I want to extend many thanks and pleasantries to the CVS Pharmacist staff, namely Gardi Joshi and Armineh. I was dealing with a dire situation with as my previous pharmacy was no longer going to be handling certain medications. After visiting a few local pharmacy’s, and being very frustrated, visited the Gosnell Farm location in Clarksburg, Md. I spoke with Pharmacist Gardi Joshi and Armineh and explained my situation along with the medications that I am currently taking. Part of my medications were the result of a workplace injury and through Workmen’s Compensation. After presenting my situation, and a few misunderstood issues, we managed to work out a solution. They both went above and beyond their busy work days to make and receive phone calls for approvals. Being overly frustrated at the approval Workmen’s Compensation insurance approval process, I was in the verge of giving up, but these two CVS staff members worked with me through the process and those particular medications were approved. I decided to switch all of my medications to this location simply because of the two very friendly staff members. I have the opportunity to watch them work as I am picking up my medications and they are alway very busy, yet friendly and knowledgeable. They both, along with the other pharmacy staff should be recognized and greatly rewarded for them going above the norm to try to satisfy every single customer. Thank you guys

Called the pharmacy for some information on my prescription. As soon as they picked up, I was put on hold for about 5-7 mins. Then a lady (voice sounded middle aged with a slight accent) picked up... before answering all my questions she apparently exited my profile screen so she says "oh I deleted your screen and I have other customers so I can't answer that now." Seriously?! I'm your current customer who is talking to you! I waited when you put me on hold. Terrible customer service and inefficient.

CVS pharmacy #11054- the pharmacy staff are amazing! Despite always seeming to be short staffed and busy when I visit, I always get excellent service and care. I came in just before closing with a handful of written scripts from the urgent care. The pharmacist could have easily had me come back to pick them up the next day. Instead, she stopped her closing procedures and filled all of them in the spot. The care and concern shown by the only two staff working made the world to me. I was able to get the medication I needed to start getting better! Thank you and get this store the help they need!

Don't get your vaccine here!!! I scheduled for 11:45 am and arrived at 11:30. But there was a very long line ahead of me. I was not able to get the vaccination until 12:40. Yes, I have waited for more than 1 hour there. .. Save your time and don't do vaccination here. I think they scheduled too many people in short period of time.

Very poor service at its pharmacy. This is a brand-new pharmacy in the neighborhood. The service is suppoed to be at its best. No greentings. No Thank you! No courtesy about instructions required on the prescription. No communication about what is missing in the medicines. Not a big queue anytime you walk in but the pharmacy team is not in vicinity at all. Either you walk in or drive through, you cannot find anyone at your sight. I moved from the Middle Brook branch to this one, thinking this would be a better center if not the best. As of today, I'm so disappointed with the staffs and their services here. CVS shall train their staff and teach them how to interact with their customers. These not customers but patients with so many mental and physical ups/dowsn they come to you. Do not forget it! Handle them with an extra care and respect.

just like every other cvs RUDE pharmacy staff. probley they reason why no doctors office ever wants to talk to anyone that works at CVS. when i tell my specialist cvs is the pharmacy they all say OH GOD. everyone is tired of going to work but if the pharmacy staff truly hates there job like i think they do. they should find another career. because the customers shouldnt have to deal with you all being tired of being at work that day or any other. do better maybe the doctors offices would communicate better with CVS staff. dont be fooled because its in "Boyds". thats really clarksburg

The customer service is just atrocious. I was helped by a great young woman only for her to be talked over by another worker. I think his name was Harry. While customers were struggling in aisles, this worker thought his time would be better spent degrading and humiliating the young female worker who was trying to check me out. I’ve heard other horror stories about this worker from others in the area. One person told me he had to ask for the right change 3 times and was shorted almost $10. I’ve heard this employee just huffs and puffs and frankly, he makes me feel uncomfortable whenever I go in there as he literally HOVERS over people and just stares. The other workers seem to be okay and kind. I have yet to meet the manager, but did meet a young man claiming to be the acting manager one night I went in. I was saddened to hear that he left, but I can’t say I blame him. The two younger ladies who work there and the pharmacists are also great. Also, the self check out machines are NEVER working. Maybe in time the store will be a bit more comfortable to shop at, but I can’t say I’m impressed in the slightest.

I just moved into the neighborhood near the outlets. I bought the wrong bulb and tried to return it at this CVS. The package was opened but unused. Lin refused to accept the return and refund me my money. Lin also proceeded to say it was company policy and laugh at me… straight to my face. It wasn’t even about the money,$7, at this point. It was about customer service and the principle of it all. No customer should ever be treated or feel this way. I left this CVS and went to another one where they refunded me my money and accepted the return. No questions asked. Lin is the worst CVS employee I have ever dealt with.

the store is the best it is always clean it is the first one it has given that the employees don't mind helping you they are all very friendly and helpful, especially the employee Abraham is a very nice guy he is always willing to help you, he has a lot of service potential it should be shouted for a promotion, young people like him is what our community needs.

I used this pharmacy regularly. Very nice staff. Prescriptions were handled quickly and correctly. When there was an issue with the insurance coverage, the pharmacy staff reached out to my doctor to get a replacement medicine, and filled it quickly. Highly recommend.

I just left the CVS 5/25 and there was a cashier in training. The guy who was doing the training asked for my ID and I handed it to him but instead of him handing it back to me he threw it on the counter. It is rude but I didn’t say anything to him because I was not in the mood for confrontation today. Since we just got a home here I can only imagine I’ll be visiting the store frequently and next time it happens I am going to have to address it. The guy in training did very well and he was really nice. As a past employee of CVS I know for a fact that this is not good customer service.(The store is really nice tho).

Why is this CVS even open? I’ve tried to go in to purchase medication twice, three days apart only to be told their system is “still down.” Why are you open? To sell chips? I won’t be wasting my time to make the trip to this CVS anymore and I suggest you don’t either.

Went to use 40% off one item discount. Got Pepcid AC 75-count for 30.99. They use fuzzy math. By Google calculator, discount should have been more than 12 dollars, but the receipt shows $9.60. Don't know where they get their numbers. At least they had what I was looking for.
