Tile guy (Juan) did a beautiful job, was timely and cleaned up well. Would definitely go back for future projects and would highly recommend them!

Could not be happier with choosing island floors! We went to all the local flooring companies and are really, so glad we chose island floors! They were the best in price, customer service and installation. Working with Whitney and the Knisley family on this project really helped transform my home, into a warm, cozy, comfortable place.The flooring and carpet we discussed was picked because we are a multi pet family. That means lots of dirt, scratch marks, soil marks. Not anymore. With that in mind Whitney set us up with the products that would best suite our home life.Installation was on time and their crew was very polite. I am a stickler for perfection and from the LVT, to the moulding to the carpet, everything is perfect. I highly, highly recommend Island floors for any flooring needs. Jeff and Whitney are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of flooring. I was impressed with the results!

We have used island flooring twice now both experiences were great. Most recently they replaced all of the flooring in our condo with LVT including the stairs. They also completely gutted our 3 bathrooms and retiled them replacing all features. The project was on a tight deadline and Island got done ahead of schedule and on budget. Nice job Island

We contacted Island Floors when we needed new flooring in our kitchen. Jeff came out promptly to give us an estimate and the cost was very reasonable. Installation was done as promised and even though they ran into an unforeseen issue, the job was done on time at no additional cost to us. Very professional every step of the way. We just had new carpet put into our master bedroom from Island Floors and it is the finishing touch that made the entire room come together! Whitney helped us pick out a beautiful carpet that was high quality and perfect for our new space. The whole process was really easy and everyone from their team was great to work with. They even helped me use the leftover carpet by turning it into an area rug for a spare room, which was an awesome bonus! I highly recommend Island Floors for any floor project, I’ll certainly be using them again!

Island Floors is a true "small town" business in the way that they treat their customers. I've had 3 rooms of carpet installed by them, and JK was so helpful (we had deadlines, specific order in which rooms had to be serviced, etc.) The entire team was respectful of our home, were ready before the scheduled time, and cleaned up afterward. They remember past customers and treat you like you're special. I will definitely be calling them when it's time to refinish the hardwood!

I had hard wood floors throughout most of my house that were very dated and did not match my decor. I have been struggling with the decision to replace all the floors for a while because I assumed it would be expensive and inconvenient. Island floors came out and gave a very reasonable estimate, replaced all the floors (except kitchen and bathrooms) in my 5 bedroom house with beautiful and durable flooring that my husband and I are OBSESSED with. I thought it would take over a week to have all the floors replaced and they did it in TWO days. The owner stopped by many times during the project and was always readily available to assist us, even to the point of helping us find someone to paint our banister to match our new floors. We feel like we have a brand new house and are in love!! We would highly recommend Island Floors!

We had a bad experience with a different company in the area. They never got back to us with a quote even after going to the business and leaving a message on their phone. So we went to Island Floors and we are so very glad we did. They were very helpful with picking out the right flooring. They were super friendly and easy to work with. When I called for updates on the floor installation or had questions, they got right back to me. I thought the floor install would take a week; it only took a day and half. I was impressed with how fast they worked. They got here at the time they said they would and when they finished, they picked up after themselves very well. They did the whole main floor, stairs, upstairs landing, bathroom and one bedroom upstairs. I love the flooring. It feels like we are in a new home. If I ever decide to do the other two bedrooms upstairs, we will be getting Island Floors to do them. Highly recommended and very professional.

Its modern up to date with a beautiful showroom.I found the people working there can be very knowledgeable and helpful at the same time not pushy I like that when I'm going into a place to just look around that help me with my decisions. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get tile work or any other flooring work in their house or business. I changed from carpet to a vinyl stair case.I love it

Simply put--Island Floors is the best flooring company I've ever worked with. They responded very quickly to my request and the project was completed on time with great quality material and workmanship. I completely re-did a 6,000+ sq. ft home with hardwood and carpeting all with Island Floors and I am very happy with the outcome. The thing that stood out to me the most was that every challenge was met with a solution and that meant a lot to me given how large this project was. My husband is handicapped and we needed to change our carpet out quickly to make our home more accessible for his wheelchair. We were uncertain of what product to use since his wheelchair is so heavy. After comparing information with several floor companies, we felt our best choice was to go with Island Floors. They were very professional, courteous and readily available to take on this job that we needed to get completed quickly. We ended up with a mix of ceramic and gorgeous laminate that looks like hardwood. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the job. JK did an excellent job matching discontinued hardwood and installing it in my living room, installed vinyl plank in my den and bathrooms, and replaced old carpeting with beautiful, plush carpeting on stairwells and bedrooms. JK called to check up on progress and stopped by the house to evaluate the installation. As a real bonus, he was able to find people to take furniture I no longer needed and picked up the furniture himself in his truck. He goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Island Floors for any type of flooring needs.

Island Floors did a superb job installing 2200 square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring and 1700 square feet of carpeting in my newly purchased waterfront home. JK, the owner, took an active interest in helping us pick out the product, overseeing the installation, and making sure everything met our expectations. We could not be more pleased with our new flooring. Communication during the process was great, as we were not always in town during the installation. JK made us feel we were in good hands, and he even sent photos of the installation while it was being completed. I highly recommend Island Floors.

We purchased a house and remodeled the whole thing. We ripped out 4.5 bathrooms and the kitchen, laundry and sun room. Island Floors not only installed new tile in the kitchen and baths, but also built the new walk in showers and tiled them to match the floors. They also refinished the hard wood floors in the house and installed new hard wood in the bedrooms. It was a huge project and we had several different people working on the different areas of the house. JK was on top of the project from the beginning. Whitney nailed down all the details, and Bill was just a pleasure. The tile installer Jesus was awesome. Highly recommend.

I normally wait several months to a year before writing reviews to observe how the product and customer service lasts. I desperately needed the highest quality carpeting upstairs bedroom upon settling in new home. I was looking for carpet with thick cushioning that would insulate the sound of kids jumping and running. Island Flooring arrived on time to provide an estimate and professionally installed the next day. A year and half later...the carpet still looks like it was installed yesterday. I truly believe you get what you pay for, which I would've spent much more for cheaper carpet/service only to find myself shelling out more money to replace. I am a very satisfied customer and referred other friends and neighbors.

After paying another contractor 90k for a remodel and having the tile floors fail within the 1st month because of substandard installation practices, I called JK at Island Floors. His team ripped up the failed flooring in one day, and installed a better product the next day! My floors are gorgeous and I couldn't be happier! Well deserved 5 star rating!

Ghosted by Island FloorsBottom line: Save yourself time and frustration, and go somewhere else.I went to the store to arrange an in-home measurement and consultation for 6 rooms. A week later, a partial estimate was provided for two rooms. I asked when I could see a sample, and a quote for the other rooms. I never received a response. 6 weeks later, and several foolish attempts on my end to get a response, there was still no response.I went back to the store at this point. I asked the salesperson working if my consultant still worked there and explained the issue. He informed me that she did but that he could take my account so that I would work with him. He wrote down my information and promised to call me the next day. He never called.
