Employee's attempted to double charge me for my products since their computer system is flawed. This inconvenience began when their computer system asked me to put in the 3 digits on the back of my card, instead of the typical 4 digit pin. Due to this flaw, my initial transaction had to be cancelled, therefore their machine printed a "Cancelled" receipt. After the second attempt of paying, their card machine successfully took my payment, but did not print a receipt since it appeared to be broken or jammed.The employee then claimed that neither transaction went through since she finally noticed the "Cancelled" receipt from the first attempt. She tried to have me pay AGAIN for the same products I just bought. I stated that the "Cancelled" receipt was from the first transaction so she brought her manager out, insinuating that I was attempting to take the products without paying, although she was simply unobservant. After showing them the transaction pending in my bank account, they were still hesitant to let me leave with the products I paid for. Not only that, but after further inspection, the seemingly incompetent employee did not provide me with the products I specifically asked for, but instead a different variant.It appears that certain members of this staff are unobservant and accuse their paying customers of attempting to steal. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. Their fish tank is sweet though.

The absolute best dispensary in the county hands down. It's an actual mom and pop, not owned by corporate canna, which is always a plus. Clean, welcoming, huge selection, knowledgeable staff - plus they sell Taharka in their wellness shop 👀👀 I used to shop around, but now this is absolutely the only dispensary I go to. They have great deals for medical and rec. If you want to break up with corporate canna and support the local cannabis community, Chesacanna is absolutely the way to go!

My favorite dispensary!! The absolute best part is on the way out, you see Ashley! Ashley is a staple at Chesacanna!!! She is a bright light that makes everybody smile! She knows her smoking accessories better than anyone. Last visit I purchased a grav coffee cup and it’s amazing!!! Thank you Ashley!!!! We love you!!

My review was based on principle. Typically, I have no issues with the employees, services, or selection. However, today, was different. I placed an online order. Order 663096966. I received a confirmation that the store had it, and it was ready for pickup. Even got a receipt. When I got there, the price wasn't honored & I got some excuse. I understand mistakes happen, but for me to take two highways to get to you just to have the rug pulled from my feet when I get there is deceitful. My number and email attached to the order, and I've been contacted throughout the entire order process only for them to say sike at the register. I have some points to burn so I'll be back but I'm skeptical about bringing my business there moving forward. The trust is damaged.

I live in PA and drive down to MD to go to dispensaries. This is new to me so I tried out a few dispensaries in the local area. Chesacanna has by far had the best selection (I prefer vapes & sometimes edibles - all recreational) & variety, knowledgeable staff, I have NEVER had to wait long at all there even on 4/20 which I’m assuming is their busiest day of the year. I go there once a week now, usually when the vapes are on sale but will have to come in for some edibles now too. Chris, Steve, Michelle, Devin and everyone else I’ve dealt with has been very helpful. Only had one issue with one product, I spoke to Michelle then Devin and they resolved the issue better than I expected.My family is going through extreme health issues and hardships. I decided to give MJ a try to help with my anxiety. The staff have helped me find strains that work well for me in dealing with this hard time. Having the combination of knowledge and kindness can be rare these days so I genuinely appreciate all of the staff here

Great shop! The customer service is fantastic and the space is clean and inviting. Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff (they're amazing!!). They also have great deals and a wellness/accessory shop attached! Definitely check it out if you're looking for a one of a kind shopping experience!

Once again, worst customer service ever. They sold me two things that don’t work together and then wouldn’t refund me until I threw a fit. The owner sits on here and gets mad at the bad reviews rather than apologizing and doing a better job. To me that says OWNERSHIP is the problem. Try that with me, bro. I will go to every review site online every day for the rest of my life if I have to and ask every friend who has ever shopped there to do the same. I work for the government, and I don’t like to see people ripped off or mistreated at a company that’s supposed to be helping people. You have turned into a money making tool that doesn’t care about its med patients and RIPS people off. Your point system sucks, and your people LOVE to tell us it’s not their job. BRO! Yea it is! Every other dispensary does it. Yours is lazy and makes excuses for every single problem. I would rather quit smoking than buy from you. And seeing your excuses over and over on this site, wooo boy. It’s on like DONKEY KONG. Gotta be a place I can call about this…I’m going to search the MD medical site up and down to report these things. You have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Try changing it rather than making excuses. Seeing your attitude toward upset customers…no WONDER your service sucks. You own the place.

Since going recreational this dispensary has only gotten worse. They give you the wrong items, they have incorrect inventory. Incorrect pricing and no where on the points app does it state you can’t use points with an already discounted item. Most dispensaries honor stacking discounts etc. this place used to be nice and had great bongs but they no longer put them out any on display or anything. I’ve tried to contact the Manager by email which apparently the only way to get a hold of them. I emailed over a month ago n with no response. Horribly run. I do not recommend this place at all! Save your money for better dispensaries.

I’m a caretaker for my wife. We used to go to chessacanna sometimes. They have a lot of products and good prices. But the customer service is absolutely terrible. They sell things that don’t work together and refuse to refund. I had the cashier tell me the manager was a jerk. And then they wouldn’t let us use our points. We lost thousands of points and hundreds of dollars because they made point system so difficult. Reason for that? So they don’t have to honor it easily. That’s crazy. Won’t ever be back. Ever.

Absolutely my favorite dispensary. Service is always kind and incredibly knowledgeable, and even provides me (a long-term med consumer) with new insights. They go above and beyond with getting you the absolute best deals. Plus, the staff are friendly and seem to be happy working there, which CANNOT be said about most dispensaries around Baltimore.

My second time here.I do not have a med card nor want one.I am the only person inline and stood there 4 15 minutes waiting. With 4 people behind the counter area they proceeded to call people from a room where they sat comfortably to be waited on.Having a Med card gives you perks in this place and I will never go back.Couldnt be more rude than this.

The wait times are inexcusable. I will never shop at this store again. They don't have any computers for people to order from, so people stand at the registers and order.Even if you have a pre order, you have to wait.Once you go to a store with computers to order you'll never want to shop somewhere like this.Absolutely miserable

I go frequently because it’s the shortest distance to where I live. Yet again way too many people in the dispensary for them to handle. Could not get my order for a medical patient unless I waited well over 45 minutes from looking at the amount of people; I left. Will probably never go back, prices are the highest in the Baltimore county area.

This is one of the better Cannabis stores in Baltimore County and not only that it is very convenient for those of us coming from Pennsylvania their products are great sales are awesome the staff is friendly and kind they have a great store featuring many items you need like glassware and vape pens Etc they also have a beautiful fish tank in there that has beautiful discus fish in there and they are absolutely stunning The discus are worth the trip in and of themselves anyway be sure to check out this dispensary it is the top shelf place

Great dispensary for the East coast. This dispensary is female-friendly too. Staff were very nice. The store portion of the dispensary is super cute. Even have great pet items. I recommend this dispensary over Curaleaf in Reisterstown.
