I moved from Towson to Middle River. I needed a few items and came into your store. I found some nice decorative plate table covers, curtains, floor mates, towels, table for my door, and a flower. All reasonably priced. The store was neat and organized. Your staff was friendly and the line moved fast. Thank you!

So my intentions were to come to Marshallto buying a surprise gender reveal gift for the wife. After searching for 30mins in the baby section ( which was a mess) I finally found something. Not what I was looking for but it was something.Customer service was great tho.Needs a little more organization in this store.

Lots of items to pick from. Everything from pets to kids to cosmetics and gift items, adult clothes of all kinds. Many registers were open. There is also coffee and candy and snacks. Pretty much something for everyone! Fun place to shop!

I wanted to commend the pleasant and very welcoming attitude of Phil, the manager at Marshalls in Hunt Valley! It’s not everyday that you walk into a store and are greeted by such a friendly personality. He happened to assist me at check out as well and I let him know how pleasant I thought he was and how much I appreciated him. It really made my day and also made me look forward to shopping at this location.

Marshalls is a great place to shop. Just make sure you buy that desired find because it will not be there when you go back to get it. Their items seem to be random in when they arive or when they are available. We have had a few times where we wish we had bought something we were thinking we wanted and then went back to get it only to find that the item was not available at the Marshalls we went to or even any Marshalls we tried after that one.

I love marshals, but lately every single thing is MADE IN CHINA!!! What the heck happened to all the cool women's clothes, and alot o shelves are empty. Most of the time the service is good though.

Went several weeks ago. A lot of nice stuff to look through, clean. However the lady with the shoulder length gray hair and glasses at the dressing room is the reason for 2/5 instead of 5/5. And the reason I won’t be back there again.

This location is always well organized and well managed. Lines can get long (which is normal for most Marshalls locations), but their staff are pleasant and work quickly to move the line along.

This location has a great selection of clothing & home goods. I found decorative pillows & rug for my home as well as a cute winter coat for myself. Super happy with everything & will definitely go back.

I believe it's disrespectful to kick someone out after having the door opened and tell them they're closing after walking into the store grab clothes and not even be conscious that the time she said the store was closed was already 10 mins past that. I also advised her that the door should be closed and her reasons was they haven't closed it because the cashier was busy with a customer yet she wasn't neither was another employee. Honestly it seem racially motivated.

One of all time favorite go tos. I’ve practically decorated my entire house from shops like these. It looks like it cost a fortune but not here, very budget friendly and always remember they have multiple discount isles for your spending pleasure.

Consistently great service. One time my mom was looking for a certain candle and the sales associate got permission from her manager to leave the cashier area and individually sniffed 2 large displays of candles to help my mom find the perfect scent :)

This location is better than most although somedays it is in disarray. I'd say 3.5 stars but there's no half stars on Google. My biggest complaints are the recent reorganization which has left the store messier than it was before and it shouldn't take months to get it cleaned up again. Second complaint is checkout time - they're always slow and usually have more employees standing or sorting behind the counter than working a register.

I really like this marshals. There’s lots of options for different clothes. It’s very clean and organized. And the staff is always willing to help. Although I’ve noticed after the COVID-19 pandemic there’s not much variety or high namebrand stuff that they used to have. But I still enjoy bargain hunting here.
