I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this location. The employee covering the shoe section was pleasant and brought out 6-8 different shoe models since I was trying out Brooks for the first time. I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. I was also very happy they had every shoe in my size (~11) in stock when most places are very hit or miss. The store also is very conveniently located near Wegmans and other awesome store.

Great selection and courteous staff. Tray at checkout was especially polite, and patient as I bought two carts full of dumbbells. He even helped load them in my car. Someone give this man a raise!

I have to shout out Jack! He installed a new seat on my bicycle and handled the payment transaction. He was very pleasant from the moment I walked in and out of the store. Excellent customer service!

It seemed that many new products were stocked recently. However, some staffs appeared to be in need of service training. One employee made a big noise when he organized shelves while I was shopping. He looked a little nervous though I didn’t mess up anything. Another employee was dribbling a small ball and made a annoying noise while I was shopping. I just quickly picked some product and gave up the rest of my shopping.

The customer service is highly lacking. Don't go here if you're in need of any help from an employee. Especially if you're interested in buying shoes, no stock is out on the floor anymore and you have to ask someone. Every time I've gone looking for shoes, you have to INTERRUPT an employee who is messing around on their phone. If what you want isn't available in your size, the employees don't even help you find something you do like in your size, they just direct you to a kiosk/tablet where you have to search yourself and prices aren't on the main page as you search through shoes. Horrible service.

Wow!!!! Every sporting goods need is delivered in 1 place! The crossbows, bows and shotguns in the adult section got the adrenaline flowing just holding them! Price seemed spot on, would loved to have bought and took home

Clean and well stocked store. The store is broken out by the department then brand. Everything was neatly displayed making things much easier to find. I did have trouble finding a massage gun, (wasn't sure where to look), and the staff were extremely kind and helpful with locating it and ringing it up for me.

I like the store. I think the employees was helpful and made themselves available. One of them even walked me to the spot I was looking for. Cashier was also helpful. I told them I think I’ll be back.. time will tell! Store also look pretty clean and organized.

My wife called these guys and asked about a specific Yeti cooler and whether it was in stock. The guy on the phone said yes but would not hold it for us, which is fine I understand store policy is what it is.I made a 1 hour drive to the store only to have it not be there, and them tell me that it ‘sold 45 minutes ago’. Bear in mind this was a $400 cooler, and it was 815PM on a Wednesday, and there were literally two other people in the store.I’m convinced that nobody actually checked when my wife called, and just said they had it in stock. I don’t care about the cooler however I do care about incompetent people wasting two hours of my time.

Understaffed and understocked. I came looking for a treadmill; I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes to even get an employee's attention, who was initially helpful but then wandered off without a word when I was ready to buy it. I got someone else's attention (another 5 minutes or so), who tracked down the first employee; when I indicated that I was ready to buy it, he told me it wasn't in stock there, but a store 50 miles away had one.I requested a few minutes to consider the other options. Again the employee wandered off, and when I wanted to ask some questions about the other available options, all attempts to get someone's attention were futile. After another 10-15 minutes of trying, I left empty-handed.I would not recommend this place if you're trying to buy anything that cannot simply be picked up off the shelf.

Felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against while trying to shop for sport clothes. All the workers kept walking around and stared into my cart and my purse. Not once did someone ask if I needed help but continuously walked around in the area I was shopping and stared. One employee even complained at checkout that I was there for a-little over an hour, which proves I was being watched the entire time. There are signs posted around the store stating there is no discrimination however I have never seen the workers treat white customers the way they treat me, being hispanic. I have been here several times and every time I am followed around the store, starred at, and not treated with the same respect as white customers.

The person working in the shoe dept (tall young man) was hard at work with other customers and managed to get my wrestling shoes ,even bringing an extra pair that was a bigger size, which turned out to be a perfect fit compared to what I picked out!! Later on, even though its not his department, pointed me to where I can get the rest of my gear. Outstanding, friendly service. Thank you, buddy!!!!

I have always loved this store. It's where I went for all of my soccer gear. Tonight they also helped save me. I got a flat tire today near the store and a nice man helped me change my tire. I was completely lost. Thank you so much! Keep selling amazing soccer stuff. Maybe a bit more Manchester United :)

They got rid of all of the hunting stuff so that's a bummer. Their camping stuff seems fairly low quality, but they definitely look like they're getting out of the "outdoors" space but for fishing. Otherwise, they have all of the standard assorted sporting related things you could possibly want.

My wife and I were shopping to get volleyball knee pads for our daughter. On the package were the words "try on" which our daughter proceeded to do. While doing so, the sales associate kept watching her, us suspiciously as if she, we were stealing. Never once did he offer assistance or ask did you have any questions about the knee pads. The worst experience was going to the check out, paying for the product, walking out the store only to have the security alarm sound off. That's extremely embarrassing. The sales associate at the register said , No, go ahead you're fine. The three of us went back to the register and she took off the security sensors never apologizing for what just happened. The three of us are African-Americans and we were in an area which is predominately white/Caucasian with another African-American family behind us in the check out area. I felt like my family and I were being profiled. Stereotyping people who are of a different ethnicities and being suspicious of them stealing is wrong. Quite many of us, like my family and I are people that are law abiding citizens who try our best to positively contribute to society. My hope is that your sales associates can engage your future customers with respect, dignity, and with less suspicious overtones so that something like this will never occur again.

This is a very large sports department store that has everything under the Sun from camping to basketball to you name it it has it. You do get some good bargains but some of the things a little bit on the pricey side so be aware of that but you get better quality. Parking was a little bit of a problem today but I manage to get what I wanted to go therefore and that was a sleeping bag. Great selections on everything they have.

Came here the other day to purchase 9mm ammo from the lodge. Lodge associate was dealing with a customer that had issues with her purchase of soccer cleats that in my opinion should have been handled at the front checkout by cashier and or manager. This delayed myself and other customers from accessing items behind counter at the lodge. Huge selection of items..knowledgeable staff in all departments. Prefer this location over the white marsh location.

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. Racks are marked as a certain percentage off but they ring up differently. Manager Justin was completely rude and insisted that the dots on the tags trump what their signs say and if they put the wrong sign up its the customer's fault for not looking at the dots. Wow!!! They just saved $7 and lost a customer! I returned all $140 I spent! STAY AWAY!!!!

Went in for a target for archery. They removed ALL hunting supplies. Need binoculars to bird watch? Don't come here looking for any. Like to do archery recreationally? Don't bother showing up at this location. Asked an employee about it and he said 'company policy' which is a complete lie because the white marsh location still has these things. The only reason I stopped in at this one was because I was in the area. Now that I know this particular location has drank the political kool-aid, I never have to step foot in there again. I'll be telling my family and friends who live in the area to not bother with anything from this location. Thankfully, I live closer to the white marsh location and they will continue to get my business. (Moves like this is forcing people to shop online more which is not good when you need something last minute. First yall run the mom and pops out of business and then you make idiotic decisions like these.)

I got a good price on Field and Stream t-shirts in the back of the store. I was also looking for tennis racket strings and over grips. They did not have a lot of string, and not the kind I wanted, so I will have to order online.

Very VERY hard to get someone to find a few pairs of shoes for me to try. There were even salespeople who weren't busy, but they simple seemed more interested in socializing. Even if the project there is great! I'll keep coming back!
