very happy with them.

I am done with using Petco for grooming! I have been to this particular Petco and gone through for groomers; the first three did a great job but informed me they were leaving the company to go work for someone else. The fourth one just groomed my dog, and when I picked him up, he was very anxious to get out of there which is unusual. When I got him home, he would not stop licking around his leg, so I rolled him over, came over to look, and they had shaved the insides of both of his back Legs! This dog should never be shaved and he never has been in the past. I feel that the groomer was busy and decided to hand him over to one of the apprentice young girls that were in there, and they did not know what they were doing. I took my dog to the vet to make sure there was nothing else going on with his legs and she, too,was apalled at how he had been shaved. I filled in a survey asking for someone to contact me and I have not heard from anyone. I will not use Petco for grooming ever again I’m enclosing a photo of how my dog looks.

The sales person was very helpful. Since the store was out of stock with the item we needed, he suggested we order it on line and have it delivered to our home. He indicated it would be delivered within a couple of days. It has been 3 days so far and checking on the "tracking" link the item has not been shipped yet, it is still waiting for a shipper. I'm sure glad we did not need this item immediately, however by the time we receive it I will be out of the item to feed my pets.

Terrible grooming service! I asked them to cut my dog’s hair in half. She checked and said it was doable. I emphasized keeping the hair on the head longer. I asked to make her cute! But this is a result! I am so mad! They even cut her tail 😣 and they charged me $115.

Cashier more interested in texting on his phone than taking care of customer, customer in front of me had to literally ask for a bag when it was clear that he needed one… when I walked up to the register I wasn’t greeted at all!!! Terrible customer service. Don’t know the salesman name just remember him being Asian

I would not recommend this location! If I could give a 0 star I would. My dog came back looking a mess and uneven hair all over. I asked for a specific length to be cut and they ignored my request and shaved my dog all the way down.It literally looks like a kid groomed my dog. The manager or lead groomer was rude and uneducated about dogs . I overheard her with other customers and she saying anything to people about their bad groomed dogs. This the second time of a bad groom.

Adam in the aquatic department was phenomenal. He greated everyone entering and asked if assistance was needed. This guy has so much information and is beyond willing to help in any way needed. He's is an expert, which is rare to find in stores these days. Please give this guy a raise! I've been a customer for decades and he's the best employee I've ever experienced!

My impression of the employees from my first visit here is that they are some of the nicest people. They really seem to care about making sure you get what you need for your pets. They were really kind and I was able to get the essentials (some at a significant discount) after becoming a member of their free program. Will definitely be back if I need supplies in a jiffy.

Aquarium grasses was too less choices and it always mark higher than private store. It is clean, staff are friendly and responsible.Healthy betta and a big bunch of hornwort bought yesterday. Would be great if they can offer online price but store pick up.

More than enough food selections for our kitties, treats and toys. There may also be a really sweet cat in one of the boxes in the adoption area. Cats come from local rescue places in the area. All of our cats came from rescue centers in Howard County that operate the adoption setup in Petco stores.

Cool store but noone asked to help and i got lost inside the dog food section lol. Seemed weirdly organized. Was searching for a brand called Ancestry. Never found it. Got some good dog treats. I dont go into any pet stores without spending 20 bucks or more these days. I need the doggy savings plan! Ha ha Bella loves the treat ❤

Asked twice for assistance in the aquatics dept, waited a total of 30 minutes. I walked out without buying a $50 fire shrimp. I'll go where my hard earned money is wanted.You raised your prices, now use the profit to hire for a reasonable wage since gas is $5 per gallon. If you do that - you won't be so understaffed that you have three staff members stocking the shelves and no one to help customers.
