I would give zero stars if the system allowed.I tried to return a 2 pack of unopened batteries with a receipt ($14.30). The cashier asked for my drivers license, which I showed her. She said the system required her to scan the license. I ask why and she said she did not know. I explained I had the receipt and the credit card used to purchase the batteries and that she could confirm by my drivers license who I am and same name on the credit card. She said she was not allowed to override the system and called the Manager, Buddy Nannan. He was not customer friendly, did not listen to me and said he would not override the system. He could or would not tell me why they wanted to scan my license. He also refused to give me the contact info for his manager, Mahamadou Mamaalfa.I left without a refund and went to another CVS who immediately processed the refund without any questions.CVS in Clarksville will no longer get any business from me or my family.

Had a great visit today to pick up some prescriptions. My prescriptions were ready within a half an hour and I was able to get my flu shot and Covid vaccines immediately. No appointment necessary. I will go out of my way from now on even though I live in Elkridge to give my business to this particular CVS location. Also, I was greeted as I walked in the door.

How can I give zero or negative stars? Worst pharmacy in countess ways. Slow, not communicating about prescription problems, over communicating about refills, out of stock for common drugs and long lines at both the counter and the drive through. Not this store’s problem, but the CVS mobile app is awful too. STAY AWAYP.S. the pharmacy closes from 1 to 2 pm every day for lunch. Really?!?!?!

Unfortunately, the quality of customer service in Ten Oaks CVS has gone really down. It's been a few times we went there including today, and the pharmacist lady is not helpful at all. Although she is the manager at pharmacy, her attitude is really bad and is aggressive when we asked for help any time we asked. This should change as Cvs used to be our pharmacy for many years.

Went to pick my medicine which we had it transferred from another store. Today 9/9/203 like at 3:00 PM. Just to be told that they had to close the pharmacy as the pharmacist called in sick today. Told him that we have this QR/barcode and which he can scan and give us the medicine. But he kept on saying sorry and NO MEDICINE. This is highly ridiculous as they should have an emergency plan in action . COME ON CVS - CLARKSVILLE MD you can do better

Useless. Prescription sent 10 days ago & automated system finally indicates prescription is due at 5pm - re-check system at 4:20pm and still says on time, yet when I call at 5pm pharmacy says medication not even there. Been without medication since last week. Their advice - you should take a different medicine. Excuse me, that's what my health care provider prescribed. If you can't fill prescriptions, you should at least have the decency to let customer's know in plenty of time so they can take their business elsewhere. Like I said, useless.

I LOVE this CVS but specifically for its pharmacy! The pharmacists and technicians are absolutely wonderful, they always ensure my prescriptions are filled on time and I’ve never run into any issues with insurance, payment, etc. If any issues occurred the manager/pharmacist immediately addressed those issues without hesitation, question or judgment! They are truly wonderful at their jobs and from a customer standpoint, they make picking up medications a stress-free task and that is a HUGE benefit for me, so thank you guys at the pharmacy! Highly recommend choosing this pharmacy to anyone in the clarksville/Dayton area if you’re looking for fast service and friendly staff :)

When this CVS first opened I was happy because it made it so much more convenient for me. The staff at the pharmacy was great and always helpful. I'm not sure what happened to this place but it's ridiculous now. I'm always in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. Though my insurance is on file they never run my prescriptions thru my insurance. Not to mention the attitude of the staff. Its either they don't know how to do their jobs or they just don't care to fo their jobs.

After a drugstore down the road was unable to help me get some photos printed out, I decided to try this CVS - and am so glad I did! Manager Leslie told me that they could definitely help - and immediately directed me to Jack P, who turned out to be a whiz at this! Jack not only printed out numerous photos, but made an 8x10" canvas for me - and he was the nicest, most knowledgeable, patient and helpful employee (and person) I could hope to meet. Thank you, Jack!

All the staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest interactions is with the pharmacy. Don and Emmanuel are excellent pharmacist friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Their staff is as well. They handle things so well you would never know how busy they truly are.. The store manager is on top of it; the store is clean and well stocked. He and his staff take the time to ensure you have all questions answered.

I felt the need to write a review for this location after experiencing poor customer service, then seeing it happen to others on several occasions. This is for the store itself, not the pharmacy. I was trying to buy a product that was on sale recently, and when I went to check out the sales price didn't register. It was supposed to be about 50% off, so I said something. The cashier called the manager up and she told me it must not be on sale. I showed her the sale tag and we confirmed it was the same product and within the sale date range. The manager couldn't figure out why it wasn't registering the sale, so she just walked away. I was surprised at the lack of customer service.I have been back several times and have seen the same thing happen to two other customers on separate occasions. Both customers were trying to use a coupon from a previous CVS receipt. One situation resulted in the cashier saying the coupon must not be associated with her account. I know that's not true as I get mine from family and they always work fine. Just seems a bit discourteous to not honor a $1 coupon, I really don't think anyone in these situations was trying to get one over on CVS.

