The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I needed to exchange an item without my receipt and they didn't give me a hard time.When they're really busy they open another register.It is one of the smaller stores but the selections are good. They have a wide range of typical dollar store items as well as a few unique finds. This store also takes manufacturers coupons.

First time at this location. Store shelves were well supplied and plenty of variety. Customer service needs a bit of work. Barely any acknowledgement from store employees (especially those stocking and blocking the aisles).

I've shopped here for years and have always loved this Dollar Tree. The sales associates are always friendly and the selection of products is great. My mom was looking for this mini car trash can once, and two employees ran around the store looking for the last mini trash can until my mom found it on a shelf. They expressed happiness that she got the product she was looking for, and their efforts to find a product were valiant. Everything is $1, Love this place!

I had a very terrible and horrible experience today with the manager. All l can say is OMG 10 times. Her attitude is the worst l have ever experienced. I very much recommend her to go back to school for customer relations. I just used to hear from other customers that the manager has a horrible attitude. Today I proved it myself. If she has a chance to read this message please change for the better. I'm not trying to underrate you. Because even when I left the store I just felt sorry for you instead of being mad at you.

Great finds in store. Casually strolling thru store looking at all the wonderful merchandise and picking up items Idon't need.😊😊 This store is very wellstocked and organized. I enjoyed every moment of my outing. It was very therapeutic.

The store was a mess! They still had out lots of Mother's Day cards and related items while other shelves needed stocking. I saw one box that had been knocked over and contents all over the floor. I will say the young man that waited on me was very pleasant and friendly!

The manager at this location has a bad attitude and is rude to young black people. I went in looking for a item that I was told they have there (after going to 4 other stores). I saw one of the items I needed on the shelf so I asked a cashier if there is any way someone could check to see if they have more and the cashier stated that they just got a shipment in. So she asked the other cashier and I was told that there was just a shipment of 5000 items and there were already items back there and that they can take me back there so I could see. To me that was unprofessional. The better response would have been that she can check but she is not sure if they do. I expected the same treatment she gave the elderly white lady that asked for help. I did not have her check because good customer service is better than saving a dollar. I'm always treated good when I go into Michael's.

I'm glad they raised their price to a $1.25,They are bringing back some of the items I was missing plus some of the items I needed are now available in 32 oz for a $1.25 as opposed to is as opposed to 16 oz for a dollar. After all I am glad they figured out a way to stay in business and serve our community

I do recommend this Dollar Tree.They still ha e the stuff you know at the prices you know...for the lost part.This one is now better organized than it used to be, but finding some things can be difficult with the new way it is organized.I wish it was as big as the timonium store, but they do well enough.Be smart out there!

I had a very terrible experience today, I was with my 5 yr old daughter who had to use the bathroom soo bad , I went to the cashier asked her if my daughter can use the bathroom she said she didn’t have any problem just ask the manager which she directed me to the manager Eddy, he looked like such a nice man but oh well I asked Eddy if my daughter could use the bathroom she is soo pressed and she can’t hold the pee , he stated that he couldnt let my daughter use the bathroom I asked why and he said that the bathroom is loaded with boxes that’s why ? to me it sounded like he refused but didn’t want to say it , I left there soo mad 😡 I called the cooperate waiting for their call back. So disgusted

Always an enjoyable experience. Different county locations have more options. In your travels stop in and take a look. They also carry items you can't find anywhere else. Name brand products are available daily.

This dollar store is holding up that whole shopping center. LOL. This is a pretty good dollar store. They could definitely use a bit of a cleanup and a little more organization. But I always find a pretty good bargain and a pretty good deal.

This small Dollar Tree had boxes everywhere on the floor .You had to be careful walking .It seems like a high turnover in employees and they,have another,sign up for Help Wanted again.By the,frozen food the stack was higher than my head and I could imagine a child climbing,on it .Maybe i,did retail,to long but I could see many problems,woth safety all,around
