Looks nice on the outside, but inside, a lot of improvements can be made. The bathroom is a mess, never clean, smells awful, floors are always wet (not with water). Then, in the bakery, they lack quality control. I have seen a few loaves of moldy bread on the shelf, as well as muffins that grow mold within a day of purchasing. This is due to the baked items being placed into its container before it has cooled down completely. The employees are nice though.

Huge store with a wide selection of products.The produce looks fresh and of a high quality.I was impressed with the frozen vegetarian selection. Vast.Everything in the store is neat, clean and orderly.Lighting is excellent, adding to an upbeat vibe in the place.Convenient location in King's Contrivance.

Been shopping here for over 5 years and have never had any problems. Parking lot can get crazy but that's expected. Store is always well stocked and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. The Starbucks inside is usually pretty consistent, just depends on who is working. Just ignore any of these 1 and 2 star reviews, they're being so petty.

I was shopping a few weeks ago and picked up a package of gluten free crackers that had an expired date. I brought it to the front desk to let them know and they thanked me. Today, I found that same package on the shelf for sale. Expired product on the shelf for sale happens a lot on this store. They need to get their act together.

Place is usually stocked. Associates that I have come in contact with are friendly and helpful. Prices are kind of expensive compared to other grocery stores but I go because it is convenient.

A great super market and pharmacy. Very attractive. They have a bakery and a variety of products that are delicious . There is a starbucks outlet. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Seafood, meat and vegetables are very fresh. A great place to visit.

I wish I could rate 0 star for this shop!!! DON'T shop at this chain of grocery stores! You have been warned!!!I am their first time customer but will NEVER shop at them again!!! I placed an online order one evening, and the order was delivered the next day with a much higher price for that item!Called their customer service trying to make it right and was told that I should have been warned by their website that the price might change next day, but I DID NOT see such a warning alert when placing the order!The voice of their customer service lady was also very rude and cold! NEVER AGAIN you will get my business and my people's as well, Harris Teeter!

Fruit selection and quality isn't the best, but otherwise good neighborhood grocery store. Best line management I've ever seen - when lines start to get long, someone will go to an unopen register and take the next customer from a neighboring line. This speeds up the longest lines and addresses customers in the order they arrived. And if you don't want to deal with a cashier, they have 6 self checkout stations. Some take credit only, so may be better to do the full service line if you want to pay cash. Self check-out is slow to register items that have been placed on the scale, so it can it can get frustrating if you have a lot of small items that would otherwise be quick to scan.

I did store was 24hrs until today. Very clean store and the staff was nice. Pricey for my budget but great if you are in a pinch. Staff used store card to give me a discount.

PLEASE fix your wifi connection in the store, I have to repeatedly turn on and off my phone due to the service in your building. I would have no bars on my phone to make one phone call to my loved ones or child. If a person is out of service and need to connect to your wifi and it’s terrible it’s a big problem. The store is amazing but the public wifi is trash

I visit once a week. They usually have some pretty good sales though their prices are a bit high in general. The deli and sandwich people are helpful. I wanted to try the pizza but the day I visited they were out of pizza dough! The store is generally clean but the ladies room could have used some attention the last 2 days I visited, mostly due to disruptive customers.

The store is fine, but over the years the customer service from the employees , managers included, has absolutely dropped to zero. The biggest complaint I have and the reason that I only gave one star is because none of the handicap scooters ever work for an entire shopping trip. The one I had today died all the way in the freezer section. How am I supposed to get my basket full of groceries to the front of the store with a dead scooter? If I can do that which I had to use my cane as a paddle pushing, how am I expected to get my groceries to my car? It’s very simple provide new scooters for your customers. This is an ADA compliance issue and needs to be solved immediately because I am not the only one that this happens to. This is the only grocery store in the Columbia area that I have ever had this issue with EVERY SINGLE VISIT.

I am always satisfied when I shop at Harris teeters. They offer a nice, wide variety of both regular and organic produce and the prices tend to be better than say Wegmans or Safeway. Where you might not find as many specialty items as other grocery stores you're always sure to find one or two options for your staple items. They have a large cheese section that makes it easy to plan out a beautiful charcuterie board, or plate. The store itself is always clean and the employees always friendly.

My office was just recently moved nearby and I’ve tried to come get lunch several times but every time I come, they have a different answer of what time they open to serve food whether it’s the hot prepared food or just a sandwich there’s no clear schedule and no one seems concerned with offering any customer service at the counters. today was my last failed attempt. It’s past 11 AM and I can’t even get a sub….Manager said they start at 10AM….

I like the store. It's well stocked and clean. Produce is in very good shape. I buy good sales. Be alert at checkout for how they bag your items. Several visits, several checkers don't have enough regard for delicate items placed with heavy items. Fresh, expensive tomatoes placed with canned beans and soup. Fresh herbs and bananas placed in a bag with a large cantaloupe. Silly inattention on their part. They looked a me as if I were the crazy person when I told them I wanted the delicate items separated.

Never staffed, 2 check outs open on a Sunday morning with a line 50 people deep for self check out and the poor store manager was running it alone. The grocery pickup was running smoothly though! I see what they prioritize more.

I called Harris Teeter last night on 7/24/23 at approximately 9:44 P.M. about an inquiry on a particular item. However the young lady who answered left me on hold and did not return. That was unprofessional! People in customer service field need to do BETTER. This is one of the reasons why technology are replacing workers. Unbelievable.

Produce went bad fast. Harris Teeter brand food was expired before the expiration date. It could be due to multiple reasons. The store was clean, as well as the parking lot.

This is my come to place for Condiments, fresh fruits and vegetables. They always have meats for reduced prices in the am. I usually shop after work. I work the nightshade. Also has my favorite Starbucks. The barista's are so sweet and friendly 😍 💕
