Pharmacy is not efficient. I called in a prescription on Friday for 30 pills. On Sunday I went to pick up and it wasn’t ready. Pharmacy staff said to give her 10 minutes. It’s now been 50 minutes and they tell me they can only partially fill it. Oh wait, now they can fill it but I have to wait for the pharmacist to check it. This poor family with 3 kids have been waiting for their shots for 30 minutes and just got pulled back to be seen…. by the pharmacist who is supposed to check my Rx. Finally, 2 days and 50 minutes later I got my prescription!

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. My child had a prescription sent in from urgent care. I called to check on the status, they told me it would be ready at 3:30 and that I would receive a text confirmation, which I never did. I called back at 3:30, spoke with a different person who said the prescription is out of stock. When I asked whether anyone was planning to contact me and let me know it was not available he said, “I just got here, I’m just the messenger. But yeah, we don’t have it.” No attempt whatsoever to find an alternative option. What a disaster this place is.

I would give minus rating for this Walgreens, very bad experience every time. I ordered the in-stock over the counter medications and they confirmed the order and then cancelled after few min. I checked again and the items were in stock.

Clean parking lot, clean store with well stocked shelves. I went in to buy a few things - no pharmacy. Cards, health and beauty items, household goods, some food. Not bad. Right off of rt32. Friendly person at the register.

My wife and I just wasted an hour and a half of our lives here trying to get a Covid Vaccine. We had appointments, arrived early, had checked in online and were good to go.The Pharmacist ignored us and another person who had appointments and took walk ins and later appointments. They went down the list from new to old instead of by schedule. When we asked why the pharmacist was as rude as she could be, would not listen, and blamed the clerk. The clerk was innocent.Don't go here, ever.

Use to be the best pharmacy and I liked going here. They have put me in the ER twice. I have a reaction to a certain generic medication. I told this to them at least 5 times, I was assured this was marked on my chart. Last refill I trusted it was. Here I am, having the same reaction. I finally look at my medication, same generic I told them I can’t take. Never again will I come here.

Worst experience at this pharmacy. Make sure your prescription has your address on it, otherwise they will not filled in your med. Go to CVS

I had multiple voicemails alerting me a had 2 prescriptions ready at the pharmacy. My Walgreens app said I had 2 medications ready for pick up. However, when I went to the pharmacy I was told I only had 1 medication ready. Now, this is 2 different doses of the same medication to make up the whole dose my doctor ordered. Same situation every month. But today, when the young lady at the window asked if I wanted to just pick up the one, small dose I said no because I needed them both. She took this to mean I didn’t want ANY of the medication and decided to cancel the medication entirely. I went inside to ask why my app showed I had 2 meds ready and I was told someone must have put the first one back and cancelled it as well. I don’t know who dropped the ball along the way but the entire situation screams incompetence. Thank goodness this isn’t a critical or life saving medication. Very disappointed

Amongst your staff are folks whose English is a second language and I cannot understand a word. Great of you to hire folks BUT can you find them duties that do not require customer interactions??!!

i was just in here with my sister and there was a slightly overweight cashier with braids and dark skin (description because i didn't look at the name tag) being extremely rude to a man who was obviously deaf. i believe he was trying to return something and he kept pointing, signing, and showing her messages on his phone and she was just not at all having it or making any effort to understand this man who was going above and beyond to communicate with her.as someone with a deaf parent this is extremely upsetting to see in public and walgreens should train their employees to do better and be better in situations where customers are unable to communicate in what we see as the "normal" and "standard" way to communicate (there should not be such a thing).

Not even one star, the worse pharmacy ever, I tried to call in for a patient who was in pain, they put me on hold for 25 min, then hanged up on me, again I called they put me on hold for 10 min again hanging up on me , this is crazy and absolutely not right, If you don't have enough employee hire some, If you don't know how to run a business hire a professional manager. from today we are gonna ask all our patients to switch their pharmacy from Walgreen to different one's.

This pharmacy is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. Month to month there is a new issue why my meds are not being filled. It’s frustrating when you need medication and have to go through hoops to get it. Would not recommend this location.

Pharmacy staff unorganized and rude. They always seem to juggle between customers waiting in line and those arriving at the drive thru. It looks like a three ring circus. 45 minutes to get a flu shot. Serviced customers before those who arrived earlier. Fortunately I said something or I would still be there waiting. As expected, one of the pharmacist snapped back when questioned about their customer service. Same pharmacist who argued with another customer on a previous visit. Getting a flu shot, bring a book. Better yet, save yourself the trouble and go to CVS.

We recently moved to the area and had to move our family's prescriptions here. While the pharmacy staff were always courteous in-person, we had serious problems getting prescriptions filled. Some pharmacists wouldn't agree to hold onto paper scripts if the medication was out of stock, meaning we'd have to make several more trips to get a prescription filled. At one point, a pharmacist agreed to hold onto the script until the medication was back in stock, and when we came back several days later a different pharmacist told us they had no record of the script. Different varieties of the same issue finally lead us to find a new pharmacy with more consistent script rules and better customer service.

I had a prescription for BP meds and went to picK it up and was told they only had 5 but the remainder of the 90 day script would be in within a week. I never heard anything. After 10 days. I called back, explaining what had happened. First I was told that there was no such prescription there and I would have to have my doctor send one in. When I persisted, I was then asked if I wanted the 90 day supply. Huh? That’s what the prescription was made out for, that’s what I was told I would be getting 10 days ago. I’m a physician! This is not a safe place.

