Visited here to get a few things and I had a pretty pleasant experience I was able to find everything that I needed because of how easy it was to navigate the store. It’s a very big Walmart with a lot of good stuff from food, clothes, electronics and so on. Will definitely be back again.

I continually receive expired meat from this location (I should've learned my lesson but sometimes location is convenient) for online pickup. Picked up items on March 28, 2024, and the sausage I received expired on February 8, 2024. I have had the same issue on 3 different occasions with ground beef. I would not suggest this location at all for online order pickup.

Prices are good, and the pharmacy staff deserves 100 stars. The rest is blah, and this is one of the junkiest Wal-Mart stores in the history of ever. The staff will always help you when asked.

I’m standing in line and there are 2 cash registers open, 1 for express and EVERYBODY ELSE! I probably have about $150 worth of food that is now warming up to room temp as it is 70 deg today. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes and yes, I could wait on myself, but the. I work here and I should get an employee discount! And it smells absolutely like a rancid garbage dump all around and in the front of the store. This is horrific customer service and whomever is responsible for staffing should be looking for a JOB!

They are okay, and while they do run out of items, their stocking is much better than in the past. Most staff is pleasant & helpful, but some cashiers are less than helpful. Anita does an amazing job but Joan is absolutely awful (lazy & bad attitude) and yesterday I asked another woman supervising self-checkout lines (unfortunately I didn't see her name tag but it was an older black woman with short hair dyed a brassy yellowish color) if the registers take cash and she said, "I don't know what they take!" in a snippy tone, as if I was inconveniencing her by thinking she would know something it's her job to know. It didn't occur to her to find out, and they did take cash so apparently even while in charge of watching customers check out all day, she never once noticed anyone inserting cash or thought to find out for me instead of having me stand in line for 5 minutes and find out once I had rung my items up.

Always enjoy going to this Walmart. Always fully stocked and very clean. Also thankful. They're still one of the few places that sell physical media, blu rays and 4k

Wish I could give less -5 stars. Waited over 10 min after being put on hold but decided to just hang up. Called throughout the whole day and could not get anyone to pick up and answer a simple question. They're obviously avoiding calls on purpose. Hope karma does the employees just due over there.

Today i returned my son's hoverboard that i just bought yesterday. I didn't have the receipt and Ms. Latonya at Customer Service tried her best to help us out so we can get the refund. I really appreciated it as somebody else could just asked me to find the receipt. It was snowy day. I couldn't imagine if i had to go back home first just to get the receipt. I really appreciate Ms. Latonya's effort.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup order, watched other cars in the pick-up area come and go during that time. Clicked "parked" in the app when I arrived, after 20 minutes I finally called the number on the parking sign and was told someone would be right out. Almost 10 minutes later, someone finally came out smelling so strongly of weed that my kids in the car asked me what the smell was. Adding 1 star because they carry 24 packs of diet coke.

Walmart sucks when you have to either buy a bag, or bring your own to place merchandise in when you just spent $200 to $300 at any of there stores. My rating for them will always be 1 star until they change there ways. I think the powers to be forgot who has made them big as they are.

I have been going to this Walmart location ever since they opened and I must say they literally have everything you could need for day-to-day life including a good selection of fresh foods and bakery items, most stuff for home essentials and the cars as well as a decent selection of outdoor.. It's nice that they added a bunch of self-checkouts because, previously almost all the lines would be absurdly long. They used to be 24 hours but now they close at either 11 or 12 so check before going!

This store has improved for stock availability and organization. Employees are standing all over the store chatting with other associates or on a cell phone. So distracted they won't even get out of the way to let you pass.

The Dundalk Supercenter is terrific. Very easy access, clear signage, and at least 30 pickup spots. I have only done pickup there but this locale seems to have many items the other stores don't. I was there on a very busy Sunday but there was adequate staff that was quick, efficient, courteous and a joy to work with.HOWEVER, BEWARE of the Walmart website. It is NOT user friendly & actually seems "out to getcha!" Everything is small and not very clear, especially on a phone. You have to be careful of which store you're dealing with (it seems to change at random occasionally), if you are listed for pickup, and heaven forbid you make an error.Example: I was trying to order an item. I clicked the "pickup" box then ordered. Apparently, the store I was working with didn't have the item so it got switched to "shipping" without a notice. I ordered the item & noticed the total cost was too high. I went back, realized the problem & tried to cancel the order (less than a minute later). NOPE! "We will 'try' to cancel but order may already be processing." 10-15 hours later I received a notice the item had shipped. Obviously, they made a "serious" attempt to cancel....pfft. Cost $10 for me to learn Walmart will rip me off at any given opportunity.

