I ordered catering for office party. Food was fresh, hot and well packed to keep hot during transport. Everyone loved the food. I ordered: roast beef with au jus, mashed potatoes with gravy, winter blend veggies and dressing balls. Everything was hot & delicious 😋.

Best cheesesteak sub I’ve ever had! Great local market, well-stocked shelves and lots of speciality items like yummy candies and the absolutely delicious lemon cake. Staff is friendly. Great store!

The hot food was delicious and price is fair..it's a true mom and pop country market..I actually saw fresh ground meat in a glass case its so nice to see and the staff deserves 5 starts I ask if there was somewhere I can eat my lunch and they allow me to use there outside break area.

Our first time there was an awesome experience! So much to choose from and the prices were amazing:-) great selection of fresh cut meat and we had deli sandwiches made to order for lunch on our way out on our boat at the river and everyone we encountered was very pleasant! I highly recommend if you're in the area to stop by and check it out don't forget to bring your wallet and your appetite:-)

The staff are very polite and helpful. We enjoy the meat department, we always feel we have gotten the freshest purchase possible. If you don't see something you wanted, they may have it in the back. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Everything you want in a hometown grocery store. The deli has hot and cold food, and everything is delicious. Grab some hersheys ice cream for dessert.

Such a nice hometown market. They offer the freshest meats around and great customer service. Try their fresh hamburger, it is the best around. It's so much better than the hamburger that sells in large grocery stores. Plus the bacon is delicious! They also sell subs. We like (love) the cheeseburger subs! They make it fresh on the grill with four large patties per whole sub. Or you can get a half sub with two patties. Also, they have weekly specials that can save you a lot of money on groceries.

I was in the area for a trip to Whitetail resort and wanted to get a sandwich to go. Well this place rocks. They made a great hoagie (or sub) at a great price. They also have some great cuts of meat at good prices. I picked up a very well marbled ribeye for ~$14/lb. They also sell whole NY loins at a discount if you're looking for a Costco style deal.

We love these guys! There are other butcher shops but I travel past them to go here. They post their weekly specials online as well as their Facebook page. Quality meats, good prices, and friendly service make this a must stop shop!

Stopped on a whim while traveling - I'm their newest fan! Got some warm scalloped potatoes and ham sandwich from deli. Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Will make a point of stopping by on my east coast trips from now on - easily worth the couple min drive off the highway.

Fantastic donuts baked fresh on site, best I ever had. Available Saturday mornings only. Wonderful supermarket, compact, but everything you can want really. Perfect for picking up a picnic lunch for travelers to the tow path or Fort Frederick State Park.

Very nice little market. The quality of the meat is really good. We have bought about all of our meat there. The employees are always friendly and helpful, especially at the butcher counter when I have a question about a cut of meat or how much I need to serve a certain number of people.Their fried chicken and bbq ribs are amazing.

This market always has the best fresh meats and lunchmeats and cheeses and the people that work there are like family to me and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in! Just a lil home town market that has all you basic needs! Oh and they do weekly specials every week! I have been goin to this market for 30 couple years ever since i was a kid, i just love this market and am blessed to live close to it!

Best place to buy meats in the area. Quality and prices are great when you take advantage of their sales. The family that owns it and their employees are also great. Places like this are a dying breed. I'm actually about to move 70 miles away and still may come back to Ernst Market!
