Considering the amount of drinks and customers this location receives, I salute them. Every time I go there, the place will be full of hungry and thirsty customers who seem frustrated and tired, yet the staff are smiling and respectful.We tried a variety of drinks -cold and hot- and it was pretty good.

This place is very very popular with the outlet shoppers, but inexplicably, the parent company chose a tiny little footprint, which means there's no room for tables and chairs. There are a couple low-profile surfaces and small chairs, but it's not the nice environment that most suburban Starbucks are. Given how much business they get in the cold months for holiday shopping, they should rethink the store size.

ordered online a venti 2 scoop vanilla powder 3/4 splash of Almond Milk. came in and the little print out on the cup reflected all that on the cup. what I got was a grande, no vanilla bean no where near almond milk stale tasting drink with NO sweetener. got this to go while I was distance driving and didn't find all this ou5 when I went for a sip after I'd gotten on 270 again. unsinkable.

This was the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. I had a few questions and not only did Fej explain it to me but also took the time in doing so. In a society where everything seems to be rushed it was good to interact with someone who takes their time to explain and make sure you understand!

Today I visited this starbucks and the cashier who attended me came out super rude and discriminating, when I asked for my order he made me repeat it 3 times pretending that he did not understand me and being very rude, when it was time for them to deliver it to me they only gave me one drink when I had asked for 3, and when I told them that I needed something they were super rude or they did not want to give me the receipt to confirm what I had asked for, they should take serious measures with their employees because just like today I felt discriminated I know that many more people will go through the same thing if they do not solve this type of problem.

This Starbucks ALWAYS gets my drink wrong. The training here seems very inconsistent. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream and they gave me an iced coffee with milk before.. My friend ordered a white mocha another time and they gave her a latte...They didn't add white mocha sauce to the white mocha. Seriously...?The lady I asked if she added white mocha sauce was so rude about it too. She didn't say sorry or even look at me. I asked if she could add white mocha. She slammed a short cup with white mocha instead of adding it to my drink or remaking it lol... Won't be back here!

This Starbucks is great, the staff is always friendly and they do a good job making the drinks.They are also dog friendly (not in the restaurant) but are always ready to fix up a pupachino (cup of whipped cream) for their furry friends. Sometimes they even come outside to say hi to the pups if they aren't busy.

Always a popular place to visit. It was good. The service is always very nice. Also using the mobile app made my order easier to process and not have to stand in the long line. Which is very easy to use. I always enjoy the food I get from them. Always a good experience.

Relatively convenient location (if you don't pass directly by one) and there wasn't a line...at all...at 8 a.m. 🤯I called ahead for a traveler, so the wait was minimal. Friendly staff...only issue, we forgot the cups! I called back and the manager arranged for the nearest SB to provide the cups on their behalf. Although I had to drive ~1 mile get the cups, the manager's offer was appreciated [she offered to bring them to me, but I was too far away].I would return again.Blessings...

Love their new drink “ mango and dragonfruit lemonade” it very good and refreshing.The color is like a flamingo red color, very welcoming.I added the lemonade at my choice if you don’t like it you can order Mango and dragonfruit cold drink as well.This store does offer indoor and outdoor sitting. Making it a great place for anyone who is waiting for their party finish shopping.

1. I hate this place. We went to register and pay for our order. My drinks were made wrong and my friend remade my drinks and this Lisa? She came to my friend and asked my friend “You’re not giving free drinks right?” I felt so disrespected that time and she was giving me the look. I would never come back in this place when I see this girl.2. When I was in the line, I saw some employee giving free drinks on their friends/family and LISA saw it, she didn’t even say anything.

Staff was fantastic! My wife and I bought 2 cold brews. Walked outside - spilled 1 cold brew and the staff recognized us and made a replacement for free!

I am not a fan of Starbucks anymore, however I desperately needed that mid day pick me up. I went in and line moved quickly, cashier was friendly and while I was placing my order informed me of a coupon special on the app which I had to download seeing as how I dont frequently visit Starbucks.My drink was made incorrectly, i ordered a caramel light frappuccino, and requested whipped cream as this doesnt come on it as it is supposed to be light. The other drink was a S'mores frappuccino which i assume was made right. and for some reason the barista served drinks without serving the second drink to be in my order.

Busy and friendly Starbucks. Steady stream of customers both shoppers and mall employees. Dondon is great! Always a smile on her face when interacting with customers and other baristas. She even played beek-a-boo with a fussy baby!
