Absolutely disgusting!!! I was in the store to buy balloons and I saw one of the employees, leaving the ONE person bathroom with another man! The manager was not around so I had no superior to report this too, but the employee was a white male with ginger hair. It is completely unprofessional!! I see children FREQUENTLY come to this store and I cannot imagine if one of my children had witnessed this instead ofme.

Went here for some items for Baltimore Pride. Found some items, but what I wanted to look at was place high on very tall shelf. No sales person walking around to check on patrons or offer assistance. Had to go up front go get help. After a minute looking for help finally someone came.I ask to look at the item up top. The csr didn't appeared to want to help me but tried. The item in question was too small for me so I returned it and left

2 out of the 3 female employees including the manager must have been having a horrible day as they were not helpful, nor pleasant at all. Maybe some follow-up customer service training is needed. I realize the pay is not high but it's a party store! Most people entering are celebrating something. The store shouldn't give off miserable energy. The 1 youngest employee not included above smiled which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Little things go a long way.

Had placed in online order 5 days in advanced, went to pick up and my order wasn’t there. The website had failed… The staff did such a wonderful job making sure we got our balloons on time and never once complained. A+ customer service

Got to be the worst party planing store out there….. went there to get some balloons, store clerk told me they were out of helium and had been for 3 weeks as there was a National helium shortage !!!!! I went to the Dollar Store and sure enough they had helium and was able to service my needs !!! PARTY CITY is a joke …… keep away, staff was very rude as well

This store had what i was looking for but not the correct color as it stated online for pick up. I asked the cashier if he could help. Before looking he just answered " we don't have it". Smh

Great place for your party decorations . Selections are dependent on holidays or events. Buy seasonal Selections as soon as they come on shelves, more likely 5o get what you want.Various balloons, variety of prices. Can be filled on siteRecommend

Party City is the the go to place when you are in need of anything party or costume related. They have always had what I need. The balloons are by far the best. Not the cheapest place in town though.

Only giving 2 stars because of a very nice gentleman whom I assume was a manager, based on his attire. He was very pleasant and helpful. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star. Customer service was only a half step above rude. I placed an online order for 2 items, they only pulled one and even though the system said there should have been 12 of the missing item in the store, none of the cashiers had a clue or were interested in helping me locate it. After I walked the store twice, I just called it a wash.

Went there to look for last minute costumes for the kids. The lady working with the Halloween costumes was super courteous and patient with me. I was super indecisive because a lot was sold out. I spent over 100 bucks and later realized I could have used a coupon. They allowed me to come back to Redeem my coupon from earlier that day. Cashier was awesome and very helpful. I got 30 bucks back. I’m very satisfied with the customer service every time I go there.

Staff was super helpful! They were having a big sale and had boxes up high on shelves, I asked an associate if they knew what was in the boxes up higher, she said no, but let's find out! She retrieved a ladder from another aisle, and climbed up to check each box for me! And these were boxes with stuff marked down to $1 each item. So for her to do that really showed that she was really interested in helping a customer and not just wanting a sale. They always have a great selection of balloons, cards and party supplies. Will definitely be shopping there again :)

Manager was discouragingly rude. Had an original issue with the order in regards to pick up date and time which was resolved. Went back to pick up balloons on the scheduled day and they were never prepared and had to wait 20 minutes. Balloons did not even last 24 hours- we had just spent over $100 and when I called to see if the store would help, they told me that they would not do anything. The manager herself confirmed that they should last 48-72 hours however they did not even make it 24 hours inside our home. She was rude in her delivery and in her statement of not be willing to help us out with the matter.

i LOVE this store. i can spend days in there. it has everything you need and love the updated toys to chose from. the workers are friendly, funny and are there to answer any question i have and the store is really clean and organized. im shocked at some of these reviews. i have been in there so many times and have never witnessed anything that the other viewers are claiming. i think ben does an awesome job running the place and tabie is so friendly. she always has a smile on her face and that in itself is inviting and will keep you coming back. 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came to location at 8:50 PM. I knew store closed in 10 minutes. Got to door and was told store was closed. I pointed out they had store hours posted 9 PM. "We're closed" May I speak to the manager. " I'm the manager" What's your name. "We're closed." I was told 5 times by manager nose ring they were closed (5 people in checkout line). When I said I was calling corporate he relented. I was done by 8:57.Poor service. Never did give me his name.

I too agree that they have good collection of items! But unfortunately they don't know how to behave!! 5 mins back I went to buy few wine glass and the associate, her name is Ashley responded my query in a weird manner which really made me felt bad!! Since I was late for my mass in st Jospeh church, I didn't try to correct her to speak properly, instead bought what I need and left the shop!!Whoever is the manager, please first try to teach your employees on how to behave to customers!! There is no use of having a good inventory in your shop otherwise

Went into the store to do a refund on a costume was told I told I could only do a exchange or store credit. I picked store credit it was printed out on a receipt I asked if it could be placed on a giftcard because I know receipt paper fade they told me that they did not have giftcards the company do not allow it. REALLY so if I wanted to buy someone a giftcard I could not. Then the manager on duty Emily told me that if the paper did fade and you could not see the numbers on it they would still honor it you big dummy you can honor what you can not see.

They don't greet you when you come in. The white girl seemed like she just didn't want to be there. However they're nicely stocked and I've found costumes for $1.00.

I found what I was looking for, but despite being one of the only people in the store, the service was very slow when it came to things like getting balloons inflated or help looking for something. Make sure you know what you're looking for beforehand.
