This place rocks. Been there 15-20 times and I’ve left happy each time. It doesn’t hurt to have Amanda, who is totally gorgeous, working the front lines. She’s such a welcoming face to see. Their rewards program is extraordinarily generous as well.All in all, I’m a huge fan of Kip. 5 stars without a doubt

I feel cheated.. Went in to buy a 5pk of joints. The website said $35, with taxes $38.50, but was charged $45 and this was my first visit.. My receipt says $38.50 but I don’t understand the extra money.. and the case used for the joints is such a terrible design and hard to openEdit: I emailed the owner/manager/whatever and he pretty much said you’re wasting money spending inside. It’s better to order online, or else $10 is automatically taken. He said it’s like withdrawing $10 from an atm, but I still don’t get why. He didn’t resolve the issue or even reply back when he offered a 20% off coupon. Just don’t waste your time!

I love, love, love this dispensary! Since July 1st 2023, I have NEVER purchased my products from anywhere else!The exterior is very appealing to the eye, if you have a gift for art The customer service has always been pleasant, friendly, and professional💙From the moment I step through the door,security is courteuos🧡the front desk staff is helpful💚the customers are chilling in line while becoming a little antsy over the minor wait😂😂once you’re in the back, the connection began The Staff working in the back are very charming by speaking in a calm helpful voice❤️ Staff has always engaged in a positive dialogue with me EVERY visit. Staff has ALWAYS provided an answer to my questions and offered recommendations. It’s a vibe!! I gave the company four stars due to one staff failing to follow through on her word. I shared an interest in visiting a dispensary just to obtain knowledge on their process. One staff recommended that I reach out KIP Marketing Manager, Victoria. I was very excited over this opportunity! I immediately emailed Victoria on February 28 and began to converse over the course of a month. Victoria agreed to give me a voucher to a local dispensary who provides education tours. Needless to say, as of today I don’t have a voucher🤨I went up there twice to meet and gather the information and there was NO Victoria! 😔 we agreed to meet up on March 20 prior to Victoria leaving work at 4pm. I took off work early to meet with her and she wasn’t there. She didn’t even leave the information for me. I immediately emailed her and I haven’t heard anything back.This was definitely a disappointment!Beside that, keep up the excellent work

Started coming to this place out of convenience and now I won't go anywhere else! Everyone is super helpful and friendly- they listen and answer all questions that you might have. The points system is DOPE- I've racked up enough that sometimes my entire purchase is covered. The drive-thru is a huge plus!

These ppl have got to be the most nicest ppl I have ever met in this industry! And i've had my card from the very beginning!!From the front door to the exit,I was greeted with nothing but kindness & compassion through the whole process. They also have a drive through, which is highly convenient But they have some very nice things inside,I would definitely recommend taking a gander😉I got a nice Lil swag bag too! Sweeeeet! Definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you 😊

I worked with Kolya and I have to say, my experience was very different here than any other dispensary I’ve been to. Every person from the door security through check out was incredibly friendly. For a newbie in this world and feeling out of place, Kolya made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and really start to learn and understand some of the ingredients and how they work. Prices are competitive. Will be making this my “regular” shop.

Easy to find location off York road. Staff were cool and they have a wide range of products. Prices are the same as other dispensaries in the area. I was there on a Friday morning so there was a queue and had to wait about 20 minutes for service.
