The new building tenant / management company is horrible. The place has become trashy with garbage everywhere. No respect for neighbors or the public thoroughfare. Columbia deserves better than this 7-11 management and HR Retail management.

It’s better then the other 711 nearby but still isn’t great. This whole b.s being closed between 4 and 5 for cleaning is silly people work early and want coffee. Second make sure the coffee is made! I had to wait 10 mins til you opened and then no coffee is made first thing in the morning. I come here everyday but I’m starting to think I shouldn’t very upset customer

Service has been reliable for me since it opened. Appreciate being able to stop by at any time I need and have a place that feels available to me always out of the house. The location is also ideal for being close to home and local police

Not 24/7, closes at Midnight, reopens whenever they feel like it. (4am-5am) Owner doesn't care about this either as this has been an issue well past a year now - change the settings on Google.

The store is posted as being 24/7 but every-time I go after 1230/1 am there is either a sign posted on the door or they move their firewood in front of the door so you cant go in. When you call, they answer the phone but say they are closed until 5 am. I get that the customer base is probably lower between midnight and 5 am, but just be honest about your hours.

Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. The posted hours are incorrect. They close the store at midnight until 4am for cleaning which I’ve never heard of at any other location. If you DoorDash pizza out of this location they send you an uncooked pizza in a cardboard box because they don’t feel like taking 5 mins to heat it up in their oven. Frequently listen to the staff be rude with customers. Do yourself a favor if you work late nights like I do and go anywhere else.

The store is always closed after midnight. There was a notice saying they would reopen at 4:30 am every time I went there after midnight. It is not 24/7.

I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going out of my way to make a trip here. The store clearly is not 24 hours as I just left from there and it was closed! Maybe update your hours accordingly to reflect closures and also take the flag down outside that says 24 hours as well!

This is has to be the cleanest 7-Eleven I've ever been to. The countertops were clean, there were plenty of paper towels to clean up spills, and there was someone ready to assist when my daughter spilled some of her Slurpee. Additionally, they have a great selection of Slurpee flavors.

This store is horrible at night they lock the store for long hours when they are supposed to be open. Also, I had an emergency situation at this store that was outside of my control the people working were rude, disrepectful, and do not know how to talk to people. I tried to explain the situation and they did care or listen and called the cops and lied and said I had been parked there for hours which was a lie. Luck fully the cops had enough common sense when they showed up and nothing serious happened but, the way they handled this situation was wrong and it could have been worse.

What a horrible place not only are they not 24/7 but the staff is sooooo rude please don’t waste your time and come here huge disappointment if you drive to something you think is 24 hours their doors are locked in the nighttime HUGE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND COMPLETLY RUDE STAFF!

Very well maintained and always stocked, good quality 7/11 branded products, large energy drink selection, cookies baked fresh, 2020 new coffee machines, employees are friendly and good folks, plenty of parking, excellent location, this will be a top performing franchise

Not actually open 24 hours. Was just told they were closed with no sign on door or anything. Shouldn’t market yourself as a 24 hour business without being open 24 hours

This place is very unprofessional.They take your money and refuse to give it back when they made a big mistake for over $100.00 .When they were supposed to reload a card.They need to train all cashiers how to do a transaction.My experience has been a nightmare and they still haven't gave me my money.
