Wonderful stay at the Clear springs holiday inn, it was my husband's first time at a Holiday inn and he loved it. We got in about midnight and was able to get a late check out. The front desk lady was so pleasant. Our room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable. Shower was excellent, loved the soap dispenser I didn't have to use mine, which was nice cause I forgot it in my vehicle. Fell asleep rather quickly the pillows and blankets were so comfortable. Woke up early enough to get some breakfast coffee was excellent as always and I love their egg whites & pancakes! The breakfast Hostess was very kind, breakfast area was very clean. Breakfast was 10/10Front desk was 10/10Housekeeping was 10/10Will definitely be back again!Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious! Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast. The only detail that we did not like was the yellowish color that covered part of the bottom of the white bathtub. Everything else was very comfortable including the friendly staff.Nearby activities: Whitetail Resort and Ski area.

The rooms were clean, the lobby had nice seasonal decorations, and the breakfast spread was incredible! The rooms did have a little crack in the ceiling, expected hotel wear etc, but it was a good stay for us as it felt clean, they provided amenities like hand soap and lotion, and we thought it was very worth it with the breakfast. They had cinnamon rolls, muffins, toast, jam, pancakes, omelet, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, turkey and other sausage, cereal, yogurt, hot cocoa, and more!

This hotel was wonderful! The price was extremely fair for the value- it was impeccably clean, quiet, and safe, which is hard to find at this price. The location is right off the highway and the staff was so professional, I arrived very late and they had a folder with my reservation pre-printed and ready for me to sign. The whole check-in process took less than 60 seconds. They had a huge array of choices for breakfast, and everything was clean and hot. There was even a hot chocolate/apple cider bar for the holidays. The staff and management went above and beyond to decorate and make it feel cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stopped here to stay for 1 night on a road trip. Arrived at midnight and checked in. This hotel is in a rural area with very little around except farms and a gas station. Price was fair at 104, until we walked in the room. This property is old and in major need of repair and maintenence. The second floor smelled like cigarettes. The room smelled musty and like rotten food but it was late and the bed sermed comfy so we stayed put. Then the refrigerator began leaking and leaked all over the tile floor and onto carpet leading to a dangerous and unpleasant trip to the bathroom in the night tgatvrequired 2 towrls to dry and form a dam to prevent more leakage. The bathroom was filthy. Hair and dust in the corner, black grout, moldy caulking. The fan which is operated by the light sounded like an airplane taking off and the toliet ran intermittantly all night, no amount of jiggling handle or messing with the chain in the tank would make it stop. My kid was asleep so i toughed it out with a bad night of sleep. I asked to let management know about the maintenence issues and there wasnt one on duty. The GM Julie called me at my request and I recieved the worst customer service. Julie tried to dispute the refrigerator by quoting policies and never once apologized for the condition of the room or the bad night of rest from all the noise in the bathroom and cleaning up water. My husband got very upset about Julies lack of concern and felt she was avoiding responsibility and basically calling me a liar. I was offered 2000 points which might have bern ok had she not been so rude. I travel often and dont expect alot for $100 a night but this place was the pits. Never again. And Julie needs to take a course in customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose anywhere else.

This is an updated Holiday Inn location, but my room still looked mildly outdated and was a bit battered and rough around the edges. The location of the hotel is conveniently located right off of the interstate, but as for shopping and dining options they are almost non existent in close proximity to this hotel. The staff however was friendly and the breakfast selection was great. Just a few things to keep in mind if stopping by this hotel. Still a great place to swing by and get some rest for the night.

Hospitality, cleanliness, reputation, service, comfort, quality, and standards are top priorities when managing a hotel. My grandfather told me that when he was a hotel manager, he himself went to the room to check if the room was fully ready before he gave the customers the key to the room. From what I experience, things have changed with hotel management. Now, the profit is the only top priority. I attached photos and videos of what was in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not working. I hope this issue gets resolved before a future customer makes a reservation in this hotel. Take care, everyone! Safe trips!

