Our family shops here all the time and everyone is highly knowledgeable and most importantly, kind.Holly is awesome. I had pants repaired but the tailors missed something - Holly made sure the 2nd repair request is expedited. She also replaced another pair of pants that were damaged.Thank you.

My son and I visited the Columbia Mall LuLu. We were so grateful to have Porscha’s assistance. She was so helpful, courteous and new all the styles and products super well and as a result, provided us with great advice!! Great Customer service!!!🇨🇦

I occasionally stop by this Lululemon store while at the Columbia mall. I have to say the service here is not up to par compared to my neighborhood Lululemon store at harbor east. Dressing room staff is not as helpful. Returns are much more strict. They would not let me return an item with a receipt that I had bought the day before. The item was just tried on. All this only because I was missing the tag. I have never had this type of issue at any other stores.

My friend bought me a tennis dress online but it was in the wrong size. So I went to this store to exchange for the correct size. When I got there, I also tried on a bra and wanted to buy it in the store together. By then, I did not realize what I will go through. I went to the cashier and told him I wanted to exchange a dress and buy this bra. Since I had never been through the exchange process at Lululemon and I did not buy it with my own card, I asked several questions. But the cashier was not trying to help me nor solve the problem at all, acted as I was asking odd questions and was a trouble maker. Every time I asked a question or try to communicate, he stared at me with a mean face with no response or acted like he did not understand. I had to continue the conversation and find the solution by myself. I was so upset and wanted to avoid any further interaction with him. So after returning, I said I would buy the correct size and the bra online. When I wanted to leave and put the bra back on the rack, he said: "Are you going to leave with this in your hand? Did you pay for it? Is this already yours?" I explained I thought he was not the person taking charge of this and I just wanted to put it back. He did not respond, stared at me and I left. I am extremely angry with the horrible attitude of this cashier, who behaved so rudely and unprofessionally. He did not attempt to help the customer, or find a solution, but was making his effort to humiliate and embarrass the customer. Lululemon should recruit well-trained and well-behaved staff who knows how to behave with customers. I hope I could give zero star to this cashier but couldn’t, so this star was given to other nice sales in the store.

I know who the employee many people said was unfriendly. Her expression is very unpleasant and her attitude is rude. I'm going to complain about the employee at Lululemon headquarters.

As my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted warmly by Frances who ended up helping us our online purchase so easy, so we decided to purchase another item in the store. However, our eGiftcard had a problem when we were paying with it. A very patient employee with a beautiful smile, Britney tried to help us out and called the customer service. The issue was something that needed more attention so a fabulous manager, Sarah, stepped in and spent hours on the phone to resolve the issue for us. We were so impressed how professional and wonderful service that we received from this location. We will DEFINITELY go back to this store.

Called the store before I came and the lady was so nice asked her if she could pill my old leggings and she said no problem just come in whenever. I came in and one of the educator girls was rude and told me pilling didn’t happen on weekends so the communication was off. Gave me rude comments when checking out and overall bad customer service. Would not recommend this store.

I recently purchased the men's Bowling Pant but in a size too small and called the store to see if I could make an exchange. Unfortunately I was told that they don't have any in-store but the woman kindly explained all my return/exchange options. I received a call back saying that they actually did receive a shipment last night and if I wanted to come in and make a return she'd be more than happy to do so. This is my first time experiencing an actual follow-up call from a retail store and even though they didnt carry my size at the time the callback was very thoughtful and I had great customer service. Thank you person who helped me!

Terrible experience at this location. I love lululemon and normally purchase online but decided to go in store to try some things on. The employees there are incredibly rude and unhelpful. As I’m walking in there are employees arguing with a customer who wants to get their names to go to corporate. I should have taken that as a sign but I stupidly continued to shop. Each interaction I had with a sales associate was filled with micro aggressions and attitude as if I was doing them a favor. Even as I’m in the dressing room asking for sizes I’m being treated like I’m bothering them. If it was not for the fact that I loved lulu before coming to this store I would never purchase from this brand again.

Nikki always takes great care of my wife and me. She helped start my love for lululemon! The store is always well kept and the rest of the staff is just plain great. The price point of the brand is higher, but the proof is in the pudding: their products are super well made. Highly recommend.

incredibly bad experience with the store manager (blonde) when attempting to get shorts guarantee replaced as they had massive holes in the pockets, terribly frustrating when i lost my keys on a run - was instructed by the manager that these athletic shorts were not supposed to be ran in and that she could “educate me on proper usage of their garments”, the whole interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won’t be back- 10+ year lululemon customer who will now be supporting ALO

Wife had a very poor experience returning a item (purchased new in December and not worn with tags) at this store on 1/19/20. One store employee was very rude and insisted the item could not be returned. My wife found another employee who said she could return it and while the 2nd employee was processing the return the 1st nasty employee came over to say it could not be done. The 2nd employee then showed the employee it could be done to his objection.

This is not the first time this store manager acted this way. I bought pair of pants from harbor east store yesterday my fault I didn’t try them on. I came home and tried the pants they fit perfect I love the color only thing the fabric gave me itchy reaction. So I brought it back to columbia store to return and also buy stuff for my husband for his birthday.I was told rudely by the manager that I need to take this back to harbor east and return there but I can buy other stuff here. I just want to be clear is LuLu a corporation or individual owned stores. I will never shop at columbia mall store again. Just because the staff!!!

~~~~~~~Lululemon Yesterday, Today and Forever~~~~~~~Lululemon has a great selection of active and casual wear for both women and men. The staff provideds customer service that is extremely professional and very accommodating. A customer centric approach to retail permeates every corner of the store. I didn't feel rushed or put off, but instead felt like they really wanted me to have a good experience at Lululemon!Unlike some other athletic/active wear retailers, you won't find 50 million people wearing Lululemon. Don't get me wrong, it is an extremely popular brand, but they have retained an exclusive feel that won't break the bank! When you see someone wearing Lululemon, you start to grin because you realize they are part of the family! :-)People who know QUALITY, STYLE, and COMFORT choose Lululemon!

The employees are not knowledgeable. I've had to make multiple trips for 1 purchase because I've gotten different instructions from different employees regarding return/ exchange policy, hemming services, etc. For example, I bought 2 jogger pants that they said I can get hemmed anytime I want. I wore them a couple times and decided to get them hemmed but then another employee told me later that they don't hem joggers. The 2 joggers cost me $225 + tax. I wouldn't have bought them if they told me in the beginning that they can't hem joggers.

Lululemon is my go to for workout gear and "athleisure." This store overall has a great staff and management. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more sizes and lengths in the men's department. Nine times out of ten if you want a shorter inseam, you will have to order online.

It's a good Lululemon store with a decent selection of products, but in my opinion has room for improvement. I find that as far as options go, it's not as thorough as some of the other retail Lululemon stores I've been to in the area (Tysons Corner for instance, but that's a bit of a trek for me).The staff is always very friendly and helpful and can probably help you find products that you may have found online, but don't see in the store.

This store has expensive but nice athletic clothes. They also offer introductions to various types of fitness programs. They're accessable from inside and outside of the mall and convenient to many other places to shop and lots of restaurants. The parking is hit or miss depending on the time of day.
