This location of 7-Eleven has brought me around to appreciate the chain more. I was always a Royal Farms coffee drinker but 7-Eleven has upped their game with their espresso type drinks that you can get at the self-service bar. I would venture to say that some of them are nearly as good as a handcrafted drink for much less the price. At this particular location in Chestertown the lady behind the counter is always cheerful and helpful and I appreciate that. Good job 7-Eleven

I came all the way in town from Rock Hall to the 7-Eleven on philosophers and cross street for some croissants, I'm from out of town, I'm from Delaware and I love their croissants, they have none the manager doesn't even keep them in stock. I was very disappointed. I asked the lady if she would ask the manager to keep them in stock so at least for the next month that I'll be here so we'll see.

For the recent celebration of life for my husband I needed a very large order of cookies for the reception at the funeral home. The wonderful manager of this store agreed to bake fresh cookies that morning - well over 200 ! - and had them all prepared and packaged for me to pick up. The cookies there are absolutely delicious and he was so helpful. He certainly made my life easier at this difficult time. Thank you SO much for your kindness and the cookies were indeed enjoyed by all.

I don’t ever write reviews but this place customer service has been horrendous for about a year now. I stop here almost every morning and 9 out of 10 times you walk in there is nobody behind the counter, then when the employee sees you they tell you to just wait and then they continue doing whatever other task they were doing until they’re finished and then check you out. It really gets under my skin when I’m the only customer in the store and waiting for 5+ minutes because there’s no one to check me out. The people that work there have no sense of time, do not stop here if you are in a rush.

I'm here almost daily. This is my favorite place for coffee, donuts muffins and etc. The owner and workers are always kind and courteous.

Ever since the pandemic started, they've removed self-service options for nachos. While I understand this is a necessary measure to prevent the possibility of spreading disease, whenever I ask for chili and cheese to go with the chips, all I've ever gotten is a pathetic little container with barely enough chili or cheese for even a whole bag of their chips. I feel like an ***hole for even complaining about this, but I just wanted to vent.

I go here to load money on my cash app for bills as I don't use banks and prefer cash and the dude charges me $5 when I use the barcode to load money and it's only $1 to do that at select locations (All 711s) unless you use your card it's $5. So just a warning do not let them steal your money to because they do it so nonchalant that you don't realize they are scamming you.
