Some of the staff here are not pleasant nor helpful. They think they are doing you a favour but they should just do their jobs and be a bit more pleasant to people who are I’ll and collecting medication

Waited an hour for a scheduled COVID booster. The pharmacy wasn’t even busy, there were 4 pharmacists and no people in line, yet they had us waiting for an hour. They even gave a booster to someone that came in after us. The lady at the front did not have a nice attitude. Not coming back to this pharmacy

Last week and for weeks or months leading up to today 11-07-2021 Giant Pharmacy advertised "Walk-ins, and no mention of needing an appt. and I beleive you couldn't even make an appt. if you wanted to!!Waste whole morning filling out Documents at home as my husband had been there just a few days prior AND DID NOT NEED APPOINTMENT!!!!I'm disabled home and bed bound so leaving home is difficult for me due to illness and disability. I am also high risk, due to my disability and had to put off vaccination until I cleared URI.Well Mrs. Sarcastic rude employee blurts out DO YOU HAVE AN APPT?? I said no and that my husband didn't need an appt just a few days ago. She replies......WELL WE CHANGED IT A FEW DAYS AGO!!Would be nice if you put the word out to your customers that one now needs an appt. This was a big deal, 1st day in over a year I've been well.enough to venture out to even obtain my booster shot and 2021 Flu shot.......GUESS WHAT.......TURNED AWAY!!! The enjoyment in Mother Hubbard's words an face were obvious.I must be the first one in this country who gets turned away and of whom is one of the ones who needs it most!!Below taken directly off their website......QUOTE ""At Giant Pharmacy, we can fill your prescriptions for you, your family, and your pets while you shop. Without letting your customers know.Not only did I now risk my health for no reason by going, since I couldn't get my COVID booster!! I could catch COVID-19 Yet again. I've been fully vaccinated ASAP always.Thanks Giant and youR sarcastic flippant elderly (Wears Glasses) employee. You've now placed a disabled high risk sick person who's at high medical risk of illness by turning us away.At least have a grace period then if your going to change from walk ins to appt. Only!!! And as long as your site says no appt needed, then honor them!!I will be holding Giant Pharmacy its employees , subsidiaries, CEO, and all other relevant parties responsible for.any adverse effects or damage to my health if I catch COVID-19 because I was forced to leave my COVID-19 free home, to get a Booster you refused to honor.I even had all documents filled out ahead of time as they told my husband to give to me and just come in. I suggest you familiarize your employees with the ADA, (Americans With Dissabilities Act) and any other laws, ordinances, legislation pertaining to Pharmacy and Healthcare regulations.It's bad enough that disabled parties don't have options for in home visits. Thanks for putting my health and medical safety at risk!!!

They’re the worst. The system said the refill would be ready in 5 hours and when I went to pick it up 7 1/2 hours later, they hadn’t even started on it. Told me their phone system is always wrong.

I can't say everyone in this giant pharmacy treats clients this way but someone needs to talk to the two female associates who are so irritated at life that they have to be disrespectful to customers. I know your a pharmacist but your still in customer service. Get another job if customers irritate you so much.

Refused to dispense or release prescription for rebound covid medication, prescribed by a physician because could not be run through insurance. In fact, all covid medications are despensed freely through the dept of health and they practice insurance runs in order to illegally secure copays. Giant (and everyone else) pay not a penny for covid meds and are bound to dispense cist free. Yet they charge copays and tefuse to dispense when confronted or not allowed to charge. Fr

I visited your store today to pick up a few things for my wife and I at 240pm. I went to the self checkout and started scanning my items The gentleman who takes care of the parking lot and collects the carts came into the store but stopped and used his body to break out the store glass window. Glass went flying out towards the sidewalk and street. I was stunned at the crash of glass and thought he may have hit incoming customers.He came rushing into the store and started towards my checkout making noises. I know he has some emotional issues, but it looked like he was coming toward me. I felt threatened and rushed out of the checkout to get out of theway. I’m 70 years old and can’t outrun a person his size. Until I’m certain that if my wife and I can shop without being scared of bodily harm, we will shop elsewhere.I called the store to talk to the manager about how stressful my visit was but waited 45 minutes on hold. Family just wasted 90 minutes trying to get COVID boosters despite having an appointment. Their pharmacy is legitimately worse to deal with than the TSA.

The pharmacy racial profiles you, if you don’t meet their standards, they lie and tell you they don’t except your insurance and you can not pay out of pocket for your prescription. After being told this, I go to 2 different Giants one prescription at one because they only had one in stock and the second one at another Giant. Both not only took my insurance but I had no out of pocket co-pay. I had to go without my very important medication because the pharmacist decided I was not good enough for her to be bothered with serving. Don’t go here, please chose another Giant to go to. And my first review was some way deleted. Let’s see if they let this one stay. The truth will be known, one way or another. You were wrong and I was mistreated based on the color of my skin.
