I’ve been bringing my parent’s dog, Rigel, to Best Friends Fur Ever for the past two years. His day care days are randomly scattered throughout the year, but whenever he’s there, the entire team is awesome with him. Sometimes he doesn’t do the best with people, but every team member greets him with joy, so he gets better and better with each stay! Thank you as always, BFFE team, for being the best with Rigel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone 🙂

We have three Standard Poodles in our house, so we are very grateful that Best Friends Furever can take care of their grooming needs. The dogs are happy, too. That isn't always true with other groomers. A+

I can't say enough how much my pups enjoy coming here. I even get to check on them through a camera whether I am traveling or just need a nice Daycare day for them while I am work. My pups are truly happy and that is all that matters.

This place only cares about your money and they will nickel and dime you. If you drop off your dog even 2 minutes past 9:00 am you will get billed $15. If you pick your dog up 10 minutes before 5pm you will get billed $15. That leaves your grand total to $62 for one day here. So if you don’t live in the area and get off work before 5 you might as well not even sign up. They don’t care about your situation, will not return your calls, and do not make exceptions. A facility like this can’t charge top prices and not be flexible with people. I was told in an email that it is abusive to staff and could lead dogs to become depressed or ill if I wanted to get my dog at 4:30pm. Excuse me? I’ve already found another doggy daycare and when I asked them about early pick up fees they laughed and thought it was ridiculous so clearly it’s not commonplace. They also, on occasion, accept too many dogs into social play group with only one staff member watching. There had to be over 40 dogs in one fenced in area today. I’m so disappointed with my experience here because I don’t think I’m being unreasonable by wanting to get my dog when I get off work.

My highly anxious dog decided she no longer wanted to play with all of the other dogs in group play. The team at Best Friends suggested the All Dogs Welcome program with individual attention. She loves her caretakers and they enjoy her goofiness. While she does not get socialized with other dogs, I am happy that she interacts with people and is still exhausted when she comes home.

We absolutely love Best Friends Fur Ever! Our training experience with Dani was awesome. She is experienced, patient, and had such an incredible demeanor with our pup. Our rescue, Millie, loved Dani and couldn't wait to Train and Play every day. The weekly training reviews showcased the skills Dani had worked on with Millie and really helped provide a model for us to reinforce at home. She worked with our entire family, kids included, to demonstrate the desired behavior as well as corrective actions to take if necessary. Request her if she is available! She is really easy to work with and a really nice person in general. Every member of the staff we encountered truly loved the dogs and you could feel how much care and love existed in this environment. We are so happy to have Best Friends Fur Ever as an extension of care for our dog.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you care about your animal not being in an overcrowded daycare. They advertise an “indoor play area” but it is just a room with cages in it. It is extremely loud in that area (like a shelter) so it is very unlikely your dog will be able to nap or rest. They also price gouge. They advertise 49$/day but if you are 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late they will rack on the fees, which isn’t typical for other daycares.

My two Brussels Griffons love BFF and so do my husband and me!! Words that come to mind for their doggie care services: dependable, professional, well-organized, efficient, competent and probably a few more. But what I love most are the employees! When I drop off our Griffs, each handle shows care and warmth - and there are many and I can’t remember all of their names - but I always leave knowing my fur babies will be cared for while being social with other dogs. You’ll love BFF!!

My 9 months old golden had her first day here today. It seemed like she had a lot of fun!! I love the webcam so you can see what your dog is doing, and the pictures they provide throughout the day! I loved the report card at the end where they tell you how the dogs do!

I use the grooming services for a nail trim for my anxious doggy. They use a Dremel and it is absolutely anxiety free!! They know her by name and take excellent care of her.

Being new to Maryland and Baltimore, we have had trouble finding our favorite and most trusted places for things. Best Friends Fur Ever has been the greatest experience we've had in our first year here! From enrolling my fur babies over the phone with Sherri, to check-in and check-out at their "New Kid Day", to the cute pics and report cards, plus their online client portal - it was all amazing! Even their assessments were very accurate and inline with our (3) dogs personalities. All of my interactions with staff were wonderful. We felt recognized and confident leaving the pups at BFFE. They offer daycare and boarding with other great services like training and grooming - it's a one-stop-shop and we are so thrilled to have found them.

BFF has done an amazing job caring for my dog when we have to go away. He loves the play time and has made lots of friends including his favorite handler Avi M. Every time he sees Avi he runs right to him and gets excited to stay at BFF

Posting specifically for the grooming service: We spent over $200 for 2 golden retrievers to be groomed. I wrote on the grooming form that I just wanted a trim and to “keep hair long.” My request was completely ignored, and my dogs came back smelling very strongly of perfume with unevenly shaved bellies, blunt cut tails, and long chest mane completely gone. This was the worst “haircut” we’ve ever received. Very disappointed as we had a good experience with their previous groomer and with daycare services.