Usually I enjoy coming to this Walgreens. It’s the cleanest one I’ve been in and all of the employees I’ve met have been very helpful and friendly. Today however I met the one who seems to hate their job. I only needed to purchase a couple things and his demeanor was very cold. No hello or anything. I gave four stars because I feel that management should pay more attention to the people they put on the front line. The attitude and miserable vibe coming off of one person can affect the image of the entire team. Luckily though I have been here enough to know the other employees are fantastic. Hopefully this guy is just having a bad day and feels better soon.

Went there 9am sunday morning for passport photos because the website indicated that they were open for that service. Upon arrival, there were no other customers in the store but the store employee said she could not help us until 11am because she was the only staff member there until that time. Did I mention there were no other customers in the store?!!! When I told her that the website said they were open for that service, she said that the website didn't know how they were staffed. In the time it took her to explain why she couldn't take our pictures, she could have taken them several times.As other reviewers mentioned, we drove directly to CVS on ten oaks rd. That store had only one (very helpful) employee. There were other customers in the store and the employee was able to effectively multitask and help everyone there. She processed our pictures in no time and thanked us for shopping there.If you want service with a smile, avoid this Walgreens and go to CVS!

It used to be a very nice pharmacy. Until recently, for the past 6-7 months. Lots interruptions for regular refilled prescriptions. Most recent one, talked to four different staffs, over phone and in person. Still can’t get it resolved. My doctor’ office showed me their records of the sent requests. But the pharmacy still nothing received. Had to ask my doctor to sent to a different pharmacy. Confirmed from that pharmacy right away. I have a gout condition. While I’m dealing this started a month ago, my prescription ran out. Had two flares. Can’t deal this anymore.

Good Walgreens, the staff is nice they always greet you upon entering. The store is clean and well stocked. I have come here many a night after work to pick up a last minute item or two that I need for the next day and have always been pleased with the service I get. The pharmacy is quick to get prescriptions filled and they are always able to give you the information that you need to know when picking one up.

I ordered same-day mini canvas prints from here. After a day or two with no confirmation to pick them up, I called them and asked when they would be ready. They said they didn’t have the materials and would be another day or so and would keep me updated. They didn’t. I called them again several times in the next few days and when I was ready to give up, they asked me to resubmit one of the pictures and said it would be ready. My question is, if they didn’t have the materials to make the prints on time, why was it even an option online? The prints were very good though, and still faster than CVS. Don’t come here for last minute photo prints.

If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. Every SINGLE time I come to pick up prescriptions, there is ALWAYS an issue. Incompetent pharmacy staff and unreliable service. Keep telling myself I’m going to give them one more chance but after 4 years, I think it’s time to give up on them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pharmacy like the plague…

I am never coming back to this store again! The photo person was very rude to me. I drove all the way to Walgreens to pick up my order because they advertised same day photos but when I came in she refused to help me, and she said that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick them up because she was too busy.Another thing, I came in the other day with my son and the cashier started talking to him and started making weird noises. Very poor service from this store, especially from the photo department. would not recommend

Ordered photos online, received a confirmation that they would be ready to pick up after 4:45PM. It is 8:00PM, and my order is not only not ready, but the cashier refuses to be remotely helpful. It would have been nice if the store would have called to tell me there was a delay, they had 3 hours to do so after all. But no, I arrive 3 hrs after the pick up time, and get a SHRUG and basically am told they'll get to them whenever they get to them, maybe in another 2 hours but also maybe tomorrow. So just whatever I guess.There is only 1 person working in the store apparently, and she doesn't feel the need to provide customer service. So you get what you get at this Walgreens.DO NOT SHOP HERE, there is a CVS basically next door and a Giant across the street. You should never willingly patronize this establishment unless CVS or Giant can't help, and even then I'd drive a little out of the way to go to Target or even another Walgreens. But stay away from this one, there are plenty of better options

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and recently they have had a complete turn around in staff. It’s been AWFUL. Incomplete photo orders, rude staff who don’t want to be there, staff nowhere to be found when you need them. There is one lady I forget her name from the old crew and she’s the only one who seems to know what she’s doing. I guess I’ll be going to cvs now. I use to love coming here, now it’s a horrible experience every time. Oh, I still like a few of the pharmacy techs from before.

This was always the most convenient pharmacy for me to go to. For the past few years it has been getting worse and worse to be honest. I shifted to the CVS around the corner which at least has slower wait times. I can't tell you how many times picking up a prescription here that was "ready" where i was asked to circle around and get back in line because it wasn't.Pass.

My entire family is tired of the POOR service at Walgreens from the pharmacy to the photo service. Get your act together. We will be transferring all of our prescriptions to CVS. You do not respect you customers and the time you make them wait for you to come back to the drive up window. My time is more valuable to me then to continue to allow you to waste it.

I made the huge mistake of coming here. My normal pharmacy did not have a particular brand of medication so I tried Walgreens. What an absolutely annoying, mentally challenging experience. I stood in line waiting 15+ mins until someone came over to help. The two pharamicists I talked to spoke so inaudibly soft, mumbling their words. I am never going back here again. What a waste of time and unnecessary inducement of frustration. Seriously ticked off.
