I’m never one to write reviews, but the customer service we received today was beyond 100%.My husband & I got flu shots literally 5 minutes ago. We were greeted by the pharmacist, Don H. who is super polite & friendly with his constant “‘my pleasure” and addressing us as “miss” & “mister.” He administered the shots and even took the time to tell us about the vaccine. Hands down, best pharmacy experience I’ve had EVER. The location closest to us didn’t have the flu shots available today, so I called this location (Don was the one who answered and he immediately checked for me if they had the flu shots in stock). The wait was short, even though Don was the only one there assisting clients at the time. So glad we ended up coming here!

I live about 45 minutes away, I made an appointment to get my flu shot and booster shot. I go there the day of my appointment which was the 7th (Friday) at 10am and there was an older lady with brown hair I think and glasses who said my booster shot was not covered by my insurance. At first i was confused but kept listening and the lady was about to charge me $80 for the booster shot …. I ended up only getting my flu shot. It was ridiculous, I didn’t want to pick a fight so I looked it up myself and was not supposed to be charged for it at all ANYWHERE. The rest of my family went to different CVS’ and got it done for free. I would have paid $80 for a shot that was supposed to be free for those insured and those who aren’t. I ended up going somewhere else and got it for free as it SHOULD BE. The employees should know this better than us! Cant be falsely charging people.Below is proof that that I went for my booster shot incase there was some that thought I “accidentally “ clicked something else.I put 2 stars because I at least got my flu shot.

The best customer service and friendly staff I've ever seen in any CVS store nationwide. From being greeted at the door, assisted in every fashion, this staff is extremely well trained and helpful. With having two 90 year old parents living with our family, we are constantly refilling prescriptions and/or picking up items. Store is fully stocked and very well organized. Exceptional service and staff.

Josh was VERY helpful and very pleasant to talk with. He greeted me as I entered the store, helped me find an iPhone charger, then rang it up. Great customer service all around!

Must have been renovated or is new.Very clean and nice bathrooms and the store is well organized. The employees were nice and knew what I was looking for