The pharmacy staff is amazing! My only complaint with the pharmacy is that they don't have the quantities in stock that larger pharmacies carry. But the service completely makes up for it. The clerk's in the main store are very friendly but as others have mentioned there aren't any tellers and they direct you to use the self checkout which always has trouble and it's difficult to get your merchandise in the bags the way it's set up.

Pharmacy staff is very kind and is exactly what every other kind of pharmacy should strive to be. They are very informative and communication is always top notch. Emanuel, Don, as well as one lady whom I can’t remember her name I believe it starts with a T, are so very kind and I advocate that you should trust them with your pharmaceutical needs.Pharmacy aside, the store has just about everything you need apart from produce items. I usually step in every now and then for personal items.

Pharmacy employees are very nasty to the customers as well as providers that call. They act very rude and still do not get things right I don't care how many times you speak to them. Choose a new pharmacy.

While generally nice, the staff can be rather incompetent. I asked for a one-time paper receipt (vs email receipt) and they did this big change where my whole account was switched back to paper vs electronic. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary work (and spam sorting) that I had to do afterwards. Every transaction has an option to give a paper receipt (even if default is email). Please learn the system. I've also experienced a number of coupon acceptance issues, but that might be CVS in general, not this location. Finally, do check expiration dates, especially on vitamins. I've gotten a few expired ones - normally I wouldn't care but for probiotics (they should always be fresh/current).

Wow!! CVS Clarksville just shut down the drive through window for lunch with two cars in line that had been waiting for about 10 minutes!! At least finish with the people in line and THEN take lunch!! This place just keeps getting worse!!

The CVS at Ten Oaks Road in Clarksville staff go out of their way to help their customers. They greet you as you enter into the store. They helped me on several occasions find the correct hearing aid batteries, assisted my 90 year old parents with specialty products and the pharmacy staff is extremely efficient with incredible customer service. Very pleased with their pleasant demeanor and outstanding service.

My wife and I were at this store for the self-administered Covid PCR test. Unfortunately, the instructions were unclear and we didn’t leave the specimen sticks in the tubes. Fortunately, nurse Mary from the CVS HQ texted us, 2 deaf customers, explained the issue and arranged for re-test. All went well. Kudos to Mary for going out of the way to assist us.

Store has no registers open... They literally have a clerk that directs everyone to use the self checkout. The only way they are willing to wait on the customer is if you refuse! I've visited the store twice - same thing both times.When I complained to the store manager about this, he told me he was directed to do this by corporate.When a store sinks to the level of not being willing to check someone out (instead - telling them to do it yourself), it says volumes about they feel about their customers... Their philosophy is cut the staff and make the customer wait on himself! AWFUL...

Prompt service. Friendly staff. When filling a prescription they can send text messages when prescription is filled. I find convenient the Carepass service of medication delivery either same day or in a couple days by mail.

They want me to wear a mask no matter what my status is on the shot. Your corporate office said employees are required to wear a mask and customers are optional. I’ll file my complaint and have a talk with corporate and your district manager so they can explain the rules more clearly.

I was picking up my prescription so I gave the clerk my credit card and Extra Bucks Rewards worth $21.00. The clerk advised me that the Extra Bucks Rewards were not for use with the pharmacy purchase. NO WHERE ON THE PAPER DOES IT SAY “ Cannot be use with pharmacy purchases”. It says right on the paper “Here are your Extra Bucks Rewards earned from ExtraCare Pharmacy and Health Rewards program by all enrolled individuals using this ExtraCare Card. CVS if it cannot be used on pharmacy purchases then put it on the paper. I believe I was dooped by the pharmacy manager and also as an associate claiming to be a manager. SHAME ON YOU CVS !!!!!!

Pharmacy staff unorganized and rude. They seem to juggle between customers waiting in line and those arriving at the drive thru. It looks like a three ring circus. 45 minutes to get a flu shot. Serviced walk ins customers before those with appointments. Save yourself the trouble and go to Walgreens.

That staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pharmacist, Don, is very polite, thorough in explaining what you’re picking up, and he is fast in filling the prescriptions.

Excellent customer service . I had few issues about editing and printing some complex pictures and the associate name Ali fix and printed the pictures within couple of minutes , he also helped me look for the items I was looking really quickly.

Guy followed me around the store and then they charge more than the posted price if you don't sign up for their emails. I will be hearing "Welcome to Walgreens" plenty more in the future.
