This is one of my favorite Grocery stores. The customer service team Randy, Tinsuun, and Rachael to name a few exhume a level of professionalism. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The store is always clean, products are of good quality. I will always be a loyal customer.Hence my five stars.

I'm new to area, so last weekend on a Sunday night, I had to get a few items but notice I needed a rewards card to get the discounts. Well Ms. Danielle And Ms. Karla was so helpful. Ms. Karla figured out why my number wasn't working because I only set up with my email .. Nice ladies and great customer service.. If they don't give you both a lil surprise, I will do it for them.

We had a horrible experience at the pharmacy yesterday. The lady working yesterday afternoon had a very rude and bad attitude. Even after verifying over the phone to have the medicines ready, nothing was done when we reached there. She said you have to wait if you want your medicines. These were ordered from a hospital to be used ASAP. We had no choice. So after one hour I went back to pickup the prescriptions, I had to wait another 1/2 hr. The lady completely ignored me. The guy filling the prescriptions told me to go sit and wait. While I was standing, he helped another customer who came after me. This was unbelievable discriminating behavior. If I didn't need those prescriptions I would have walked out from there. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I love Harris Teeter. They have the quality and variety of foods at the level of the higher end grocery stores like Wegmans, but the lower prices of your Safeway's and Giant's. I especially like the seafood and meat counter as they have a great selection of really good meat with great cuts and then the fish selection is awesome and really good quality but when the stuff is on sale, it's like the less expensive stores. The deli is another place where they shine. Their store brand deli meats are good, but if you want the better stuff, they carry a large selection of Boar's Head products for a little more money.

This location is the worst. Majority of their “fresh fruits and veggies” have mold, soggy, and unorganized. Most fruits aren’t available and shelves are mostly empty and clearly not being washed and sanitation is a personal concern. Had some occasions where products were opened and the workers obviously don’t care to remove items that have been tampered with. Rude customer service combined with questionable “fresh food” is good enough reason for me not to shop here.

Unfortunately, they (Emanuel) misplaced my prescription, causing a significant inconvenience. It's frustrating when a pharmacy mishandles something as important as medication. I hope they improve their organization and communication to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We wouldn't Grocery shop anywhere else. Everything is higher quality there then any other Grocery store. Staff are Fantastic and very friendly. To name some if the best members that go the extra mile to please customers are:- One of the managers named Tony, Will & Sean in the meat department, Joel at the Front service desk and much more great people to name.

The best Harris teeter every where. Good collection of salads, fruits, bakery and everything. They have a Starbucks inside which for a indoor coffee place is good. The store is well organised and clean. The floral section is great and staff is so helpful.

Terrible customer service! I bought expired lunch meat and I talked to corporate to get a refund. They said they would refund me and give me a gift card for my inconvenience. When I went back to the store they did not even want to refund me. They acted like I was lying and refused the gift card. I talked to corporate again and they said they will tell the manager to give me a gift card again. I go back and they still refused. So check all your expiration dates before checkout because they don’t!

This is the neighborhood go to place. sometimes the self check out has a line but it moves quickly and it's broken down if you want to use credit/debit or cash.

Great place, great people, great food. Only great things to say about this place. I've been coming here ever since it opened and I can say with full certainty it is my number 1 go to store. The prices are always very good and the pickup service is very helpful. I also must say the employees are very kind and welcoming. The subs are miraculous, amazing food at an amazing price. I am very proud to be a consistent customer of this store.

Its a good grocery store, employees are helpful , the store is very clean. The fruit selection is good but sometimes they are not always ripe or tasty. Produce is very good. All considered it's a good grocery but a little pricey compared to other stores.

I have been shopping at this particular Harris Teeter for a few years now and I love it. I live in Germantown and drive out of my way to shop here, why, because it is always clean, they have what I need, the sale items can be really sometimes they have a buy 2 get 3 type deal, the employees are friendly and will help you if you need something, it is a well run store and of the significantly better Harris Teeters I have shopped at.