Awesome clean hotel with plenty of amenities, such as pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, kitchenette and excellent breakfast options. Everything was clean & pleasantly decorated. The only downside was the location, as there is literally Nothing near this hotel...and after 10pm, not even a convenience store is open. Have to drive at least 20 minutes to get to Hagerstown for a drink or snack.Rooms: Clean, comfy, pleasantly decorated.

We stop here every year to meet my parents. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is always great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are a military family that travels a lot with pets and this is one of our favorite hotels. We have stayed at much more expensive hotels that don't have breakfast and they have been awful. The little town is precious as well.

Unfortunately the carpet and chair needed shampooing. The toilet tank was loose and needed repair. We notify the staff who asked how they could help, we were so exhausted and didn't want to be moved. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Upon check out we spoke to the staff who said would address the issues. It was disappointing situation.Noteworthy details: Staff were helpful.

Has got to be the worst hotel I've ever had. There's a half eaten bagel behind the night stand since I checked in. Front desk was notified nothing done. Going on day 3 of no hot water. Shady characters hanging out in parking lot at night time. Was checked out with several days of reservation left. No apology or nothing. Hospitality industry has really gone to hell in a hand basket. Would NOT recommend this place to anybody!!!

Rooms were nice and clean. The included breakfast has biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, muffins and cinnamon rolls also the drinks were coffee, chocolate/white milk, orange juice and water. We enjoyed staying here and McDonald's parking lot is connected to the hotels; very easy walk to get fast food.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Key cards have been an issue working to get in the door from outside. Registration was fine until I got my bill under the door the next morning. I was supposed to be registered for two nights, not one. Also when originally calling to make my reservation for a block of rooms for a wedding, I was told that the rate was only for Sat and Sun, not Friday. Had to contact the wedding party to get that corrected. Otherwise, the kitchen staff were excellent in keeping the food and coffee from depleting. Good about keeping everything clean too.

Inspect the room or you’ll get accused of smoking when you find a pot stem and throw it away. Terrible service and manager and GM will only want to argue with you. When you request a call back they won’t. The GM will continue to send emails and act like she’s out of the office. They will go as low as they can to charge you the smoking fees because they say they “smelled” pot. Our room was right by the lobby so if we did smoke you would have noticed along time prior to us checking out. I should have reported the stem found instead of just throwing it away. The place is dirty, stinks, pool was gross looking and foggy. The breakfast looked so unappealing. The key cards don’t work on the doors and good luck with the water pressure.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which was made even worse by the rude and unhelpful staff. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and smelled like mold. The bed was uncomfortable and there were several hairs on the sheets when I arrived and the shower had poor water pressure.But the worst part of my stay was the staff, particularly a lady named Julie. She was rude and seemed to have no interest in helping me with any of my requests or concerns. She was unprofessional and made me feel like I was a burden to her. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would especially caution others to avoid dealing with the staff, particularly purple-haired Julie.

Spent several days here last week. The service was excellent. The breakfast was hands down fantastic. Only down side to the entire stay "pool was closed, needed repairs". Wished we were told this prior to checking it. Would it have changed our plans not sure, but at least we would have known prior. All other aspects of our stay was great. Beds super comfy. Lots of pillows, my favorite. Plenty of towels. Room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The bed was extremely comfortable but that's where anything good ends. The breakfast attendant man for the past 3 days stands around with dirty counters and let's BOTH the COFFEES go empty during breakfast. He was refusing to wipe down tables and got verbally loud when I asked him to clean up. This was a horrible experience for 3 days in a row. We will not be back to this location ever.

We booked this hotel to visit a near by ski-resort. When we arrived however to see that the hotel pool was closed for repairs, and our kids were really disappointed. The check-in person told us it was advertised that the pools were closed on the website, however we don't recollect seeing any notice like that. Next the elevator was out of service, and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Not a big deal, but it was definitely not ideal when having to shepherd small kids along with the luggage when checking in and out of the hotel. The rooms were clean but the floor a/c in our room behaved strangely. It wouldn't cool down to the temps we wanted. The saving grace was the hotel breakfast. I probably would look for a different hotel the next time I come for the ski-resort.

Breakfast at this hotel is phenomenal. The breakfast attendant worked hard to keep everything clean and restocked. Our rooms were clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on.
