5- the service was great very welcoming and the reception area was squeaky clean and did not smell like what your servicing which is a plus! It was my first visit and my Oreo CocoLuna came out looking beautiful as ever! I also loved the feed back of how my dog behaved. Great staff all around! - the only thing is that I wished I met the groomer. It would be nice to meet that person. Thanks 😊

Since the Clarksburg store open on February 2024 my Havanese has been groomed to show condition both times.Two other groomers shaved my Havanese he was shaved both times in the winter.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I would high recommend Clarksburg Scenthound store.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful with my pack! They seemed very happy after their baths. They were super clean and smelled delicious! Easy to schedule and they were all done in an hour!

We are extremely happy with the service we received at Scenthound Clarksburg. We were apprehensive due to a bad experience at a different grooming facility. However our fears were allayed as soon as we entered Scenthound Clarksburg. The dogs loved the attention and we immediately saw how professional & welcoming everyone was. We feel that we received great value at a reasonable cost. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent experience with grooming our five month old Goldendoodle at Scenthound! Being new pet owners the team at Scenthound helped us understand the the grooming needs of our new puppy and took excellent care of Cooper. He looks and feels so much better after our visit over the weekend.

I booked a trial appointment off an ad I received. When booking had a detailed conversation and agreed to extra fee for haircut to be included. Arrived today right on time and was told "paperwork was in error and we are overbooked this afternoon as it is" and basically sent on my way. Now we will have dirty dog at holiday meal tomorrow as we planned the week around it. That really sucked.
