Shawn and his team were amazing to work with. I initially called them to deep clean all of my new home's carpet, thinking that replacing it would be too expensive (based on another vendor's quote). Shawn was able to provide a much more reasonable quote for great quality carpet and padding, so we replaced the carpet on 2 levels of the home, and cleaned our basement carpet. All the work was done very well, the crews were professional and helpful, and the timelines were all met. I wish I had done the basement after all! Shawn is absolutely obsessive in his work. He notices things in your home that you probably haven’t even noticed. He service costs a bit more but my goodness he is worth every penny. I had 2500 square feet of pure white Berber carpet including steps that were blackened to the point of hopelessness. I was quoted by a carpet company 15k to tear up and replace it all. So I called Shawn just to see if cleaning was a possibility. He said he could get it clean. I was more than skeptical. He quoted me $1800 including a Teflon coating. He arrived the day of the appointment on time and by the end of the day eye couldn’t believe my eyes. The carpet was pure white again. I almost cried.Seriously. I always trust Extreme Carpet Cleaing with my carpet cleaning. Year after year without fail, they do a beautiful job on my wall to wall carpet on my stairs, landing and boys’ rooms. The carpets look nearly brand new after being cleaned. Shawn, the company’s owner, is a very hard working person who takes pride in providing a professional result. Always going the extra mike to provide excellent service, Shawn is honest and fair. I had previously tried other companies, some slightly cheaper, but the result was dramatically better with Extreme Carpet cleaning. So for the 4+ years, I have been a return customer. Worth every penny. In my opinion, Extreme Carpet Cleaning is the best in the business.

I appreciated the contact from them noting the email of the estimate as well as texts letting me know they were on their way. Shawn and his crew did an amazing job on our carpets. They cleaned the entire house and the carpet looks brand new, and I was worried I would have to replace it. They even got out a major "accident" caused by our dog two days before they were scheduled to arrive (good timing by the dog, I suppose). Had the carpets in our condo stretched and cleaned. The carpets were not installed properly by another company and had many wrinkles. Extreme stretched then on a later day cleaned them. they look beautiful.Shawn made an estimate and the work was done extremely well. Extreme provided friendly, efficient and timely service. Where do I even start? Shawn is one of the most reliable professionals I have met. He has saved our house way too many times! Our daughter literally spread about a 20x20 inch of red finger paint all over our light oatmeal carpet. He got as much as he could get out.At that time, he also walked through the house and helped us get all other stains out. Then he did the best thing --educated us on the EXACT type of carpet we have and how to get stains out of wool and what products not to buy because the stuff we have ruin wool.Then the day just got better!!! He then walked through the house and discussed what we needed to do for an entire carpet clean for the whole townhouse and how to change our HVAC filters and what we need because our daughter has horrible allergies.Shawn is on speed dial with our family and I have told all of my friends about him! Shawn M is the consummate professional. He gave me frank and honest feedback on my questions and great consultation above and beyond this visit to ensure that I get the maximum life out of my carpet. He was straightforward and transparent with his estimate and it came in under what they originally quoted me. I’m sure there are many companies that would have never offered up that my square footage was less than originally quoted and try to keep the money if I didn’t say anything. Shawn on the other hand, came prepared to measure and informed me of the good news upon discovering that my original estimate was high. He was respectful of my questions, my home and cleaned up afterwards. There was no evidence that he was here outside of the new looking carpet in my house. Extreme Carpet Cleaning provided me with excellent service. I called them for emergent air duct cleaning 5 days before Christmas after a mouse died in my main air duct and was producing a foul odor. Extreme carpet cleaning came to my house today and cleaned the carpets on my stairs, in my sun room and in my living room. The carpets were looking dingy right before they came in and made them white again. We have 4 kids living in this house and Extreme Carpet Cleaning came in and restored my carpets just in time for our Thanksgiving party. This year is extremely important that the house looks nice because we're having relatives from over 1,000 miles away. The company's schedule is great to fit into. And don't get me started on customer service. When I called, a PERSON answered the phone and I was able to schedule a time very quickly and painlessly. Shawn and was very diligent the whole time and got the job done flawlessly. He made us feel like family and was a great person to talk to. I definitely reccomend him and will definitely be calling him for my next carpet cleaning.

Extreme Carpet did an amazing job on our sorely neglected carpeting! We knew after multiple Super Bowl parties (with spills) and many sad attempts to clean our basement carpeting ourselves and with some of the more commonly known providers, that we needed something drastically different. We have cream colored carpeting in our basement that looked pristine after Extreme Carpet finished removing all the stains and smudges that had built up over time. They also did our dining room carpeting post-Thanksgiving, and it's been restored to brand-new like status. Extreme Carpet cost us more, but not only was it worth every penny in our opinion, we're convinced other providers just wouldn't have been able to tackle such a difficult job. Professional, responsive, highly knowledgeable and extremely capable. Over-delivered on expectations!

This is the best area rug cleaning EVER! Shawn worked around my very busy schedule, picked up my area rugs, and returned them spotless and oderless. I ordered the cleaning solution because it is amazing. UPS delivered it, but it was taken off of my pourch. I called to order more and within 2 days it was delivered by Shawn in person!! Who gives that kind of customer service ?!! I would reomend this company to anyone. I have already given their name to several family members and friends. Keep up the fantastic work.
