Chester MD CVS is the best. They have it going on!!! The CVS on Philadelphia Ave. OC Md is horrific, they close before closing time, never call you back when you leave a message and a really terrible. I love Chester MD CVS, greatest CVS ever!!!!

Wanted to give a shoutout to Quinn at CVS on South Piney Road in Chester! I was checking out at the pharmacy because I had an RX plus a few other items. As the coupons printed for the RX (which I had to pay separately for because it’s a flex account) he looked at the coupons and noticed I had a 30% off of 1 item. He told me about it and picked my most expensive item and said “How about you use it for this one since it’s the most expensive? It’ll save you 5 bucks.” Yes, please! I asked who his manager was and told them that he is a rockstar employee. I have always had good experiences at this CVS but he went over and above. 😃 (No one was behind me in line so the extra minute or so didn’t inconvenience anyone.). Quinn’s great customer service should be the goal for every business owner/manager to strive for.

I am completely satisfied, and very very happy to CVS could not ask for a better Pharmacy the people that work there are wonderful. The pharmacist comes out and talks to you and I really appreciate that.

Horrible customer service if you need a minute clinic I urge you to find another CVS. I had a 9AM appointment and a walk in was called back during my appointment time. So can someone explain to me the point of making an appointment? There were two doctors one sat on her phone and never even acknowledged me while I sat in the waiting room for 20 mins. Do not recommend!

As of 1pm 1/15/21 they have 100s of antigen COVID tests on hand. $10 each/ limit of 6. But don't expect the employees to be informed enough to run your insurance.

This used to be a good pharmacy. But for the past year or so they will tell you a prescription will be ready on Tuesday. You get there Tuesday afternoon or even Wednesday and they tell you they have not filled it, yet. You can either wait 30 minutes or come back. This has happened to me over and over and over. Sick of it.

You cannot even get any one to answer the phone. The computer voice option is worthless and doesn't work. Plus they disconnect your phone call .
