This Walgreens is absolutely awesome! They pretty much have everything you need. They have a pharmacy to fill all your prescription needs and they are really quick at it. The cosmetic department is large and and has a lot of name brands. Need a card for birthdays or any holiday, they have an aisle dedicated just for this purpose. If you need vitamins, supplements or anything related, this is your one stop shop! There is an ATM inside and have smokes and related vape supplies at a reasonable price if that is what your looking for. This store is extremely clean and well maintained....lots of parking to include handicapped. They do have a Red Box out front should you decide to have a movie night. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy suuuuuucks. I had to go back 5 times to get my prescriptions. Each time there’s an excuse why they can’t give me certain ones. The hardest one to get they didn’t have in stock so they ordered it and tell me it’ll be in on Thursday. I go on Thursday they say they have it but can’t give it to me because they need to process it. Come back on Sunday and speak with Tori. She says they don’t have it, I explain I was told it was here. She grills me about who said that to me. She walks away and comes back noticeably annoyed and says I have to wait over 30 min because they’re gonna close for lunch soon. At this point I’m frustrated and express how ridiculous this is. She scoffs and walks away, comes back with the script 2 min later (yeah you really needed to put me off till you were done lunch). Tori is super rude and this pharmacy is a joke. Will never send perceptions here again

Pharmacy is terrible Techs are lazy pharmacist doesn’t know what they’re doing every time go there. There’s a problem with insurance when I go other places no problem. Unprofessional and rude staff will not do business there any longer.

Have used their photo department to drop off disposable cameras for a while. back in 2021 I had dropped off two cameras at once. Only one came back and they said they didn’t see that another one had been dropped off. I brushed it off thinking I had just lost it, regardless I had lost my claim number. In august of this year I dropped off another camera. Camera is supposed to come back within 14 days. After 14 days my order still said processing and was essentially lost. Walgreens employees were helpful and did try to help me by calling fuji film(who develops the film) a couple times. I asked the one of the employees if there was a tracking number since they ship through fedex. He said his manager forgot to write it down. They gave me to 2 free disposables cameras but still it doesn’t replace memories I had trusted them with and will never get back.

I am in and out of Walgreens. I can't remember having any kind of problem in any department like the pharmacy, beauty, or photos. It's clean store and the staff will usually offer including when you walk in the storeI have not had a bad experience here since I started going here. I've been a customer since the store opened . Keep up the good work with a smile

I used the pharmacy. When the line started to get long, they opened another service window. There is a drive-thru also. The cashiers were very polite and friendly. The prices are higher than a discount store but moderate. They have a special occasion aisle, and the items drop to 50% once the holiday passes. They have medications, vitamins, cosmetics, photo center, pharmacy, medical appliances, snack and frozen foods small selection, cigarettes, seasonal products, and other small items. Parking is fine, but getting back out on the street is a bit tricky.

Walgreen’s pharmacy hours have changed to 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. I tried to pick up my prescriptions today 7/12 at 5:30 and decided to go through the drive thru. The pharmacists served every car in front of us but quickly drew the curtain and put up the “closed” sign as soon as we pulled forward. They could not be bothered to tell myself and the people behind me in line that they were closed and were not serving any more customers, even after we pressed the call button. We waited a half an hour in line before they closed and could not even pick up the prescription we were waiting for. I understand the pharmacy is short staffed but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere that have better availability.

I see lots of complaints about the pharmacy. I actually really like the pharmacy staff. It’s actually the people up front that are no good. John? He’s wonderful. Very welcoming. Collin on the other hand.. absolutely not. Attitude galore and snot dripping out of his nose putting my stuff in the bag.

I cannot recommend using the FedEx drop off and pick up facility in this Walgreens. My package was left there instead of delivering it to my house, and I was unable to pick it up because it was on my daughters name, but had my address.The rules are so inflexible that it defeats the purpose of having a convenient place to pick up packages. Very frustrating experience, and I will avoid both the FedEx service and Walgreens in the future.

Came in for a Flu shot and they said I had to go online to schedule an appointment. I did so for the next day at 3. I show up at 2:55 and check in. They take my payment tell me they will be right with me. At 4 PM I still had not been called back. I get up to ask what the delay might be and they said they are busy. I got my money back and suggested they might not set appointments that they can't keep. I understand busy, but 1 hour without any acknowledgement is not good business....I really liked this place before, but now it looks like they are just as bad as the rest...

7 mo ago: Prescriptions are filled accurately and within 24 hours of my providers submitting them. The wait in line can be long due to low staffing and walk-in vaccine check-ins in same line as Rx pickups. Pharmacy staff are courteous, capable, and efficient, they just need more people to have better wait times.Edit: much improved wait times without walk-in vx. Still need more staff, so a tech is at register, on phone, and at drive thru n assisting pharmacy. Only 1 to2 techs when I go in weekly.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service and never has enough staff working. Every single time I go in there to pick up a prescription that is ready either inside or the driveway it takes at the very minimum 20 minutes. You can always see more than one person behind the counter but only one person is helping customers. Those sitting behind the counters will not be interrupted to help efficiently progress the line. SO FRUSTRATING!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! I was shorted 4 of my prescription pills. I called, and the woman I spoke with puts me on hold, and then comes back and said her count was only off by 3 and we can come in and pick up 3, not 4. Excuse me? So I sent my husband in, and while he's on his way there she calls back and says her count was off again, and that she wasn't going to give me ANY of my shorted pills. I'm not sure if they gave someone else too many, but I was shorted on 4 pills that I paid for. I paid for 30, I expect 30. She showed no concern whatsoever that I was going to be missing 4 days worth of my medication and had an "oh well" attitude. Then she tells me she remembers counting my prescription specifically, out of all of the hundreds she fills a day. Sounds like she was trying to cover her own butt because she messed up. Going to call her store manager today AND corporate because this is completely unacceptable.

Pharmacy needs more staff. You can't wait for a prescription to be filled or refilled unless you have a few hours. When my Dr sends over my rx it isn't ready for several hours. Store prices at all Walgreens is way over priced.

The guy named John the cashier....is always welcoming.....the older guy that works at the pharmacy is a bit grouchy. The store has a great selection of about everything including groceries. Prices are not that bad. This is a great local store

Dropped a prescription off at 10am. Waited in line for 30 mins. They tell me it will take 4 hours to fill the prescription lol i come back at 2pm 4 hours later. Still not filled !!! I got to a local family pharmacy in Annapolis takes 5-10 mins or less

Worst pharmacy staff. They take your order, u tell them y r going to pay for Rx yourself and they still don't fill it. 3 calls and 2.5 weeks later I chged walgreen to another town and it worked like a charm. Get rid of those Chester employees and start again.

Pharmacy just needs to just close all together. They close at 6 and I came in at 6:02pm. I could see they were still there, so I asked if I could ask them a question and the pharmacist said I could at 9:30am the next day. Taking my business elsewhere. No compassion what so ever!

I had years ago divorced this store due to really bad customer service in the pharmacy. Thankfully there were then other options on Kent Island. Today I had need of the photo services. The young man at the photo counter provided me with, hands down the BEST customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time. Not only patient, but well spoken and respectfull of my tech ignorance. He persevered until my objective had been acheived. My only regret is that I did not ask his name to thank him personally.!

Fast friendly and they accept Samsung mobile pay which is always a big plus for me... They also seem to literally have everything one could need when it comes to just about every aspect of life to include home, garden and of course your health.

To get a prescription filled or refilled it takes at least 40 minutes I don’t think I have ever got my prescription without the lady to tell me to get at the back of the line because it was going to be another 20 minutes
