I came to this target because I needed to get some new jeans and targets Jeans are the only type of jeans that I love. The store as a whole was kind of hard to navigate but it was still pretty nice but I was honestly disappointed at the women’s section especially the section where the women’s jeans are which was all discombobulated and unorganized, the jeans were all over the place the sizes weren’t where the should’ve been it was just very overwhelming (I wish I could’ve taken some pictures) and they barely had any stock of the size that I needed so when I was lucky enough to find two pairs of jeans in my size I got out of that section with the quickness. I also ended up buying two cute shirts that I saw too which kind of brightened my experience. But other than that I would only go to this target if I was desperate ti be totally honest.

Visited this Target on the Monday before school 8/27/23 starting it is the messiest Target store I’ve ever seen. Not only school supplies but every department had merchandise, shoes, clothing, disheveled cluttering every aisle. It looks like staff hadn’t cleaned up or straightened up at all, and the customers seemed to have had no respect for the establishment and weren’t putting things back where they belong. Mgr should pay more attention. Will never come back here.

I used to love coming to this place, honestly still do but it is sad what has become of it. When Walmart is cleaner than here, that just tells you something. You can easily walk around and see staff just standing around chit chatting or on their phones doing nothing. There are carts in the aisles piled high with clothing, toys, etc. Let's not even talk about the clothing on the floors. Management needs to step it up and hold these workers accountable or hire new ones because their lack of care is clearly showing.

Normally I like this location but lately the experience has gone down hill. Frozen and refrigerated groceries section practically empty. Very rude TL Sam directing the checkout lanes- could have been kinder rather than shouting at/rushing guests. I understand you’re understaffed but the quality of customer service has deteriorated

This store has gone majorly downhill. The staff are unfriendly when you actually find someone and the inventory in most aisles is sparse, at best. Used to be a nice place to shop but now you couldn't pay me to go back.

Used to love coming here. This place has gone downhill. The only Target I’ve been to with inventory palettes out in the open unboxed. App will say food or product is in stock but nothing is on the shelf. It’s messy, disorganized, and for 2 days in a row of visiting there were no carts available. Needs new management or new employees or both. Used to be my favorite Target but Walmart down the street is better stocked. Hard to find anything at this place. Dirty floors, bathrooms, and nobody ever to work checkout. Long self-checkout lines - every time. It’s a mess.

This girl from Starbucks I think her name was Layla is very good at her job. I love it when she's there because when she makes all of my drinks they always taste SO good. She is also always so nice and patient with me. I come to this specific Target for the Starbucks because I know she's here and I'd like'd like her to make my drinks from now on. She is both professional and knows how to treat a customer. I bet her work ethic is great as well. I feel truly seen by her. I am sad when she is not there.

I went to the target today looking for a heart hair clip, they didn’t have it but the nice young lady helped me SO WELL looking everywhere in carts and shelves and redirected me online to a location that does have it, amazing help she deserves a raise, TOP NOTCH help

This review is not for the store per say. It's for a specific employee. Ms.Cynthia was my checkout lady. She was absolutely phenomenal. Professional, kind, helpful and more. Went totally above and beyond. Really sweet lady. All the kudos to her. Give her a raise and keep her. Her customer service is amazing 😍.

Self checkout lines stacked 12+ people long, clothing EVERYWHERE and piled completely out of any order. Staff just standing around or talking to one another. This store is clearly in need of new management.

Pretty busy target but the staff is always nice. Great variety and new items, but it isn’t always stocked. Still prefer this one over Towson, parking is much better.

Original review. I will update periodically if necessary. My opinions are not endorsements:One of the best Targets 🎯 in the state. Their restroom is always clean 🚻 and they have friendly, helpful staff. I would suggest that they start putting up paper towels in the restroom. It has been researched that the air blower hand driers do indeed spread germs. We never use the blowers, like ever. Avoid using them at all costs.

Almost every piece of produce is constantly bad or goes back within 1-2 days of purchase. If you're grocery shopping, go anywhere else.

There are always unpacked boxes with merchandise in the isles. Products on the shelves don’t get restocked and sit in the back of the store (I know because I can make a drive up order for those items, they are in stock).Nobody is ever in the electronics section to help you open a case. And if you find somebody they will have an attitude with you like you dared to make them work.And the huge checkout lines of course

Friendliness of the associates. Five percent with my red card. They usually have what I come there for, if not on display the associates are happy to check for more. Have old riding buggies that make them difficult to use, not good if you are handicapped like me.Updated 11/24/23

I went to Target yesterday for some Christmas shopping. I noticed (a few months ago) that the clothing section was disorganized. They have since resolved the issue, and it is back to the old Target that it used to be.Also, the store was more crowded than usual due to the holidays. Despite that, the other shoppers were polite and respectful to one another. This is definitely my favorite Target in this area.

Every time I do a drive up order from target and the item gets canceled for whatever reason (on targets behalf) they never refund my money. And the worst part about it is when I desperately need that item and decide to run in the to find a substitute. The item literally is in fact in stock ! But today was the last time I’ll ever spend a dollar at target ! I always felt it was convenient doing the drive up order because I breast feed but they been stealing money for two years.
