Amazing experience! My baby's nails had gotten entirely too long and I called and made an appointment for both of my babies and they informed me that nails were walk-in. I walked in, they immediately took care of Damien. He normally fights me like a banshee but they took care of him lickety-splint and much to my chagrin, he was an angel! I will be taking my other baby , Lilith, there.The price is more than reasonable and the service impeccable. I would give more stars but it limits me to 5.Oh and lest I forget, they have a very nice shop attached to the groomer with a great selection of treats, toys and other fur baby products. The staff on that side was also extremely friendly and courteous. It's refreshing to find a smaller non big box store with quality service and a human component that the big stores lack!

Nail trimmings for my 2 dogs was flawless. The staff were kind and made a difficult (scared dogs) situation better with compassion and happy encouragement for each pup. Thank you for caring ❤

Vivian was extremely knowledgeable about the types of dog food they carry, suggested a bone for my puppy that was safe and gave me a lot of helpful advice to care for my new puppy. I will definitely be back for all our pet's food, toys, nutrition and nail clipping.

Most helpful employees around and they always have a smile on their faces! We adopted a bunny and they have taught us so much with what to purchase, and how to keep her happy and healthy. We cannot be more appreciative with their help, and their selection of bunny supplies, food and treats are excellent. They are always well stocked. I highly recommend The Grooming Place!! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I bought a rabbit for my daughter, and this place had everything we needed to get started. They are very knowledgable and assisted us with everything we needed to get started. They are local and independently owned which is another reason that we love to support them. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend The Grooming Place Pet Shop. They have everything we need for our dog and our rabbit, among many other different types of pet supplies.

The people who work there are wonderful. Store is always clean, the animal's they sell are well taken care of. They can order anything you need, it's the only place I shop for my pet needs. LOVE this store❣ 💞😍💞 Just had Jessica take care of my cats nails. She fit me in at the last minute and handled my daughter’s cat like an Angel. She is a cat whisperer, Thank you again!😁

My Favorite Pet Supply and Groomer, they are consistently friendly, helpful, well stocked, reasonably priced and have walk-in grooming hours available on a daily basis. Our pit bull puppy is an absolute nightmare during nail trims but they refused to give up. We’re blessed to have a conveniently located, local business to support where we can get personal customer service every day less Sunday.

I love The Grooming Place! First off, they sell so many products from toys, leashes collars, beds, pet food, etc. and everything is reasonable priced, I like seeing the furry friends in there too! I bring my Golden Retriever and my Chiweenie here to get they’re toenails trimmed, and they do a FANTASTIC job! My girls get very anxious and scared, but not at The Grooming Place, the Groomer was very calm, confident and soothing with both my dogs to where they actually enjoyed the experience. The price being only $6.00 per dog for toenail trimmings makes it even better! I found my go to place, I love supporting small, local businesses! Keep up the great work staff!

The grooming place was fabulous. I moved to the island in September 2020 and have had nothing but great experiences with the local businesses. The grooming place was another great experience. They happened to have an appointment available the same day I called. I let them know about my dog's fussy qualities, and they took note. When she came out 15 minutes later, she gave a good report on Star. The ladies working in the shop were very helpful. I well definitely be bringing Star back again.

This store has educated, super friendly and extremely helpful staff that go out of their way to ensure that your pet, whatever it may be, is living it's best life. They have taught me so much about how to care from everything from my bearded dragon, to setting up an aquarium and helping me clip my dogs toenails. Great service from people who love their job and a bunch of loyal, lucky customers is what you may find, and so much more at The Grooming Place Pet Shop.

A Christmas Miracle!If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!!After scouring multiple stores looking for stuffed dog toys on Christmas Eve with no luck, everywhere else was sold out, we pulled up to the Grooming Place Pet Shop 30 minutes after they closed. Hoping to find someone inside, we approached the door. A kind woman let us in and the store’s selection was as big as her heart, for even though the register was closed, we left with a stuffed Santa for our pup. BEST PET SHOP EVER!!!

The people working here are wonderful and very knowledgeable about almost any let you own. Lindsey is always helping me with any questions I have about my pet ball python. I will never go anywhere again. The groomer there is also awesome with my dog. They live their customers. And will go above and beyond for us.

We love the groomer.She is fast, talented and reasonably priced. Our dogs are long haired Belgium Shepard (Turvuren & Groenendael) and they are alot of work to groom. She does an amazing job and we always leave her a big tip as she really deserves it. Our favorite groomer.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly! They know their products and were very patient with all of my million questions. I never felt rushed to make a selection nor was I pointed to the most expensive product they had. Products were priced competitively, nothing seemed overpriced! They have gained a new regular as I will be back for all my pets needs!

The folks here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Becca always treats my Junebug so well when I take her to get her nails done. The other ladies are conversational and welcoming. Love coming here! They have a great selection of doggie food, treats, and all other goods. Also, there are always some items on sale so you can snag a lot of good stuff on a trip here. Thanks always!

I truly loved The Grooming Palace until today. I don’t want to hear about politics while I’m shopping in any store. The response I was given by the store manager “That’s why we are an independent pet store. We can say what we want.” I hear you, and I can spend my hard earned money at the many other local pet stores.

The owner and staff are incredibly helpful every time we come here, whether we have questions regarding our dogs or birds. They have ordered food for us, suggested websites for helping with other issues and been so responsive to our pet's needs. Tara, the groomer is wonderful, she has been clipping our dog's nails for the past few months, and making it a non stressful experience for our old girl.
