We have found our new veterinarian!!Wonderful staff and Dr. Muse is very caring and competent. Our first visit to the office today, and they treated our dog like he was their own!Thank you to everyone!Update... had to find another vet due to extreme cost here. Check with your vet and find out if they charge $8 OSHA Fee. Seriously, too much!After seeing another, I had the opportunity to compare service I found that was different too.

These folks are really great! I was very pleased with my visit this morning. I called to get my pet examined and they were incredibly helpful and so kind. The office location is fantastic and I was greeted with warmth by the entire staff. Ashley, the vet technician is really kind and worked with us in making sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. I’ve had pets my whole life and I’ve been to many veterinarians. I can, without a doubt, confirm that all the individuals at Basin Run have the best interest of my pet in mind.

The experience was lovely, I came with my kitty without a carrier and they actually had some on hand! Vet didnt do any tests on my pet which was iffy but I walked out the door with what he needed so I'd say I'm satisfied. They even gave me a follow up call a couple days later to see how he was doing. He is doing much better thanks to Doctor Denver and her jubilant staff!

I couldnt be happier with how my whole situation was treated. The staffs so friendly and focused on being helpful. I recieved all the information I needed and all the care my animal needed. In the past, I've had terrible experiences with vets (different animal and different state) so I was hesitant to take her just anywhere when I moved to Maryland. I can honestly say based on this experience, I feel like I found my long term vet. This staff made me feel so comfortable and I knew my baby was in extremely caring hands. For anyone who loves their animal like a part of their family, this is the animal care service I reccomend.

They got us in immediately (even though it was Saturday), and were sure caring towards my cat, and pleasant. If would definitely recommend them!