Looks like Google only allows one Review per store, so I will modify this one a bit: Three excellent Team players at Harris Teeter in Clarksburg Md that I have noticed always do an amazing job at work; Rebecca, Nicole and Evan!! Rebecca Leads/Manages the Flower Shop and performs other important duties thru out the store. She is a great leader and when they need it, she should probably apply for the CEO job at Apple Computer sometime in the future. As I am a strong defender of the "Flowers for my Wife" movement (just made it up :), I know Rebecca always puts in a tremendous amount of work prior to each Celebration Day that requires flowers and balloons and each time her inventory management, sell preparation and customer care skills are magnificent. This past Mother's Day was perfect!Nicole L. works and leads others in the check out and self check out areas and always does a great job. She is very intelligent, extremely helpful and is always looking for ways to help our experience at Harris Teeter Clarksburg, MD. She has helped me find products I could not find on the shelves. Other friends have noted that Nicole L. has been very helpful for them as well. Great Job Nicole and great job to whoever hired her to help Harris Teeter Clarksburg achieve it's company Mission and objectives. Evan is super focused with organizing client-viewed inventory and is always ready to be Social and friendly with the HT Customers. I have never seen a piece of rotten or almost rotten vegetables on the shelves and everything on the shelves are always clean and well organized. When COVID started I started buying all the groceries for our family. Evan's organization of the food on the shelves made that a lot easier for me to learn!! Thank you Harris Teeter! Don

Have been going to this location for 5 years now and it seems as though the quality of fruits and vegetables have gone down. It’s a hit or miss if you’ll get some fresh veggies and most of the fruits are bruised and not worth the price.I’ll be lucky if I’m able to find Distilled Water for my exotic pets and it’s very frustrating.Their soda selection game is weak compare to other stores. Definitely should make a better effort to carry more Sugar-Free sodas in 2 Liter sizes like other stores. (Dr.Pepper, Cherry Pepsi). Self check out lines can be so confusing. Maybe use markers/stickers/signs to help guide customers so there aren’t 2 different lines and customers getting confused and irritated

Harris Teeter is great! They always have high quality ingredients and foods for customers to buy. Additionally, they always have kind employees. By the way, this location has an excellent Starbucks inside. It's amazing. You should definitely shop there.

Friendly service from coming in the door to associates in the aisles and check out with the Cashiers. If I ever have a question where something is located, the associate is happy to provide direction. Store is clean and easy to walk through. Pricing is sometimes high on certain items but still a value. Love the fresh fruits and vegetables being available and maintained. Parking lot usually easy to get in and out. Parking lot associates may be under-valued since they hardly smile, barley speak but will help if asked. I thank them when they stop long enough for eye contact. Overall, my favorite Harris Teeter.

One cannot ask for a better neighborhood store to satisfy his/her grocery needs. I frequent this store because I like eating fresh, and almost all of the times I have visited, the experiences have been more than positive. The store is well organized, clean, and full of wonderful associates. More than half of the associates that work here are high school/college students who live in the community and I fully support that. And these associates in this particular store aren't your typical teenager/young adults, the store management really creates an environment in which it helps these associates become responsible, enthusiastic and friendly. They really leave a positively strong impressive after my visits.

Good quality items for their groceries. Thought there all overpriced. Same cinnamon rolls and frozen food are 30% cheaper at any other supermarket. Only go here if you don’t want to wait in line or need fresh food.

I really want to support this place but it's hit or miss. On many occasions, they only have one register open that's usually backed up with 3-4 customers with full shopping carts and self-checkout is backed up 5-6 deep, so checking out can easily exceed 20 minutes. I also went in the other morning for fresh bagels and specialty bread and that whole department looked as if it was closed. Lights turned off, nothing stocked up, so I drove to Wegmans and OMG what a difference! Everything was freshly stocked up from their bakery. So, I now just drive to 7-8 minutes further for better service.

Great store! Somehow makes me not dread grocery shopping as much when I go there. Store is immaculate and well laid out. They have it all and then some!And don't think everything is high priced- deals abound!Also....if you love LaCroix water you're in for a treat. Harris Teeter has more flavors than you ever knew existed. It's fabulous!

We love to shop for food and pick up cooked food from the pizza ,sushi ,or deli isle. The place is always clean and isles full of everything you need. Prices are good and sales always on for the week.
