The Kent Island True Value is truly the one stop shop for all your hardware, home repair, tools, keys, paint, and lawn and garden needs. There are so many items packed in the store per square inch, I cant even begin list everything on their shelves. The staff here is very friendly and can help you find whatever it is you are looking for and chances are they have it. They do offer a 10% military discount for those that eligible. If you need something and dont want to shop several different stores to get, go here first.

Bought 24 tubes of Dap painters caulk which through Lowes or Home Depot I can usually get a case price around $70 out the door. She would not do a case price and hit me for $96 paying individually. Just ordered 30 tubes caulk on Amazon for under $70 and also got 350 disposable rags for total under $96 total. They lost my business just with her attitude.

Stopped in here looking for sandpaper, and was impressed. The store was very organized and well stocked. Each isle was categorized and well labeled. It was easy to find everything. I was impressed with all the things available here. They even had automotive fuel line hoses to buy by the foot. The employees were very helpful and welcoming. The store was very clean, and the prices were good. Will definitely shop here again.

The employees are fantastic! Someone ALWAYS offers to help me -I never feel rushed-they explain things clearly and give HONEST suggestions and recommendations for whatever I need. Great variety of products to choose from. Very friendly people - something you don't get too often. Highly recommend.

You almost find everything there. Prices are higher then big supply stores but gas is also expensive.They used to send free money rebate coupons but now they require you to spend $30.00 to get $5.00.Still good if you need something quickly.

Not quite a harbor freight, but I think it's a little bit better than the ace hardware on the island. And just about the only place you can go for hardware.The staff is a little overly friendly, or more so no matter what corner you turn around there's an associate waiting to ask you if you need help finding anything. Which is not terrible, just after having been asked five times in one minute seems a little overdoing it.

Best trip EVER!!!! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me find these screws. After I paid I took extra time to walk around sans hubby AND sans child!! It was like being on a tropical vacation! Would definitely recommend for the mom looking to get out of the house and away from the chaos!

My car battery died in the parking lot. Brady and Jake were nice enough to jump my battery with their own car and jumper cables. Top notch customer service and I will continue to come here above all other hardware stores for my hunting and hardware needs.