Best friends fur ever is amazing! I always get stressed about boarding my dog and recently moved to Hunt Valley so we had to find a new boarder. They have a daycare day before the boarding to check out how he likes the place. They also have web cams so we can watch our pup playing, and just generally keep an eye on him. They also provide a report card at the end of the visit. Great staff! Reasonably priced! BFF take such good care of our baby!

When we brought Gaucho, our first miniature Aussie to BFF we were pretty sure he would love it, and he definitely did! To him, playing with other dogs is absolute heaven and as a bonus for us, we occasionally add on a bath or a trim while he's there. :)When we got our second dog, Paisley, (a three-year old mini aussie), she was afraid of pretty much everything. Her start at BFF was a little rocky (as expected). After consulting with the staff, we decided to do a 6 week "train and play" session. Molly, the trainer was amazing. She listened to what we wanted out of the training, and Paisley grew by leaps and bounds. Paisley would still rather be in my lap than anywhere else, but she goes into BFF confidently now and comes out happy. We're grateful to BFF and especially to Molly.

Best Friends Fur Ever is awesome! We have two 6 month old Golden Retriever puppies and weren’t sure what do to with training them. I reached out to BFFE and enrolled them in a 6 week training program with Dani. They program is 1/2 day training and 1/2 day daycare so they also got socialized with other dogs. Dani was awesome and helped us all through the training process. My dogs now know 6 commands and we have the knowledge to keep the training going at home. We will continue to use BFFE for daycare and any time we need training refreshers!!! So glad we found Dani and BFFE!!!

Best Friends Furever provides excellent boarding for my large lab mix, Roxie. The staff is attentive and caring to Roxie. She particularly enjoys the 1:1 time with the staff members. They give her a lot of love and attention when she boards with them.

Absolutely LOVED bringing my two beagles here for their new kid assessment to get them ready for boarding soon! I appreciated the online client portal which I have access to updated pictures and videos. I also really like how they give you a detailed report card at the end. It’s so helpful & takes a ton of stress off my mind to know that they were in such caring hands! We’re very happy with how daycare went, and look forward to boarding! Would highly recommend coming here.

My aussie, ABP, has been in the training program at BFF in Cockeysville. His trainer, Molly O"Hanlon, is kind, compassionate, dedicated and I could not be happier. We love sending our pup to Best Friends Fur Ever in Cockeysville! Our dog Myla get so excited to go see her friends and is always very tuckered out from all of the play time 😊great bath and grooming services, very caring and loving staff, and you even get report cards and photos from overnight stays (and can watch the dogs playing in the ODoggy app!). Highly recommend Best Friends Fur Ever—we don’t take our pup anywhere else!

Alexi, my Toy American Eskimo, experienced his first outing at Best Friends Fur Ever. At first he was hesitant to join the pack, but he found a few furry friends to frolic with and established himself in the pecking order. He was fascinated by the hose and played with it like it was an python ready to pounce on my white furry pal. No doubt, it was fun for him. LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ THIS PLACE ❣️❣️The staff is great !!!Daisy absolutely loves coming for her play time and seeing her friends .She comes hm and sleeps due to so much fun ….I was very worried due to rescuing her from a shelter with her being anxious but the staff were great and now when I say we’re going to see your friends at doggy play day she knows and looks right at her collar she wears there and is excited the whole way there.It gets your dog out and socializing with other dogs , it gives you some quiet time knowing your four legged baby is being taken care of and safe but most importantly having the best fun doggy day ❣️

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL care for my little dog, Max!! Positive experiences from start to finish,. Streamlined Intake process. Variety of drop off times allowed me to meet tight departure deadlines. Trainer engaged Max upon drop off, making it so much easier for me emotionally to leave him. I knew he’d be in good hands.The staff identified a medical issue with Max. In an expedient fashion, they notified me and promptly ensured he received required medical care from our vet! I wasn’t panicked, as I received regular updates via phone calls/Care portal. In addition, I could call directly to get updates (even unusually hours). It was comforting to receive periodic pix of him, often snuggling with staff, trainers and/or the owner!As with many pet owners, I’m extremely attached to Max. Leaving him in others’ care is especially difficult since his cancer diagnosis several years ago. As such, I am VERY particular about his care. He receives the premium care from the loving, capable staff at Best Friends Fur Ever. BIG THANKS for all you do to care for my special little canine family member!!. 💕🐾😊

Disappointing new kid day. The greeters were nice and check in process was easy. Loved the live video to view the dogs! However, throughout that day I saw that my dog was being bullied and chased by a dominant dog and the staff did nothing to stop it, even while my little dog was pawing at them for help. The last straw was when the staff person literally turned her back to my dog being attacked in the afternoon- directly next to her. I sent management screen shots of the video, asked them to correct this, and their response was the staff person who failed to address my dog’s situation was a new employee.. but that person was not the only staff in the room watching the dogs, so it doesn’t fly. We don’t be returning.