Walmart cockeyville MD the Guetto Store! Stay away! Found a electric shaver marked $19.99. It SCANNED on self checkout $39.99! A Indian Attendant ( EMPLOYEE ) SAID, oh its One Hundred Ninety Nine dollars! I said no see the label,: nineteen dollars and ninety nine cents ( his english was incomprehensable) . I said please adjust it! He said GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW! Huge line of returns people and ONE STAFF!! In the end a Manager came by, very impatient,indignant!I got into a verbal confrontation with a impatient guy in line. Wow After several staff came to the rescue the rude crude manager finally priced it correctly! Lost 1 hour my time!

Has majority of the items, food, clothing, etc, for the most part they lack on electronics, mainly due to theft level, as well as the lack of ability to be able to test out demo units before purchasing them. this holiday season it's packed, other than that I can't complain

I love how big the store is, it's absolutely my favorite place to go to. Not only is there always a bigger selection of food, clothing, electronics etc than the Towson Walmart but there's one other specific reason I go there. There is an employee there, name is Edward Anders. He's the most attentive, caring, hardworking employee. He's super educated in electronics and can fix pretty much any problem I have. He can tell me where anything is and he will walk me around the store to find what I need. This Walmart needs more employees like him.

I've been waiting 2.5 hours for my curbside pickup order. I've watched people waiting half as long (or less) leave with their orders. I've spoken to workers in person and over the phone to let them know the situation. An hour ago they told me they had my order and were on the way out. I know its busy, I know they're understaffed, but seriously, at least give people their stuff in the order they arrived.

I just discovered this store and I'm thrilled. It reminds me of the real Super Walmarts found in Florida. Great inventory of produce and other food items, little wait times on line with fast checkout.

Outside pickup has completely broken down over the last several days. There’s about 30+ cars out here waiting over an hour (some even longer) for pickups. Not sure what exactly is going on at this store but speaks to poor management and oversight.

Excellent customer service. I just bought a TV and the young lady that helped me with my purchase was outstanding. I would recommend this store to anyone who shops at Walmart. The location of this store is in Timonium, Md.

Is troubling just how poorly run this Walmart is. One person working the return counter, stock not put, associates just walking, no manager in sight. Cockeysville Walmart has gone from being one of the best to one of the worst Maryland.

Overall pricing is very competitive to other merchants. The overall inventory of stocked items varies depending on what day of the week it is. The beginning of the week seems to be "poor", and end of the week seems to be "good" to "very good" for overall stocked and shelved items.

By far, my favorite Walmart branch here in MD. They have my usual 'go-to' Asian goodies which saves me a trip in the Asian stores. Not to mention, competitive prices as well.

On the 1/26/24 I spent $170 which including two boxes of diapers to send for grand niece each box holds 72 unfortunately only one fits in the barrel Walmart has a Nasty policy which makes me very angry they do not like to give you your money back especially cash it's credit or gift I spend cash I want my cash back I ask my friend to do the return because I was at work the attendant Scan 1 box twice on the day of purchase so their excuse to him was because the 1 box was scan twice they have to give him gift card back that's a way of trying to hold you and your money hostage it doesn't matter if the 1 box was scan twice what matters is that both was paid for it's on the receipt so give the cash back it's a case I have seen with my own eyes more than once with other customers Wrong customers should be no#1 priority they are keeping the business going don't take from to farther your riches Wrong not happy will address it when I go back there.

One of the worst customer service experiences at this location. We waited for 30 minutes for a money order, and when we asked for the manager, the staff member standing at the self-checkout said there was no manager available today. After 30 minutes, one of the lady staff members came and told us the system was down. However, when we went to Super Walmart in Timonium, their system was working fine.

This has to be the nicest Wal-Mart I've ever been in. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of.The store is large and has spacious aisles. The shelves were all stocked and there was a lot of variety in the grocery section.The staff members were all super friendly and helpful.

I was able to purchase most of what I needed.05/21/2023 took our grandchildren to get bikes. Amazing selection and very good prices. They were quite happy with their selections. Overall, the store is neat and well-stocked.
