Horrible pharmacy. My wife's perscription was listed as in-process for over a week and then cancelled. As you've no doubt gathered from the other reviews, calling makes no difference because no one answers the phone. Went to pick up a perscription and waited in a line that didn't move for over an hour before giving up. One person got served in that entire time, and people applauded. My wife came back the next day and waited for an hour and a half before getting the much-needed medicine. There realky is no excuse for service like this.

Wish I could rate it negative stars really. Went there today and was prob about the 15th person in line. At 6pm they pulled the gates down and said there were closed. I dont understand how they can deny people of their much needed meds. One woman was there to pick up her 6 year old sons meds. Knowing your medication is within reach, but they wont let you have it. Called corporate, made a complaint, don't expect any response. If I didn't HAVE to go there because of my insurance plan, I wouldnt!

Trying to get my medications at this pharmacy has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lines are always at least an hour long. The employees typically are very uninterested and I've even been given the wrong medication. Today I tried to get my medication before the line gets long and they weren't even open. I arrived around 8:55, they are supposed to open at 9 but here I am almost 10 still waiting for the people inside to open the gate. If at all possible I would never set foot in aCVS and would not allow anyone I know to go there. Definitely not a business I would recommend to anyone.

My account is inaccurate. After several attempts to make it accurate, their staff does not correct it.There is always a line and every single person in line just hates this CVS store and there are only complaints.My recommendation would be to staff with great people and pay them very well to accommodate the customers. There are many people that use this CVS pharmacy.

This is one of the busiest pharmacies I’ve been in and they work with the bare minimum by way of staff, all staff! The staff that shows up deserves the 5 ⭐️’s! It is for them and them alone that I even write this review. I’ve watched the pharmacist work alone most often and literally have to fill prescription’s as the customer arrives. Their assistants who work equally as hard under the same pressure try to fill, ring, and field phone calls. Ive overheard phone calls asking for help and watched the pharmacist stay late to fill the prescriptions of every person who arrived before the shift end. These are people’s life saving medications, meds needed when sick or with chronic illness, so on so forth. Where is undercover boss when you need them? People who sit behind desks and design every detail of how a pharmacy is supposed to be run should be asked to work one month a year at this CVS with the staff given to them these past two years. It’s incredibly sad to watch our elderly stand in line for two hours, sometimes more for their much needed meds. Moms of small children with flu, RSV and pneumonia be told they don’t have the rx available. College age women from states not like our own told certain rx aren’t ready and if it not filled in a timely manner left in unimaginable dire straits. I hope this reaches the right people.

Pharmacy didn’t have our Rx, but left the status pending. Called Towson to see if they could support the Rx, they could but needed LT CVS to put the Rx on hold. Went back in to request LT CVS to forward the script to Towson and the tech lied and said it was the other pharmacy’s job. They didn’t know what they were doing so they lied instead. Just a pitiful way to run a pharmacy.

I waited in line for almost 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. There was one person behind the pharmacy who was assisting people. He was filling prescriptions and was very slow. I wanted to use a coupon so I had to wait in that one line. The pharmacy is within the Target store. I was so frustrated and tired of waiting that I didn’t use the coupon and just went through the Target line. I will never go to the CVS in that store again.

This is the worst pharmacy….avoid at all costs! Went to pick up my rx which was called in by my doctor. Stood in line to be told there was no rx; I need to have the doctor call it in again and come back. Contacted my doctor who assured me he called it in, however he called again. Went back a 2nd time and was told there was no prescription. After assuring the pharm tech it was there, she looked at the pharmacist who stated he did not check the voicemails, but would check and rx would be ready in 30 min. Waited an hour and went back to the counter only to be told my prescription was not ready. Pharmacist was extremely rude and told me he didn’t have time and “why don’t you come back tonight or tomorrow”. At this point, I had already been to target twice. When I asked if he would confirm my meds would be ready if I came back, I was told I could come back for a third time but that they would not promise me my med would be ready. The pharmacist then called my doctor to confirm my prescription and then when I came back for a THIRD time that evening, told me that the reason my med wasn’t ready was because my doctor didn’t prescribe it correctly and he never got a voicemail calling it in but then gave my doctor a conflicting story. Terrible customer service.

Horrible. They don't fill meds until you step up to the counter IF THEN. We had 3 in the system and they only filled 2. Another time, they said they didn't have anything for me so I had our doctor send meds to another pharmacy. Now this CVS is calling me multiple times a day but can't get it together enough to make their message work so I have 6 voicemails that are 1 second long. Fill your meds elsewhere.

Incompetent and slow staff. No one takes accountability for their mistakes at this location. Everyone has a nasty attitude and zero customer service skills, including their rotating pharmacists. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy long waits and poor attitudes.

Horrible. Always horrible. My insurance CareFirst FORCES ME to use CVS otherwise I would go ANYWHERE ELSE. lines are always long. Even when they are short it takes 30-60 minutes. Rx’s often say “in process” bc they NEVER have enough staff so your prescription is never filled but you can’t call because they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. NEVER!!! The staff works hard. It’s a dirty disaster behind the counter. They are overworked. I see why they are understaffed. I could never work in those conditions. I am so so frustrated waiting in line now for 50 minutes to pick up an rx that I came for 3 days ago that was “in process” for 2 days that I waited for for 45 minutes that night too!!! Then the system crashed. I can’t take it anymore. Hopefully Towson location will be better though I’ve had similar issues there. C’mon CVS. Work harder to staff your locations!!!!

Do not know what is going on at this pharmacy now. Time waiting on hold on phone is extremely long. Waiting in the store is also long. Orders that were to be delivered still are at the pharmacy days after paying for meds and delivery. In the past, I would have given pharmacy a 5+++ but not now. Seriously considering transferring meds to another pharmacy.

I don’t recommend this CVS. I’ve requested that my SSRI rx to be transferred twice (once in Oct before I ran out and again in Nov) and they still haven’t filled it. The withdrawal from these types of meds makes me so sick and unable to see properly. I will have to switch pharmacies altogether in order to advocate for my mental health. I’m sorry to anyone who has experienced something similar. It’s scary to think a pharmacy can care so little about your health…

I have had my prescription sent here on several occasions. Each time I come to pick it up it's the wrong script and then don't have what was prescribed. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

Sale signage is not up on everything on sale. BOGO coke 2 liter was $3.69. I would've bought 2 if sale signs were posted.

My husband and I came here for our second dose for the Covid vaccine and the place is closed! No sign, no staff nothing. And it is people lined up out here for the same thing. Everyone is confused and upset. This is so unprofessional. I had to bring my newborn son out here and put him at risk for exposure in order to get this dose. This location should be ashamed of themselves for making people waste their time.

I can’t believe I even have to rate this place one star. Imagine spending an hour and a half in line just to be told “oh we don’t have a prescription” absolutely ridiculous and I am switching pharmacies right away. This used to be such a good pharmacy before all the good employees quit. Now do yourself the biggest favor and choose ANY pharmacy besides this one.

Good luck getting through to them by phone. Nobody ever picks up. And if you are there in person, bring a tent, a blanket and plenty of water and snacks. You'll be there the whole day. One star is way too generous.

The website says they are open until 9:00 pm but be warned they close at 8:00 pm when they wish to. You may not get your prescription after 8.

Worst pharmacy… out of stock with essential medicine. They treat people like in vegetable market … Avoid this location and go to any other CVS … or nearby is Walmart pharmacy very friendly
