Seriously the most charming store. Absolutely wonderful women who work there. We came in with a handful of kids and they were so patient and kind and welcoming. The country ham sandwich was AMAZING. And huge selection of candy and chocolate. 10/10 if you’re in the area (or not) worth the trip over!! Thank you ladies!

This is a great place,the flea market is amazing. They have antique Shop that’s out of this world.The old time Country store has a 100 jars of old time candy. They have old fashioned wheel cheese . Amazing country ham sandwiches and homemade potato chips. It’s worth a trip to visit back in time. Also Sweetie’s is right next door! Great food and amazing ice cream desserts ! Come and enjoy!!!

My favorite step back in time place! Beautiful antiques, hand crafted gifts, grand selection of what we used to call "penny candies" and the cheeses and home made chips are amazing!! The people are wonderful as well! Definitely worth the trip! Brings back great "rememberies"! 💖

Walk back in time at this beautiful old country store. I grew up going here for candy and am happy they have continued to grow and add more to this great place. They have cheese, candies, chips, soaps, antiques and much more! The only bad thing is the open flag is always out on Rt 40. So you pull up to the store to find out they are closed. Check the hours of operation first.

Really cool old school general store. It's been around since the mid 1800s. Definitely worth a visit. The ladies working here were very kind and helpful.

Great store with good food and candy that you will not find anywhere else. Antiques and a walk back in time to the old school. The best part is the GREAT ladies who work there and make your shopping experience so much fun!!! Just love to sit by the fire!!

Went there yesterday for my first time and it won't be my last ... two great ladies running the place and the guy in the deli is a great source of local history and lure ... everyone just super friendly ... great selection of candy and antiques and the country ham sandwiches are to die for plus the four year old cheddar is the best I have ever had ... thank God on 15 mole mile round trip for me twice a week ... just moved here from NJ and a rate find

I just love that this (and places like it) still exist. I have fond memories of stopping here and getting the old fashioned horehound, root beer barrels and shoestring licorice The Country Store concept is a stark contrast to Wal-Mart, IKEA and the like.
